Description
Inventory Specialist will provide day-to-day inventory management and carry out various administrative tasks. You will work closely with the Store Manager to coordinate productorders from wholesalers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that inventory audits and reconciliations are routinely conducted and handling any inventory reports or inspections by governing or regulating agencies. Your most important job is to ensure that only the safest and highest-quality product is available at the dispensary.
Responsibilities
· Perform daily, monthly, and yearly inventory audits and reconciliations
· Place product orders in coordination with the Store Manager based on projected needs
· Develop and implement productmerchandising strategy
· Receive all orders
· Maintain expired, damaged, and mislabeledproducts awaiting disposal
· Maintain an organized vault/inventory storage space
· Coordinate and manage daily physical and point-of-sale counting efforts
· Report, monitor, and reviewany inventoryadjustments and changes

Qualifications and Requirements

Job Summary

Job Description
As a Company SEO Manager, your job includes, but is not limited to:
- Providing technical support for on site and off site SEO
- Providing SEO consultative services for Hyperwolf such as identifying and providing recommendations for content and technical improvements
- Submitting final review and approval of deliverables
- Participating in internal meetings to offer clarity surrounding SEO progress and/or issues

Job Requirements:

We are looking for an ambitious Edible Specialist (Assistant Cook) to assist in the preparation of unique cannabis infused confections in our kitchen. You are responsible for the daily preparation and production of a variety of cannabis products. They weigh, mix, and combine ingredients based on set recipes and SOP’s, and then cook the ingredients in Kettles, Vats, or ovens. These cooked ingredients are then cut, rolled, or deposited into molds to cool. The cooled product is then transferred to the packaging department to complete the production. Candy makers execute action plans that meet operational and organization objectives in a timely manner.
Candidates must be willing to wear multiple hats and help where needed for the business when there is a lull in cooking. (I.E. PAD/Pop Up Events in Dispensaries, Budtender Training, Retail Audits, Cleaning, Distribution Support, Logistics/Deliveries)

ASSOCIATE PLANNER
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
Thisn position is for the Temecula/Lake Elsinore region.
Under general supervision, performs a variety of duties related to the collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of technical land use, environmental, zoning and other city planning data; and ensures compliance with the assigned city’s development standards. Working knowledge of current planning within a municipal government environment with some exposure to and/or experience in advanced urban planning and environmental planning projects and assignments.

Associate Planner - Employees at this level generally receive basic instructions or assistance as required in new or unusual situations until they are fully aware of the operating procedures and policies within the work unit.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES
The following duties are typical for this classification. Incumbents may not perform all of the listed duties and/or may be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth below to address business needs and changing business practices.
1. Gather and maintain demographic data and other related statistics
2. Participate in the research, analysis, and interpretation of social, economic, population and land use data and trends

QUALIFICATIONS

These cooked ingredients are then cut, rolled, or deposited into molds to cool. The cooled product is then transferred to the packaging department to complete the production. RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
- Lead and manage all team members including but not limited to inventory, fulfillment, and delivery personnel
- Oversee not only physical but also digital inventory and regularly cross-reference and update both to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with and between the Production team and Distribution team to ensure all sales orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner
- Create and implement training plans to facilitate operations and workflow
- Review and approve all employee timesheets for completeness and accuracy to facilitate proper payroll processing
- Conduct regular employee reviews to facilitate communication as well as ensure positive reinforcement and accountability
- Create a work environment that promotes safety, transparency, collaboration, learning, and growth
- Oversee the ordering and receiving of materials, equipment, and supplies
- Oversee the creation, filling, and allocation of METRC tags for fulfillment
- Receive and confirm A/R collections at the end of each day
- Oversee the filing of all COAs physical and digital
- Assist in the training of all new staff
REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
- 1+ years of distribution experience preferred
- 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred
- ERP experience preferred
- METRC experience preferred and a HUGE plus
- Able to work well independently and in a team
- Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Must possess excellent work ethics and morals

ASSOCIATE PLANNER
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision, performs a variety of duties related to the collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of technical land use, environmental, zoning and other city planning data; and ensures compliance with the assigned city’s development standards. Associate Planner - Employees at this level generally receive basic instructions or assistance as required in new or unusual situations until they are fully aware of the operating procedures and policies within the work unit.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES
The following duties are typical for this classification. Incumbents may not perform all of the listed duties and/or may be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth below to address business needs and changing business practices.
1. Gather and maintain demographic data and other related statistics
2. Participate in the research, analysis, and interpretation of social, economic, population and land use data and trends

Job Description
SUMMARY
Under general direction of the department/division head, the Senior Planner performs responsible administrative and professional planning work; provides lead direction of assigned staff engaged in performing duties in the research, compilation, analysis, and reporting of planning data for a geographical area or a particular project; assumes highly complex and critical planning assignments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
In assigned programs or projects, supervises and/or performs complex professional and technical planning duties as follows:
· Conducts research, analyzes findings and makes recommendations.
· Prepares environmental documentation; plans and coordinates action plans and activities pertaining to environmental impact reports.
· Reviews and analyzes development proposals for conformance to the assigned city's General Plan and Zoning and Development Standards Guidelines.
· Reviews plans with property owners, civic leaders and policy review boards.
· Attends offsite meetings.

Core Responsibilities:
- Sell productively while meeting or exceeding the minimum sales goal set as per company policy.
- Drive the Mr. Nice Guy Shopping Experience
- Greet and acknowledge clients with a friendly and engaging attitude.
- Assess clients’ needs by listening to their cues and recommending products that fit their personal style.
- Educate clients on product knowledge…”what’s new and fits your lifestyle”.
- Work collectively as a team to create a shopping experience that exceeds the client’s expectation as outlined by the Mr. Nice Guy retail standards.
- Uphold Mr. Nice Guy Values of Respect, Teamwork, Professionalism, and Praise.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor that meets both visual and operational standards.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and deter shoplifting by providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with stock related and housekeeping tasks.
Qualifications:
- One year experience in a retail/customer service related environment. (Cannabis retail experience is a plus but not required.)
- 21 years of age with a valid California drivers license and proof of US Citizenship.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate a passion for customer service.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends with a minimum of 25 hours of availability per week.
- Minimum education level: High School Diploma or GED. College degree is preferred.

Cannabis bud trimmers must be precise and dexterous in their trimming so as not to waste any of the marijuana plant, and they must maintain a clean and organized work environment to avoid contaminating their product. They also must be able to accurately weigh the trimmed buds, as well as identify various marijuana strains, so as not to cheat the customers. Additionally, due to the tedious nature of the job, cannabis bud trimmers must be able to sit and focus for long periods of time.
