The Inventory Intake Manager will be responsible for training and overseeing the intake team at both company locations. This position is also responsible for management of all duties pertaining to product intake at both locations, including verifying and accepting/rejecting all products while ensuring compliance with all state and local ordinances, rules, and regulations.
This role also manages the menu for the location, focusing on the most accurate and up to date information to be provided to our customers. The Intake Manager stays up to date on OLCC regulations and trends in the cannabis industry; maintains full compliance with OLCC with respect to evaluation, handling, storage, selling, and tracking of products.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage Intake teams at both locations
- Ensure that both teams are functioning with synchronicity, following proper SOP’s and adhering to all city and OLCC regulations

- Provide leadership and direction to all employees

We are seeking an experienced and qualified territory sales manager to lead the sales in the Eastern Oregon territory. The ideal candidate is responsible for growing total territory sales as well as meet or exceed KPIs and follow a structure of routes/zones as well as maintain accountability via CRM.
Key Duties Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Develop the strategy and tactics to grow revenue and distribution points of all brands in the portfolio of the distribution company wihtin your territory
- Aggressively prospect and close new accounts within the state of Oregon

Job purpose
The Inventory Night Crew will work with the Inventory Manager to provide support in the general operation through the organization and management of product inventory to maximize operational efficiency.
Duties and responsibilities
In the absence of the Inventory Manager, exercise limited authority and discretion when addressing events that concern daily operations when necessary, including but not limited to:
- Accurately and efficiently manage all merchandise and cannabis product inventories
- Count all Products in Vault and verify accuracy with highly regulated systems
- Count all products on Sales Floor and verify accuracy with regulated systems
- Stock floor completely and prepare sales floor for next day
- Identify product loss and corrective actions
- Provide periodic, monthly, or quarterly inventory reconciliations as assigned
- Help with cleaning and organizing when inventory duties are done
- Other duties as assigned

The Cultivation Assistant will be responsible for every aspect of a plant’s life cycle, from clones to harvesting. Also responsible for manicuring and maintaining gardening practices on all plants throughout all stages including mom, clone, veg, and flower. Assistants will also be required to maintain the cleanliness of production areas and maintenance involved with their corresponding team. This includes field work, weeding, hoeing, trimming and cultivating. This position will work closely with the Cultivation Specialist and be able to learn quickly, take instruction, and follow policy and procedure.
- Assist on plant growing activities based on planned planting schedules
- Assist in monitoring growing conditions and manage changes in humidity, moisture, temperature and other cultivation procedures
- Manicure and maintain gardening practices on all plants throughout their life cycle as trained and approved by management

Job purpose
The Cultivation Manager will be responsible for managing every aspect of the farm operations, farm employees (including seasonal employees), every aspect of the plants’ life cycle, from clones to harvesting. - Evaluate Performance and Productivity
- Participate in developing and implementing operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Manage, supervise and direct the activities of assigned staff, and make recommendations regarding hiring, discipline, termination or advancement of employees.
- Teach and enhance the capacity of farm personnel
- Provide hands-on support and training to all employees
- Manage and Oversee all plant growing activities
- Understand and scale production of a high value, high attention crop
- Create, design, manage, and operate systems, from irrigation to pest management, as well as seasonal field prep and breakdown, to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the farm production
- Manage and Monitor growing conditions and manage changes in humidity, moisture, temperature and other cultivation procedures

- Insures all tasks are in compliance with OLCC regulations, as well as Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols

- Must be proficient in having phone conversations with any potential new hires as well as participating in the interview process.

The right candidate has 5+ years of retail management experience with a focus on inventory management and controls. The ideal candidate is also comfortable reviewing operational data and reports regarding Assistant Managers and Retail Associates to assess overall performance of the location. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to independently manage a team of 8 Assistant Managers and 30 Retail Associates. Strict adherence to compliance and standards is a must. Responsibilities:
- Maintains highest level of presentation and customer service
- Provides leadership to assure that all store operations such as cash management, inventory management, inventory receiving, inventory auditing, and marketing are functioning in the most cost efficient and compliant manner
- Performs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reviews and provides suggestions for improvement to the Director of Retail
- Reviews, maintains and updates all retail SOP’s and assures that any changes are communicated to employees
- Oversees and ensures cash management procedures are being followed including, transacting, opening, closing, depositing, reporting, maintaining and reconciling cash
- Communicates confidentially with Director of Retail on policies and procedures and only divulges information to authorized persons
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members while offering appropriate and constructive feedback and coaching
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, or related areas
- Master's Degree preferred
- At least 5 years of retail and inventory management experience
- Proven experience managing a team to complete tasks and projects
- Effectively utilize project management software to track performance
- Exceptional written, verbal, visual communication and presentation skills
- Can-do attitude with shown ability of adapting to change in business needs
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage a complex inventory system
- Ability to critically think and solve problems without direction

We are looking to add an assistant manager to our team who can handle the day to day operations and needs of the retail store and staff. This person should have an extensive background in retail or operations management. They should be someone looking to grow with a company and focused on ensuring its success. This is a role that will work closely with upper management and be someone who will be a large part of our future growth and success.
In this role, you will help set the tone for the store team and help bring our brand to life for our customers and employees. Your leadership role is critical in supporting the execution of the store strategy to achieve performance goals and drive profitable sales growth through all aspects of the store, including; employee discipline, customer issues, ensuring store compliance, reporting issues to the general and upper management, assisting in recruitment for all retail positions, assisting in scheduling for the location, non-cannabis inventory management and retail cash management, workforce accountability of all retail employees.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Workforce accountability for 35-50 employees
- Oversight of daily retail operations. Ensuring operational issues are reported to general and upper management along with potential solutions for the issues to improve company operations
- Train, guide and mentor employees and evaluate their performance and productivity in completing their job duties. Working with upper management to develop training programs
- Ensuring the retail team is performing to upper management’s expectations. Oversight of all disciplinary issues within their retail location.
- Cash Management - End of day reporting and reconciliation, till building, reporting bank discrepancies to upper management.
- Submitting operations related expense receipts to accounting
- Assisting in the creation, development, and implementation of a process for hiring and recruitment of retail level employees for their store location
- Assisting in the scheduling and accountability of labor resources for their retail location
- Ensuring timesheets/records are accurate and submitted bi weekly for payroll
- Provide feedback and make recommendations that increase the success of marketing efforts and the effectiveness of current marketing strategies at reaching target markets
- Engage in key or targeted customer activities
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect for all employees, customers, and vendors
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business Administration or a related field AND/OR a minimum of three (3) years of experience in retail operations management with a minimum of 30 employees
- Ability to work 40-50 hours per week
- 3-5 years experience in operations management within a retail setting
- Experience managing or coordinating complex projects and/or programs
- Can lead and support; coordinating tasks as well as driving to completion
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment, develop strong relationships, and influence stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Role Overview

The Associate will work to ensure excellent customer service and ensure the distribution of only quality products to customers in our new recreational dispensary. The Inventory Specialist position is responsible for the organization and tracking of all C&G inventory. Job purpose
The Inventory Night Crew will work with the Inventory Manager to provide support in the general operation through the organization and management of product inventory to maximize operational efficiency.
Duties and responsibilities
In the absence of the Inventory Manager, exercise limited authority and discretion when addressing events that concern daily operations when necessary, including but not limited to:
- Accurately and efficiently manage all merchandise and cannabis product inventories
- Count all Products in Vault and verify accuracy with highly regulated systems
- Count all products on Sales Floor and verify accuracy with regulated systems
- Stock floor completely and prepare sales floor for next day
- Identify product loss and corrective actions
- Provide periodic, monthly, or quarterly inventory reconciliations as assigned
- Help with cleaning and organizing when inventory duties are done
- Other duties as assigned
