Responsibilities:
- Responsible for manufacturing large-scale batches of high-quality edible products and other confectionary products that are infused with cannabis.
- Tasked with supporting and assisting the Kitchen Supervisor(s) and Manager in all aspects of cannabis production and preparation within the department.
- Priorities include proper preparation and execution of recipes, product packaging, and maintaining all kitchen supplies and equipment cleaned and sanitized.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be age 21 or over - California residency with valid ID is required.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
- Experience in the cannabis industry preferred, particularly in the production of chocolates, gummies and/or candies.
- Previous food assembly line, production experience preferred.
- 1-2 years relevant experience.
- Must have a positive attitude, be a great team player and be open to constructive criticism.
- Must be trustworthy, dependable and accountable for own actions.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to time manage, multitask and organize.
- Must be able to provide minor maintenance and adjustments to production equipment (basic trouble-shooting skills).

A fast-growing Cannabis Processing, Manufacturing and Distribution Company (“Seed-to-Sale” Operations) is looking for a hardworking and dependable HR and Recruitment Specialist for its facilities in Los Angeles and Vernon, California. Candidates with basic knowledge and understanding of Human Resources in the Cannabis Industry are greatly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point person for all recruiting activities (in-house or with external partners).
- Assist hiring managers with job requirements, descriptions, postings, and interview scheduling.
- Source candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and provide baseline assessments of candidates’ skills, experience, and relevant knowledge as compared to job requirements.
- Streamline processes and procedures for candidate tracking, management, and onboarding.
- Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, compensation/benefits offerings and Company Policies.
- Prepare reports on status of searches, relevant talent acquisition targets, and recruiting costs.
- Liaise with third-party staffing firms, if needed, and recommend best cost packages to Management.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology or related field.
- Two-to-three (2-3) years of experience in entry/mid-level Human Resources department work, most preferably in the Cannabis Industry.
- Working knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, including those applicable to the Cannabis Industry.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition systems and procedures typical for a growing company.
- Highly trustworthy, diligent and reliable. Can discretely handle confidential, sensitive and non-routine information.
- Proficient in all MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint), along with ability in using Online Recruitment Platforms and Job Boards (e.g., ZipRecruiter, Indeed, etc.).

The Senior Accountant role is a fast-paced, challenging, hands-on position based at the Company's state-of-the-art Cannabis Manufacturing facility in Vernon, CA. Under the general supervision of Senior Management, and according to established policies and procedures and generally accepted accounting practices, the Senior Accountant will perform full accounting functions with respect to the Company’s accounting, financial statements and account analysis. The ideal candidate for this position must have accounting experience in the Cannabis Manufacturing Industry. The selected candidate must be a highly-organized, professional and responsible team-player committed in helping us meet our corporate objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full cycle of Accounting.
- Ensure that account activities are recorded, corrections are made, adjustments are calculated and journal entries are prepared.
- Review Financial Statements.
- Review and prepare month/year end reports, accrual schedules, prepayments, ad-hoc reports and analyses.
- Prepare and review Financial Audits and Tax Files.
- Prepare accurate Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
- Research accounting issues.
- Identify areas of improvement and introduce innovations to help corporate efficiency, organization and accuracy in accounting matters.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by Management.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
