The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding a customer on their journey into cannabis by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects. In this role, you will need to be knowledgeable enough to speak to customers about various products and their effects while providing excellent customer service. The primary function of a Dispensary Associate is to facilitate a customer’s purchase per State regulations, while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
- Provide empathy and compassion to patients.

- Works with Director of Cultivation to plan for growing activities that are consistent with planned production schedules.
- Prepares space required for planned production.
- Cloning: cutting, rooting and transplanting; clone care, watering and feeding; clone monitoring and climate control; labeling; and inventory data input into state mandated electronic tracking system.
- Monitors growing conditions and reviews changes in humidity, moisture and temperature and cultivation procedures to ensure conformance with quality control standards.
- Inspects crop to ascertain conditions such as leaf texture, bloom size and the existence of pests or disease; removing substandard or diseased plants to maintain quality standards.

We are looking to fill 40 positions in our new state of the art facility located in Camp Verde, AZ.

Essential Functions
- Trim Flower 1.5 lbs. to 2 lbs. of flower in 8-hour shift. 7am-3pm M-F
- The minimum standard is 700 grams per day, this requirement must be met on a weekly average.
- No Raking, No Shaving, No Crows Feet, No visible stems, Clean Cuts no bud cutting
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing. Wipe down your table, sweep your area, put scissors away, pick up trash, tidy up your space.
- Remove fan leaves from branches, dump soil pots, cleaning and mopping.
- Assisting cultivators in harvesting and cleaning. Harvesting every 3 weeks, required to stand for 8 hours.
- Paid breaks (2-15 minute breaks) and lunch paid 30 minutes. We do not provide lunch except on harvest days

- Exposure to fertilizer, dusts, odors, high heat, low temperature, high and low humidity, high noise levels, vibrations, water, dry salts, allergens, pollen, dust, plant pathogens, other volatile organic compounds, and other environmental variables.
EDUCATION *
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is desirable.
- Minimum High School or G.E.D equivalent is required.
