Job Description
The Part Time Pharmacist is a registered Pharmacist who is responsible for providing an outstanding patient experience while maximizing revenue goals, assisting the General Manager in leading the development of the dispensary staff, and ensuring compliance with all inventory, security, and system protocols. This sales-oriented individual should be passionate about the benefits of medical cannabis and making a difference in our patients' lives.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Drive retail sales and patient retention
- Maintain all store operational standards
- Oversee inventory standards are maintained on-site

Job Summary
The Dispensary Back of House Manager Manager is responsible for managing policy and procedure, compliance, inventory, receiving orders, and all other operational objectives of PharmaCann store operations. This position is responsible for ensuring all employees of the dispensary are accountable to these same responsibilities. This position manages the inventory team to improve accuracy, training, and execution of operational initiatives.

The Manager, Sales and Customer Experience is responsible for managing a team that develops, implements and continuously improves all quality, training and customer experience programs. This position is accountable for executing initiatives that facilitate the achievement of all hospitality goals at PharmaCann.
The Manager, Sales and Customer Experience is an expert in their field for specific divisions of responsibilities of the business. The ideal candidate is a business process oriented professional with demonstrated success in implementing continuous improvements that enhance efficiency and/or customer experience. They will have the ability to build and maintain effective teams, be committed to collaboration with a variety of stakeholders, and have a reputation of superior leadership and interpersonal skills.
Duties and responsibilities:

Job Description
The General Manager is responsible for leading through PharmaCann’s mission, vision, and values in order to develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line sales growth.
The GM leads a team of dispensary managers who specialize in DOR’s (division of responsibility) and is accountable for all aspects of managing a single retail store (as well as all other projects/duties as assigned).
This leader drives the business through a DOR focus on Hospitality (customer service, sales training, product knowledge, loyalty and leadership development), Product (visual presentation, product performance and promotions), and Operations (receiving orders, policy and procedures, expense control, compliance, and loss prevention). This position requires a passion for process excellence, a drive for results, and the ability to lead and influence.

The Dispensary Inventory Manager is responsible for managing and holding the operations team accountable for policy and procedure, compliance, inventory, receiving orders and all other operational objectives of PharmaCann store operations. This position manages the operations team to improve accuracy, training and execution of operational
initiatives. The Dispensary Inventory Manager is an expert in their field for specific divisions of responsibilities of the business. This role was designed to develop people into the company’s future General Managers.
Duties and responsibilities
- Oversee and execute all initiatives as outlined on the master calendar.
- Deliver results and strategic direction by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly through the store team.
- Work with cross-divisional teams to build consensus on strategic objectives, goals and operational plan.

- Write and deliver on team members’ performance in partnership with GM to determine succession plans, build on members strengths and develop on weaknesses.
- Performance manage and coach team members on poor performance and violation of company and compliance policies in partnership with GM and HR.
- Provide leadership, training, guidance and support to team members that fosters continuous learning and improvement in performance of the store.

- Minimum 21 years of age
- Associate’s Degree as a minimum, Bachelors in business or operations management or a related field preferred.

Job Description
On-site Security personnel are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of PharmaCann patients, employees and facilities, including cultivation centers and dispensaries. On-site Security personnel will ensure strict adherence to all
security protocols, procedures and controls. On-site Security personnel may be required to travel among various PharmaCann facilities and to seamlessly operate at any of PharmaCann facilities within a certain region. On-site Security Personnel will work directly for the Director of Corporate Security and Anti-Diversion, and will have a dotted line to the
General Manager of the dispensary. Schedule is initially 30 hours per week, and hours may increase to 40.

Redwoods Rising Implementation Fellow
(2â€year funded position through Save the Redwoods League’s Forest Fellowship program, providing post†graduate
opportunities for emerging natural resource professionals in support of the field of redwood forest restoration.)
Save the Redwoods League is looking for a collaborative and energetic individual aspiring to become a natural resource
professional, who will work to build natural resource management capacity on the conservation lands of California’s north
coast. The north coast is home to the majority of the world’s remaining old growth coast redwood forest, as well as large
tracts of former timberland now owned by public agencies for conservation purposes. Industrial timberland, small private
forest landowners, homesteaders, Native American tribes, and a burgeoning cannabis farming industry all represent
significant ownership types in the region. This complex ecological and social context is made further challenging by the
remoteness of the landscape. The Redwoods Rising Implementation Fellow will enhance the forest restoration capacity of
Redwoods Rising – a collaboration between Save the Redwoods League, the National Park Service, and California State
Parks to accelerate the pace of redwood forest recovery and help protect Redwood National and State Parks’ remaining
oldâ€growth groves.
Based in Humboldt and Del Norte Counties and working directly with collaboration partner agencies, the Implementation
Fellow will work to advance the initiative, primarily by overseeing the planning and coordination of a team of Restoration
Apprentices; assisting in the preparation for restoration treatment implementation; mapping and GIS needs, and supporting
development and implementation of restoration projects. The Fellow will further provide backup support for Redwoods
Rising governance team logistics, ecological restoration project technical expertise and troubleshooting, and for fundraising
and outreach efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Undergraduate or graduate degree, or equivalent experience, in forestry, conservation biology, or a related
field preferred.
- Specific understanding of redwood forest science, climate change biology, and forest restoration
methodologies desirable.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills required, including the ability to assemble, assess and organize
data, conduct analyses and propose clear, practical recommendations for technical issues.
- Experience with field data collection methods required.
- Excellent writer, with proven ability to synthesize primary scientific literature and communicate important
findings to a broad audience, as well as to tailor messages to varied audiences.
- Understanding of federal, California state, and local environmental regulatory framework is desirable.
