Job Description:
- Establish a preventive and predictive maintenance plan for a comprehensive array of critical assets and equipment. Implement and manage a preventative maintenance computer software platform. Develop policies, procedures, and SOPs related to the maintenance program at the facility and for corporate use.

- Create and manage a dynamic maintenance inventory system for all facility assets and related maintenance parts and consumables. Automate the re-ordering, receiving, warehousing and audits of equipment,
- Create maintenance Inspection Log for all assets / equipment. Recommend repair and/or replacement based on evaluation of records and inspections. Routinely review operating reports and inspection records to identify faulty equipment.
- Self-perform and/or manage the installation of new and replacement equipment, including required supporting infrastructure.
- Maintain blueprints, service manuals, work orders, and records for all assets and parts.
- Prepare and maintain the maintenance budget, track all costs, and estimate time and material costs of repair or modification work. Prepare and manage capital equipment installation projects.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent. Associates degree, or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.

The Master Grower will manage a one of the largest-scaled greenhouses in the world that will include hemp and CBD cultivation as well as cultivation for herbaceous annuals. As a Relationship Banker at Fortress Bank you will be responsible for the management of customer accounts, expansion of customer deposit relationships, and development of new customer relationships, focused on providing superior customer service through proactive interactions. You will identify customer and prospective customer needs, open accounts, reach out to customers to build relationships, and educate customers on how the Fortress team can help them achieve their financial goals and exceed their expectations.
Position Responsibilities:
· Call customers to engage them in conversation about Bank services, listen to them and identify their financial needs, recommend products & services that meet their needs, and open appropriate accounts.
· Become proficient in all deposit products and consumer loans, including the ability to appropriately qualify customers for those products.
· Collaborate with colleagues throughout all departments to deliver quality products and service to the Bank’s customers.
· Commit to the Bank’s overall success through the achievement of the position objectives, becoming a valued member of the Fortress team.
· Understand and abide by policies, procedures, and regulations to minimize risk.
· Accurately and efficiently process complex transactions utilizing multiple systems while providing excellent customer service.
· Participate in routine Saturday coverage rotation.
Qualifications:
· Excellence in customer service and professionalism, demonstrated through at least two years of related work experience, military experience, or educational experience.
· Willingness to actively contact existing and potential customers, interacting with them on a regular basis.
· Self-motivation: recognizing and taking appropriate steps to complete timely work.
· Confidence to exercise judgment balanced with knowing when to seek assistance.
· Well organized and able to prioritize work in a fast paced, interruptive environment.
· Ability to learn and apply new skills, knowledge, and information, including new technology and systems.
· Ability to identify potential fraud/risky activity and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
