Summary
Our
Facilities Specialist is responsible for making sure that our buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them. Facilities Specialists are accountable for services such as safety, security, preventative and reactionary maintenance to ensure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work. They are responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of buildings so that they meet health and safety standards, including Wyld Food Safety standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist with equipment and facility repairs and monitor equipment performance
- Maintain adequate equipment inventory
- Maintain facility grounds
- Navigate and utilize CMMS platform for tracking, logging, and completion of all tasks
- Vehicle Maintenance Track and document all vehicle maintenance (oil changes, coolant, tire pressure, battery life, lights etc.), changes and additions
- Perform or schedule repairs Consistently and regularly test and check all systems, fluids, hardware and software
- Report safety and quality concerns regarding warehouse facility, equipment, and inventory to supervisor and/or manager
- Assist in performing repairs, upgrades, and maintenance for buildings and equipment including, but not limited to: carpentry, electrical, mechanical, painting, plastering, drywalling, plumbing, and HVAC repair work
- Meet with team daily, weekly and monthly to assess departmental and personal quota goals

Qualifications

The role of the Common Citizen Budtender, who we like to call Citizen Advisor, is one of utmost importance. As a Citizen Advisor you are the face of the company and need to treat all our guests with great humanity. Advisors are educators first, salespeople second. When not assisting their fellow citizens, Advisors are responsible for keeping the chapter clean and orderly, including keeping bathrooms presentable and well stocked. Advisors will also sometimes work reception. This includes greeting guests, checking newcomers in, answering any questions they may have and ensuring that citizen profiles are up to date and correct. Advisors may also be called upon to assist with inventory.

What you’ll do…
Our Curbside Team is responsible for gathering, running, and cashing out Curbside and In-Store pick up orders. Below is a brief description of the responsibilities for each position with the team:
Filler:
- Identify, gather, and package curbside orders
- Assist with Delivery Team filling as needed
Runner:
- Gather ID forms and payment method from customer
- Double check that the order was pulled and packaged correctly according to the customer order
- Run the order to the customer at the curbside pick up area (this position will work inside and outside of the building in all weather conditions) – returning ID forms and any cards/change to the customer
Cashier:

Summary
Our
Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the Facilities and Sanitation teams to ensure that our buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them. Facilities Managers are accountable for services such as safety, sanitation, security, receiving and parking to ensure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work. They are responsible for the general upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance of buildings so that they meet health and safety standards, including Wyld Food Safety standards.
The Facilities Manager will maintain critical manufacturing systems (including equipment) and have familiarity with carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, energy management, fire and life safety, access control/security systems, and other building maintenance activities.

- Manages Facilities and Sanitation teams: trains and coaches Supervisors and Leads on technical and developmental skills
- Delegates and communicates daily duties and projects, ensures team has the resources necessary to complete assigned work
- Design and implement sanitation protocols, audit and manage hourly and daily sanitation logging and perform daily inspections
- Audit and manage CMMS platform for tracking, delegation, logging, and completion of all tasks
- Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment
- Drafts and implements preventative maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment
- Performs repairs, upgrades, and maintenance for buildings and equipment including, but not limited to: carpentry, electrical, mechanical, painting, plastering, drywalling, plumbing, and HVAC repair work
- Ensures safety and sanitation standards are followed throughout the facility in accordance with federal, state, and company guidelines

The role of the Common Citizen Budtender, who we like to call Citizen Advisor, is one of utmost importance. About This Role
The role of the Common Citizen Budtender, who we like to call Citizen Advisor, is one of utmost importance. As a Citizen Advisor you are the face of the company and need to treat all our guests with great humanity. Advisors are educators first, salespeople second. Their primary role is to provide unparalleled customer service in which they educate their fellow citizens, the dispensary guests, and help them discover the cannabis products that will help them achieve a higher quality of life.
When not assisting their fellow citizens, Advisors are responsible for keeping the chapter clean and orderly, including keeping bathrooms presentable and well stocked. Advisors will also sometimes work reception. This includes greeting guests, checking newcomers in, answering any questions they may have and ensuring that citizen profiles are up to date and correct. Advisors may also be called upon to assist with inventory.
Finally, as with everyone at Common Citizen, Advisors are expected to contribute to the Common Citizen movement to end the stigma and liberate all people through cannabis.
What You Will Be Doing
Creating an unparalleled customer service experience for our guests, your fellow citizens, that leaves them feeling well cared for, including but not limited to:

The Experience You Bring
- A minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service role in a retail environment
- Personal experience with cannabis – although not required, ideally you are a current medical cannabis patient in the state of Michigan
- A background in healthcare, social work or related fields is also preferred

Atwater Management is looking to hire Packaging and Filling Technicians for our newly licensed processing facility in Lapeer, Michigan.
Responsible for packaging concentrates from a whole mass production state to a compliant, branded, ready for purchase state. Responsible for parsing out weight, applying various stickers and labels, attaching test results, ensuring all around quality, heat sealing, and cleaning and polishing of different company SKUs. Will aid in maintaining correct storage, labeling and inventory management of all finished products.
Must be able to fulfill all packaging duties in a timely, clean and safe practice. Will be working under supervision of the Inventory Manager and in close areas with other packagers.
Responsibilities:
- Required to work with scientific scales, and must follow proper calibration requirement at the beginning of each day to ensure accuracy
- Expected to package, shatter, badder, THC-A, Sauce, and vapor cartridges in a timely manner while reducing waste
- Ability to stay focused for long periods of time on a single task.
Must always be monitoring and checking product for flaws, contamination, sugaring, discoloration, anything out of the ordinary * Expected to work well independently and not get side tracked
- Must wear proper lab attire at all times while working with product (gloves, face mask, hair net, non-slip shoes, and clean lab scrubs)
