The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding a customer on their journey into cannabis by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects. Job Summary:
The Harvest Specialist provides on-site support to daily harvest operations within a cannabis cultivation facility. As a Harvest Specialist, you are responsible for supporting harvest and post-harvest plant processing. - Greets patients and DPC's and escorts them from the waiting room to the secured sales dispensary. Provides orientation and tours for first-time clients.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure maximum profitability and sales growth in all store functions by managing expense budgets, including deposits, accounts receivable, and profit and loss.

Job Summary:
The Cannabis Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional individualized customer service, educational consulting, and in some cases patient record management. This role is responsible for the efficient execution of patient deliveries. The Cannabis Advisor, Delivery is responsible providing excellent customer service and education guidance to registered patients and Designated Primary Caregiver ("DPC"). Take patients orders, record sales in the Inventory Control System ("ICS"), and handle cash, and debit card transactions. Maintain an organized environment and facility appearance. Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a four-year college / university; and 5-7 years of General Manager experience, leading in a high-volume retail sales environment or equivalent combination of education. Quantitative aptitude and experience managing budgets and leading teams of professionals.
Leadership and decision-making ability.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Job Summary:
The Cannabis Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional individualized customer service, educational consulting, and in some cases patient record management. This role is responsible for the efficient execution of patient deliveries. The Cannabis Advisor is responsible providing excellent customer service and education guidance to registered patients and Designated Primary Caregiver (“DPC”). Take patients orders, record sales in the Inventory Control System (“ICS”), and handle cash, and debit card transactions. Maintain an organized environment and facility appearance. The payrate for this position is $15/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Possess a positive attitude while greeting customers and patients.
- Be an advocate of cannabis customer care.
- Help customers and patients navigate through cannabis and educate them on how it can be used as a wellness product.
- Build rapport with regular patients/customers to promote repeat business.
- Work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
- Ensure products are delivered in a timely manner.
- Provide patients and customers alike with information on types, methods and efficacy of various cannabis products (we do not provide medical advice).

- Complete transactions at the POS and ensure the state monitored inventory system (METRC, BioTrack, etc.) accurately updates the amount of product available.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
- Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
- Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
- Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software i.e. Word, Excel, email, etc.
- Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations.
Physical and Mental Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and/or position oneself, communicate, operate and/or prepare, place, position objects, tools, or controls. Position Summary
Supports the General Manager with all aspects of dispensary operations, including coaching and developing the store team that delivers the Company retail promise to valid customers. Serves as a General Manager in training with the ability to do all functions, as directed and authorized by General Manager. Operates the store in the absence of General Manager.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales management required.
- Thorough understanding of state and local medical Cannabis laws and regulations, and how they apply to the operations of the Company is preferred.

Duties/Responsibilities/Tasks
- Understands and assist the General Manager with weekly and monthly sales information.
- Assists the General Manager with employee schedules and managing employee work hours and vacation request.
- Assist with the conduction of training of all new employees as well as the re-training of existing employees when needed.
- Motivates and works together with General Manager and employees to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Assists in conducting employee evaluations.
- Informs employees of new updates and general developments in the Company.
- Supports the General Managers in evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with human resources; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of criteria.
- Helps ensure that inventory is adequate and helps manage inventory properly by becoming versed in the use of the Inventory Control System and Electronic Verification System.
- Promotes a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established company policies and procedures.
- Supports the General Manager by monitoring the activities of the store employees to maximize efficiency, minimize errors.
- Strives to become familiar and proficient at all other tasks and duties of the General Manager, as listed on that Job Description.
- Assist General Manager with regular and random inventory counts of medical Cannabis, ancillary products, and dispensing supplies.
- Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations by supervising Dispensary a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts.
- Supervises Cannabis Advisors during General Manager's absence or when directed.
- Other duties as assigned by the General Manager, including filling in as Agent in Charge, or Cannabis Advisor, as needed.

Supports the cultivation operations of one or more gardens. Ensures the visual aesthetic and high quality of the Company product on a day-to-day basis. Carry out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, harvesting, and trimming. Monitor and maintain plant production and quality control measures in accordance with the Department of Health Office of Compassionate Use regulations and standards set by Florida law and Company policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hand trims, plucks, cure, and dries Cannabis plants using sanitized tools.
- Ensures high quality and visual aesthetic medical Cannabis product.
- Adheres to strict personal hygienic and facility sanitation policies set forth in Department regulations and Company standards in policies and procedures.
- Works in a focused, quick, and effective manner.
- Ensures a clean and safe workspace and facility by performing all assigned cleaning, cultivation, and assigned tasks
- Maintains accurate records of product handled to ensure product identification, tracking in the Inventory Control System, and quality control
- Assist supervisor or Cultivation Manager with weighing, packaging, labeling and other process activities, including the creating of labels in accordance with Department regulations and standards set by Company policies.
- Takes instruction and direction from supervisors and managers.
- Works in a focused, quick and effective manner.
- Complies with all company policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
- Maintains quality control measures in accordance with Department regulations and standards set by Company policies.
- Assist with scheduled and random physical inventory counts for product and/or trimming supplies.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Two years of experience in a general production facility.
- High School Diploma Preferred.
- Excellent personal hygiene.
- Ability to sit and trim and perform other assigned tasks for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.

Position Summary
Manages the day-to-day operations of a Dispensary facility following Florida's Department of Public and Behavioral Health, Department of Health and Human Services, regulations, and MĂśV Florida's standards and policies and procedures. Ensures staff coaching and develops the store team and delivers the Company's retail promise. The Dispensary Manager is the critical link between the retail fields and the Central Management Team.
Duties/Responsibilities/Tasks
- Communicate the Dispensary's sales information to management.
- Create a monthly work schedule; revise and update the facility's shift schedules as needed, based on known absences and unique needs to ensure full coverage of operations by Dispensary staff.
- Conduct and oversee the training of all new employees as well as the retraining of existing employees as needed.
- Motivate and work together with employees to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Administer and document employee evaluations.
- Inform employees of new updates and general developments in the company.
- Review and approve dispensary payroll, including authorizing changes in shift hours and verifying accuracy of time cards.
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with HR; interviewing applicants based on a consistent set of criteria.
- Ensure that inventory is adequate and manage inventory properly through timely entries in the Dispensary's ICS.
- Ensure all client and agent information and sales/purchase information is timely and accurately entered into the VS system developed by the Department, which is cross-checked to entries in the ICS to assure product movement accuracy. All such information is to be maintained confidentially following Department regulations and policies and procedures.
- Promotes a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established company policies and procedures.
- Monitor the activities of store employees to maximize efficiency, minimize errors.
- Respond to all patient complaints, requests, concerns, or suggestions and take action when necessary to resolve conflicts.

- Supports the Dispensary Managers in evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with human resources; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of criteria.
- Helps ensure that inventory is adequate and helps manage inventory properly by becoming versed in the use of the Inventory Control System and Electronic Verification System.
- Promotes a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established company policies and procedures.
- Supports the Dispensary Manager by monitoring the activities of the store employees to maximize efficiency, minimize errors.

Job Summary:
The Harvest Specialist provides on-site support to daily harvest operations within a cannabis cultivation facility. As a Harvest Specialist, you are responsible for supporting harvest and post-harvest plant processing. Harvest Specialists may be cross-trained and asked to support other departments from time to time to meet business needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Offload, harvest, clean, and reload flower rooms.
- Weigh, record, and label post-harvest materials.
- Ensure plants are hung in specific dry rooms.
- Manage, document, and destroy cultivation waste.
- Transfer properly dried plant material to trim and production teams.
- Monitor and maintain quality control measures in accordance with state and local laws.
- Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the facility and production areas.
- Immediately inform Harvest Manager of any system or process discrepancies.
- Visually inspect plants for any diseases, insects, and mold, reporting concerns to management for remediation.

Position Summary
The Cannabis Advisor is passionate about medical Cannabis, provides product knowledge to our patients and explains the benefits of buying specific products. Job Summary:
The Assistant Sanitation Manager is responsible for supporting the Manager in overseeing a team of Sanitation Leads and Specialists. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Motivate sanitation team by providing encouragement, being a servant leader, and giving constructive feedback.
- Aid Sanitation Manager with new hire training.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to Leads, and Specialists.
- Inspect and ensure all sanitation equipment is in good operating order.
