General Summary:

Position Overview:
The Manager, Retail Operations is responsible for assisting the Area General Manager in interfacing, consulting with qualified patients and caregivers, and administering approved medical marijuana products. The Manager, Retail Operations oversees all activities related to the operation of the Dispensing Facility to include patient identification and registration, record retention, product tracking, and inventory control as directed by the General Manager.
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- The Manager, Retail Operations ensures compliance with all Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program rules and regulations governing the Act, and directly supervises the activity within the dispensary to include dispensary staff training and education in the absence of the General Manager and as directed.
- Provides management and leadership in the Dispensing Facility to include monitoring all point of sale transactions.
- Manages patient-specific logs as required, the receipt, storage and auditing of all inventory, and is responsible for ordering new inventory and supplies, and maintaining accurate records using BioTrackTHC, the Dispensing Facility’s inventory tracking software program.
- As the responsible party at the Dispensing Facility, this position resolves all inventory discrepancies and patient-staff conflicts.
- The Manager, Retail Operations is responsible for the development of the Dispensing Facility’s privacy policies and procedures, the security and confidentiality of all patient information, and overall compliance with HIPAA.
- This position acts as a liaison internally between all staff, the dispensary management team, and the General Manager, and externally between the Dispensing Facility and law enforcement, the Commissioner of Health, and the local community.
- Directs and monitors department managers to accomplish goals of the plan, consistent with established safety procedures.

JOB FUNCTION
Position Summary: Reporting to the Director of Retail Operations, The General Manager will execute on the GMF strategic plan of retail operations, analyze the performance, and provide feedback to leadership. Position Overview:
The Manager, Retail Operations is responsible for assisting the General Manager or Area General Manager in interfacing, consulting with qualified patients and caregivers, and administering approved medical marijuana products. Major Areas of Responsibility include:

- Manages patient-specific logs as required, the receipt, storage and auditing of all inventory, and is responsible for ordering new inventory and supplies, and maintaining accurate records using BioTrackTHC, the Dispensing Facility’s inventory tracking software program.
- As the responsible party at the Dispensing Facility, this position resolves all inventory discrepancies and patient-staff conflicts.
- The Manager, Retail Operations is responsible for the development of the Dispensing Facility’s privacy policies and procedures, the security and confidentiality of all patient information, and overall compliance with HIPAA.
- This position acts as a liaison internally between all staff, the dispensary management team, and the General Manager, and externally between the Dispensing Facility and law enforcement, the Commissioner of Health, and the local community.
- Directs and monitors department managers to accomplish goals of the plan, consistent with established safety procedures.
- Establishes methods to follow the operating plan in compliance with the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program, maintaining records required by public health law and ensures quality assurance plans, including but not limited to plans to detect, identify and prevent dispensing errors related to product packaging and labeling.
- Manages and implements policies and procedures for any retesting of returned approved medical marijuana products, storage and disposal and meeting reporting requirements for adverse events, and product recall.
This position is responsible for assisting with implementing and maintaining security systems for tracking, record-keeping, record retention, and surveillance related to all product at every stage of storage, delivery, transporting, anddistribution.

Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):

Job purpose:
The Retail Operations Assistant Manager will assist the Retail Operations Manager
in overseeing the day-to-day processes in accordance with state regulations, and
standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include inventory management,
reconciling daily sales transactions, employee training, and performance
management. The Retail Operations Assistant Manager will oversee and manage a
dispensary staff of up to 10 employees and will be responsible for ensuring a quality

Duties and responsibilities:
? Support the manager of your respective location
? Collaborate with team members from across the company

? Provide compliant solutions to everyday operational challenges consistent with company policy,

? Ensure the team is ready for unannounced DOH inspections
? Lead DOH unannounced inspections in the absence of the manager

? Understand and communicate data to PA’s as needed
? Ensure all in store and online product menus for the respective location is accurate with inventory
on hand-at all times

the appropriate individuals internally when needed/required
? Participate with development trainings hosted by the company
? Complete dispensary operational requirements by organizing and directing Patient Attendant
work flow
? Verify labeling of medications is accurate
? Ensure inventory accuracy during POS transactions for the PA’s on duty
? Ensure the phone is answered within 3 rings if possible, and patients voice messages are returned
as soon as possible
? Ensure the attire of staff is consistent with dress code
? Comply with local, state and federal laws regarding medical cannabis
? Maintain records, removing outdated and damaged cannabis-based medications from the
dispensary inventory
? Coordinate and accepting of product from transport
? Ensure and maintain product integrity and quality at the retail locations (burping, rotating
inventory, maintaining optimal environmental controls-humidity, temp, etc)
? Perform physical inventory counts of merchandise, accessories, and product in accordance with
inventory schedule
? Maintain cannabis and healthcare related knowledge by completing continuing education courses
? Conduct performance reviews to monitor employee productivity, attitudes, and performance
results
? Maintain financial control systems (register tills, cash drop safe)
? Ensure cash handling accuracy of PA’s on duty
? Operate POS and corresponding systems and monitor all transactions
? Adhere to dispensary privacy policies and procedures
? Implement plans to detect, identify and prevent dispensing errors at the POS

SUMMARY:
Curaleaf is currently seeking a Retail Field Operations Manager (RFOM). This role will create, develop, and champion national directives and requires travel (air and vehicle) up to 50% of the time.
The Retail Field Operations Manager shall serve as a primary member of the National Operations Team and shall drive change and ingenuity within the retail cannabis industry on behalf of the organization. Position Overview:
The Manager, Retail Operations is responsible for assisting the Area General Manager in interfacing, consulting with qualified patients and caregivers, and administering approved medical marijuana products. The Manager, Retail Operations oversees all activities related to the operation of the Dispensing Facility to include patient identification and registration, record retention, product tracking, and inventory control as directed by the General Manager.
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- The Manager, Retail Operations ensures compliance with all Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program rules and regulations governing the Act, and directly supervises the activity within the dispensary to include dispensary staff training and education in the absence of the General Manager and as directed.
- Provides management and leadership in the Dispensing Facility to include monitoring all point of sale transactions.
- Manages patient-specific logs as required, the receipt, storage and auditing of all inventory, and is responsible for ordering new inventory and supplies, and maintaining accurate records using BioTrackTHC, the Dispensing Facility’s inventory tracking software program.
- As the responsible party at the Dispensing Facility, this position resolves all inventory discrepancies and patient-staff conflicts.
- The Manager, Retail Operations is responsible for the development of the Dispensing Facility’s privacy policies and procedures, the security and confidentiality of all patient information, and overall compliance with HIPAA.
- This position acts as a liaison internally between all staff, the dispensary management team, and the General Manager, and externally between the Dispensing Facility and law enforcement, the Commissioner of Health, and the local community.
- Directs and monitors department managers to accomplish goals of the plan, consistent with established safety procedures.
- Establishes methods to follow the operating plan in compliance with the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program, maintaining records required by public health law and ensures quality assurance plans, including but not limited to plans to detect, identify and prevent dispensing errors related to product packaging and labeling.
- Manages and implements policies and procedures for any retesting of returned approved medical marijuana products, storage and disposal and meeting reporting requirements for adverse events, and product recall.
- This position is responsible for assisting with implementing and maintaining security systems for tracking, record-keeping, record retention, and surveillance related to all product at every stage of storage, delivery, transporting, and distribution.

Position Overview:

The Manager, Retail Operations oversees all activities related to the operation of the Dispensing Facility to include patient identification and registration, record retention, product tracking, and inventory control as directed by the Area General Manager.
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- The Manager, Retail Operations ensures compliance with all Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program rules and regulations governing the Act, and directly supervises the activity within the dispensary to include dispensary staff training and education in the absence of the General Manager and as directed.
- Provides management and leadership in the Dispensing Facility to include monitoring all point of sale transactions.
- Manages patient-specific logs as required, the receipt, storage and auditing of all inventory, and is responsible for ordering new inventory and supplies, and maintaining accurate records using BioTrackTHC, the Dispensing Facility’s inventory tracking software program.
- As the responsible party at the Dispensing Facility, this position resolves all inventory discrepancies and patient-staff conflicts.
- The Manager, Retail Operations is responsible for the development of the Dispensing Facility’s privacy policies and procedures, the security and confidentiality of all patient information, and overall compliance with HIPAA.
- This position acts as a liaison internally between all staff, the dispensary management team, and the General Manager, and externally between the Dispensing Facility and law enforcement, the Commissioner of Health, and the local community.
- Directs and monitors department managers to accomplish goals of the plan, consistent with established safety procedures.
- Establishes methods to follow the operating plan in compliance with the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program, maintaining records required by public health law and ensures quality assurance plans, including but not limited to plans to detect, identify and prevent dispensing errors related to product packaging and labeling.
- Manages and implements policies and procedures for any retesting of returned approved medical marijuana products, storage and disposal and meeting reporting requirements for adverse events, and product recall.

Position Overview:
The Manager, Retail Operations is responsible for assisting the General Manager in interfacing, consulting with qualified patients and caregivers, and administering approved medical marijuana products. The Manager, Retail Operations oversees all activities related to the operation of the Dispensing Facility to include patient identification and registration, record retention, product tracking, and inventory control as directed by the General Manager.
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- The Manager, Retail Operations ensures compliance with all Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program rules and regulations governing the Act, and directly supervises the activity within the dispensary to include dispensary staff training and education in the absence of the General Manager and as directed.
- Provides management and leadership in the Dispensing Facility to include monitoring all point of sale transactions.
- Manages patient-specific logs as required, the receipt, storage and auditing of all inventory, and is responsible for ordering new inventory and supplies, and maintaining accurate records using BioTrackTHC, the Dispensing Facility’s inventory tracking software program.
- As the responsible party at the Dispensing Facility, this position resolves all inventory discrepancies and patient-staff conflicts.
- The Manager, Retail Operations is responsible for the development of the Dispensing Facility’s privacy policies and procedures, the security and confidentiality of all patient information, and overall compliance with HIPAA.
- This position acts as a liaison internally between all staff, the dispensary management team, and the General Manager, and externally between the Dispensing Facility and law enforcement, the Commissioner of Health, and the local community.
- Directs and monitors department managers to accomplish goals of the plan, consistent with established safety procedures.
- Establishes methods to follow the operating plan in compliance with the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program, maintaining records required by public health law and ensures quality assurance plans, including but not limited to plans to detect, identify and prevent dispensing errors related to product packaging and labeling.
- Manages and implements policies and procedures for any retesting of returned approved medical marijuana products, storage and disposal and meeting reporting requirements for adverse events, and product recall.
- This position is responsible for assisting with implementing and maintaining security systems for tracking, record-keeping, record retention, and surveillance related to all product at every stage of storage, delivery, transporting, and distribution.

The PositionWe are looking for a Retail Fulfillment Program Manager operation to focus on business process re-engineering supporting Lume’s Retail Fulfillment Operations. You will handle all aspects of fulfillment programs and projects including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, scope and definition, deliverables, and implementation. This role will span across all aspects of Retail Fulfillment for Lume including ecommerce & multi-channel capabilities, payment services & processing, post order support, store supply replenishment, reverse logistics, and new product introductions (NPI).

- Develops promotions which maintain margin and increase traffic count. Provides data to connect marketing efforts with sales performance, making recommendations in collaboration with marketing for changes in promotions where needed based on sales performance.
- Supports and executes all New Store Openings to Native Roots’ retail standards.
- Creates and fosters a positive, collaborative environment and attitude toward retail operations and all departments in Native Roots.
- Responsible for establishing retail leadership relationships with outside retail leaders to bring in new and innovative concepts to continue to elevate the retail consumer experience at Native Roots.
- Manages relationship with Retail Technology (Cova) in regard to retail improvements and needs to ensure that customer transaction time and experience is continually effective and efficient.
- Support succession planning and organizational design for the retail department collaboratively with the Senior Manager of Field Sales.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in a high-volume, customer-centric retail environment
- Ability to make tough decisions informed by both data and judgment
- Demonstrated record of driving profit through improving operations processes
- Working knowledge of retail systems such as Workforce scheduling
- Organizational leadership and influence without relying on hierarchy
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills: insightful memos and presentations are extremely important
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead varying levels of team members: entry-level to multi-unit managers
Physical Requirements
- Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for proper location management.
- Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes.

The Senior Manager, Retail Operations reports directly to the Senior Director of Retail and is responsible for all daily tasks in their assigned area.
The Senior Manager Retail Operations is responsible for leading a team of Dispensary Managers for their District. This includes team leadership and development of the manager and cross-functional support teams to drive sales while improving the overall operational and financial performance of the District. This active leadership role will include customer service, community involvement, strategic market acceleration plans and overall execution of brand excellence in all markets.
Responsibilities:
- Maximizes profitability and the setting/meeting of sales targets while motivating the team to do the same
- Leads pricing, promotion and stock control for District
- Manages revenue and expense budgets for retail District
- Leader for recruiting, training and overall supervision of Dispensary teams in District
- Creates District implementation plans to support execution of regional and company initiatives to achieve both operational excellence and business results
- Utilizes financial tools and analyzes financial reports to identify and address trends in District performance.
- Provides the direction, leadership, and communication necessary to achieve sales results and operating plan goals for stores to meet the District's fiscal plan
- Leads and calibrates training standards and ownership needed to provide qualified training to managers
- Communicates, evaluates and documents Manager performance including the preparation and presentation of performance reviews and disciplinary action, including terminations.
- Monitors and manages district-wide management staffing levels. Ensures management-level partner development and talent acquisition in order to achieve and maintain regional and district operational requirements
- Filters communications to the Managers and cross-functional support partner teams within the District. Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective operations at the district and region level.
- Interacts with peers and the operational leadership team to strategize and implement programs to improve operational procedures and results

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience directing multiple districts, P&L, inventory, operations, and customer service
- Minimum 5 years of management experience leading a team, including training and coaching to support team members to achieve partner, business and customer results
- Experience in a multi-unit environment, knowledge of retail or restaurant industry operations and financial reporting
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Innovative, proactive and strategic
- Relationship focused with a strong ability to build collaborative partnerships
- Excellent presentation skills and strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft office tools
