QUALIFICATIONS *

General Summary:

JOB SUMMARY
The Purchasing Manager reports directly to the Director of Retail. Stores and provides direct knowledge of strains, concentrates, and edibles and will utilize a successful track record of buying experience to achieve the company's goals. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day purchasing/buying activities which drive towards the strategic goals of the organization, including enhanced sales, promotional cadence, enhanced margins and best in class customer experience.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
- Lead the development and management of purchasing cannabis products in retail stores while supporting Management in the greater region or state
- Responsible for development and implementation of SOPs, methods, and policies to advance the retail purchasing process and ensure it meets the needs of the company.
- Execute the full scope of the purchasing and buying process from sourcing, arranging vendor meetings, product evaluation and cost analysis
- Analyze and understand customer demand patterns to better inform purchasing decisions and inventory levels by analyzing on-hand data and researching upcoming trends in the product and vendor environment.
- Actively follow the industry and seasonal trends, while also having a strong pulse on the competitive market and key influencers.
- Conduct regular margin analyses on all SKUs and locations and deliver results to leadership team
- Develop strong relationships with vendors of cannabis products and ensure that we have uninterrupted access to industry-leading product at competitive prices
- Schedule and support vendor activations in-store
- Maintain an organized calendar of deliveries, payouts, on-site vendor meetings, product education meetings
- Serve as liaison in negotiating to acquire best wholesale price while protecting gross margin
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
- Maintain exceptional quality control on all products
- Ensure vendor compliance with licensing obligations, delivery procedures, and payment handling
- Assist with developing purchasing team as needed
- Collaborate and maintain partnership with General Managers and other team members in the region or state
- Provide product education and training to retail associates
- Participate in identifying and hiring purchasing team members
- Provide training to new purchasing/buying team members
- Knowledge of inventory control systems in regulated cannabis markets
QUALIFICATIONS *
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years' experience in lieu of degree, in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations, Inventory control systems and strong retail business acumen
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- 5+ years Cannabis experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the state of Missouri
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic

General Summary:
The Retail Operations Manager reports to the Director of Retail and is responsible for managing and holding the company’s retail management teams accountable for policy and procedure, compliance, inventory, and all other operational objectives of store and BOH operations. This position leads, implements and continuously improves all accuracy, training, and execution of operational initiatives.

- Execute or assist with dispensary operations and opening and closing procedures during hours of operation.
- Adhere to all company-wide policies, process, procedures, and requirements.

- Work with management team to increase sales and foot traffic.
- Contribute to team environment and company advancement in alignment with the strategic direction set by management.
- Support in the management of dispensary sales and database, including weekly summaries of metrics.
- Verify the receipt of dispensary supplies, equipment, and other resources.
- Maintain a culture of high-quality customer service and communication.
- Assist with facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary including phone, utilities, technology, maintenance, repairs, stock and supplies.
- Notify management about any customer or product concerns/complaints
- Notify management about any operational (security, plumbing, HVAC, computers, etc.) issues
- Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure
- Daily compliance with dispensary policies, including but not limited to the following: state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, inventory tracking, dress code, and work schedules.

Job Description
The Patient Consultant position is a full time role and will be responsible for attending to the needs of patients and caregivers. This role will be key to promoting a “patient-first” experience for the dispensary, delivering exceptional customer service and will focus on contributing to a collaborative, team oriented environment.
Duties will include but not be limited to the following;
- Daily compliance with policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, operating procedures, and work schedule

Job Description
The Dispensary Manager is a full time role and will be responsible for the successful operations of the facility. This role will be key to creating and maintaining the organizational values of Sunrise ensuring all procedures and processes are followed, driving responsible financial performance and fostering a team focused on providing exceptional customer service. Duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Operations
- Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators as specified by Sunrise and drive customer loyalty
- Responsible for the ordering and receiving of all inventory and products, all menus are up to date and all products displayed properly
- Responsible for maintaining up to date records and ensuring that all operations are in compliance with local and state laws
- Oversee and monitor weekly auditing and reporting requirements
- Develop, communicate and implement strategies to leverage company resources, reduce costs and grow business
- Communicate business priorities and align team to meet goals and objectives
People
- Foster an environment based upon communication, teamwork and engagement
- Attract, hire and retain a diverse dispensary staff
- Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service through training, employee engagement and active leadership
- Provide support for all dispensary employees (including schedules, training, policy and procedures and facility maintenance).
Facility Management
- Protect Sunrise assets and minimize loss by ensuring all store standards and operating procedures are met, including workplace safety, inventory control, compliance and loss prevention
- Be proficient in, and ensure compliance with Sunrise policies, regulations adherence, procedures, and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Able to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Card
- Bachelor’. degree or relevant experiencet
- Must have business acumen and understanding of financial retail principles
- Able to walk and stand for long periods of time, bend and lift over 50 lbs. comfortably
- Must be able to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends
- Knowledgeable of the Medical Marijuana industry and medical marijuana products
- Must be able to speak English fluently; additional languages preferred
- 3 years prior retail management experience including P & L responsibilities
- Proven ability to meet performance goals and metrics
- Ethical and conscientious individual who leads with integrity
- Must be an excellent communicator

Job Description
The Patient Consultant position is a full time role and will be responsible for attending to the needs of patients and caregivers. This role will be key to promoting a “patient-first” experience for the dispensary, delivering exceptional customer service and will focus on contributing to a collaborative, team oriented environment.
Duties will include but not be limited to the following;
- Daily compliance with policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, operating procedures, and work schedule
- Creates an exceptional customer service experience with patients through education, knowledge of products and salesmanship.
- Comply with all cash handling policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of all surfaces at point-of-sale areas and the dispensary facility.
- Accurate and timely data entry of patient and/or customer profiles.
- Knowledgeable of medical cannabis products and retail environments
- Assist in facilitating the flow of traffic within the dispensary
- Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators as specified by Sunrise and drive customer loyalty
