Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Under guidance from the Lead Grower, this position will grow the highest quality plants in the most efficient and productive manner.
- Responsible for the daily maintenance of a designated range of plants. Maintenance includes watering, fertilizing, spacing, weeding and moving the plants.

- Inspect the plants and alert the Grower Lead and management if insects or diseases are detected.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees assigned crops. Work from crop schedules and follows protocols to make independent crop care decisions; organize and prioritize daily tasks; and assist in the adjustment of the crew, with the grower. Provides detailed instruction for a clear understanding of expectations and work performance. Reports to supervisor all crop issues and personnel needs, as they occur.
- Directs and oversees the finished stage growing process. Ensures timely spacing and condensing of crops. Monitors pest and disease, irrigation, fertilization. Coordinates clean up of growing areas. Monitors greenhouse functions and notify supervisor for adjustments.
- Coordinates weekly plantings with Transplant Supervisor or Assistant Transplant Supervisor in Supervisorâs absence. Evaluates space needs and ensures proper placement of planted crops in growing areas. Work from transplant reports. Verify shipments and organize plant material (i.e. cuttings, seeds, and liners); accounts for accurate paperwork, and follows receiving procedures protocol.
- Responsible for proper operation and utilization of irrigation systems.
- Work from committed items reports to oversee the process of maintaining adequate inventories in the sales-ready area. Coordinates with Shipping in supplying product timely. Makes adjustments to inventory and runs reports in industry-specific software.
- Oversees sales-ready area setup for crops. Ensures that product meets sales-ready criteria (i.e. correctly tagged, irrigation, no weeds or pests, and contain proper signage).
- Applies chemicals, as directed by Grower. Follows established chemical application protocols and procedures.
- Trains and oversees level 1 through 2B employees in required production skills (i.e. crop and plant id, weeds, pests, irrigation, fertilizer, and chemicals).
- Communicate to the appropriate chain of command effectively between Production and other departments to maintain efficiencies.
- Assists Grower in scheduling and distributing labor for regular and weekend shifts.
- Perform counseling and disciplinary corrections as needed with the grower. Work with Grower to document performance issues. Assist with employee reviews for levels 1 through 2B.
- Able to operate all equipment and vehicles assigned with training/certification. Able to train employees on the use of equipment, vehicle, and tools.
- When used, check and record the conditions of all vehicles. Fuel vehicles, as necessary.

Job Responsibilities Included:

Job Summary
The Assistant Grower aids the Grower in the day-to-day care and growing of crops. Direct interaction with area people, giving instructions on irrigation, plant movement and trimming per the Grower. Walking the crops daily. Measuring, mixing and applying pest control measures. We use biological control measures as our first line of defense.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Oversees productivity, the accuracy of plantings, spacing, and sales area quality, makes adjustments to procedures, when necessary with the supervisorâs approval. irect multiple crews, and coordinate distribution of labor in English and Spanish. Must have basic mechanical skills, good organizational skills, read, write and count accurately. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees assigned crops. Work from crop schedules and follows protocols to make independent crop care decisions; organize and prioritize daily tasks; and assist in the adjustment of the crew, with the grower. Provides detailed instruction for a clear understanding of expectations and work performance. Reports to supervisor all crop issues and personnel needs, as they occur.
- Directs and oversees the finished stage growing process. Ensures timely spacing and condensing of crops. Monitors pest and disease, irrigation, fertilization. Coordinates clean up of growing areas. Monitors greenhouse functions and notify supervisor for adjustments.
- Coordinates weekly plantings with Transplant Supervisor or Assistant Transplant Supervisor in Supervisorâs absence. Evaluates space needs and ensures proper placement of planted crops in growing areas. Work from transplant reports. Verify shipments and organize plant material (i.e. cuttings, seeds, and liners); accounts for accurate paperwork, and follows receiving procedures protocol.
- Responsible for proper operation and utilization of irrigation systems.
- Work from committed items reports to oversee the process of maintaining adequate inventories in the sales-ready area. Coordinates with Shipping in supplying product timely. Makes adjustments to inventory and runs reports in industry-specific software.
- Oversees sales-ready area setup for crops. Ensures that product meets sales-ready criteria (i.e. correctly tagged, irrigation, no weeds or pests, and contain proper signage).
- Applies chemicals, as directed by Grower. Follows established chemical application protocols and procedures.
- Trains and oversees level 1 through 2B employees in required production skills (i.e. crop and plant id, weeds, pests, irrigation, fertilizer, and chemicals).
- Communicate to the appropriate chain of command effectively between Production and other departments to maintain efficiencies.
- Assists Grower in scheduling and distributing labor for regular and weekend shifts.
- Perform counseling and disciplinary corrections as needed with the grower. Work with Grower to document performance issues. Assist with employee reviews for levels 1 through 2B.
- Able to operate all equipment and vehicles assigned with training/certification. Able to train employees on the use of equipment, vehicle, and tools.
- When used, check and record the conditions of all vehicles. Fuel vehicles, as necessary.

Position Summary:
Juneberry Ridge is a regenerative, food-focused farm in Norwood, NC with a mission to ânourish, educate, and build a better futureâ. This mission drives our vision âto change the way the world growsâ. We currently operate a 1,500 sqft, a 4,600 sqft and a 43,000 sqft greenhouse utilizing aquaponics, hydroponics, and nursery plant production.
The Assistant Grower will be responsible for managing and upholding the current food safety program, establishment, and growth of a market/kitchen garden, and helping to create meaningful educational experiences. The candidate should be self-motivated, self-managed, and comfortable in a leadership role. The Assistant Grower will assist with the planning, growing, and cultural care of various greenhouse production systems, as well as outdoor gardens. The Assistant Grower will help with our integrated pest management (IPM) program, the fertility program, oversight of the aquaponics, hydroponics, nursery programs, farmers markets, harvesting, transplanting, and other various aspects of the plant production cycles in place.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties (including but not limited to):
- Oversee the food safety program, including annual recertification of GAP.
- Direct, guide, and educate seasonal and part-time staff, volunteers, and interns.
- Assist with the establishment and management of market/kitchen gardens.
- Assist with Plant Nursery production.
- Assist with Aqua/Hydroponic production.
- Assist with the IPM program.
- Assist with the fertility program.
- Assist with the management of growing conditions and environmental controls in the greenhouses.
- Create and maintain accurate records, files, and inventories.

- 40 hours per week expected, ensuring jobs are completed in the time frames expected. About 3/4 of work time will be spent in the greenhouse/field, 1/8 in meetings, and 1/8 at a desk.

Job Qualifications:
- Associates degree or higher in an agriculture related field of study. Bachelorâs degree in field of plants and/or crop production, preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a greenhouse, plant nursery, and/or market/kitchen gardening setting.
- 2 years experience in a supervisory role, preferred.

Role and Responsibilities:
Assistant Grower
- Work alongside Head Grower to schedule crop care in a timely fashion to ensure the highest quality for our customers
- Use fertilizer BMPâs and make decisions based on the needs of the crop
- Oversee irrigation and instruct assistant growers when necessary
- Oversee greenhouse environmental controls and adjust set points as necessary with Head Grower
- Pesticide management, use IPM BMPâs to manage pest populations
- Maintain pesticide application records
- Assist with ordering chemical, PGRs, fertilizer and other materials necessary to plant growth
- Assist in research and development; new plant material evaluation and marketing ideas
- Assist with maintaining quality control standards
- Record fertilizer, PGR and pesticide application on crop action cards
- Attend weekly production meetings
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Must have greenhouse/nursery experience or experience in a related field of horticulture. A formal education is not required as some of the best growers learn by spending their days in the greenhouse. Must be willing to obtain a MD Pesticide Applicators License within 6 months of hire.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of common floriculture crop culture. Understand pH, alkalinity, and water quality. Be able to mix fertilizers, pesticides, and fungicides. Diagnose the 5 major greenhouse pests.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Under the direction of the Grower and Grower Manager, the Assistant Grower is responsible for ensuring that crops are delivered on time, at or above the planned quantity, and according to internal specifications. - Responsible for proper operation and utilization of irrigation systems.
- Work from committed items reports to oversee the process of maintaining adequate inventories in the sales-ready area. Coordinates with Shipping in supplying product timely. Makes adjustments to inventory and runs reports in industry-specific software.
- Oversees sales-ready area setup for crops. Ensures that product meets sales-ready criteria (i.e. correctly tagged, irrigation, no weeds or pests, and contain proper signage).
- Applies chemicals, as directed by Grower. Follows established chemical application protocols and procedures.
- Trains and oversees level 1 through 2B employees in required production skills (i.e. crop and plant id, weeds, pests, irrigation, fertilizer, and chemicals).
- Communicate to the appropriate chain of command effectively between Production and other departments to maintain efficiencies.
- Assists Grower in scheduling and distributing labor for regular and weekend shifts.
- Perform counseling and disciplinary corrections as needed with the grower. Work with Grower to document performance issues. Assist with employee reviews for levels 1 through 2B.
- Able to operate all equipment and vehicles assigned with training/certification. Able to train employees on the use of equipment, vehicle, and tools.
- When used, check and record the conditions of all vehicles. Fuel vehicles, as necessary.
- Promote company safety culture and policies. Ensure employees are appropriately using required PPE for tasks. Report safety issues to supervisor.

Working Conditions
Climate:
You will be working in the (35F-40F), Greenhouse (75F-85F), and propagation (60F-90F) environments for part or all your shift and will dress accordingly.
Employees will have some exposure to seasonal conditions which may range from extreme heat and humidity in the summer to cold in the winter. Often working near moving mechanical parts. As part of the production/growerâs team at B,ela Flor Nurseries the goal is to produce the highest quality product and meet the specs and schedule of our customers. You will be working in a greenhouse climate that will also include outside conditions throughout the year. You will be working alongside sectional growers and water hands within the facility. You will learn fertilizer application rates, the science of chemical applications, and required to have a pesticide application license (date TBD), PPE requirement, equipment maintenance, and reporting any crop or safety issues to management.
This position requires attention to detail, soil management, soil sample reporting, water samples at main facility and satellite facilities, disease awareness: foliar and root structure, pest management, and identification, chemical application record-keeping (state and industry standards).

POSITION SUMMARY:
The purpose of this position is to maintain and operate the water technical systems and monitor and troubleshoot processes to ensure optimum plant growth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor greenhouse settings including temperature, humidity, and water chemistry, and implement solutions in coordination with the Head Grower.
- Mix fertilizer by following specific formulas for each mixture.
- Apply fertilizer to plants based on growing schedule.
- Distribute biologic controls weekly following the approved methods for each species.
- Count and track invasive pests in the greenhouse; record in appropriate spreadsheet, share with growing team, and discuss solutions.
- Conduct daily inspections of greenhouse lines for mechanical and/or climate issues.
- Receive, store, and properly record ordered fertilizer.
- Will be required to be on-call and to respond to emergency situations.
- Participate in trainings as needed.
- Participate in growerâs, food safety, and production alignment meetings.
- Assist with other greenhouse functions as time permits.
- Expected to adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP and HACCP guidelines, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect product safety, product quality or personnel safety.

Qualifications

- Knowledgeable of growing methods including micronutrients, beneficial bacteria, and nutrient implementation
- Knowledge of plant diseases, insects, and fungi, as well as plant treatment options

We are an OMMA licensed, seed to sale cannabis operation in the state of Oklahoma and we are looking to expand our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have attention to detail, and exercise a high level of communication.
The Assistant Grower position is responsible for assisting the Head Grower in the management of cannabis growing operation. This person is responsible for the proper care of the grow facility including the principles and practices of cannabis cultivation, propagation, and pest and disease control as directed by the Head Grower.
The Assistant Grower will also be responsible for assisting in harvesting, trimming, and packaging as we begin scaling our team and operation from the ground up. As we grow there will be opportunities for advancement or horizontal movement as we further define roles and open our Dispensary locations.
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. Pay starts at $15.00/hr. Located south of Guthrie, OK. This position is ideal for someone located around the Edmond/Guthrie area. No experience in cannabis industry necessary.
SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be passionate about Cannabis.
- Knowledge of the cannabis growth cycle is a plus.
- General computer competency and ability to learn and perform required tasks in METRC, Oklahomaâs seed to sale tracking system.

The Assistant Grower position is responsible for assisting in the management of crop growing operations for the greenhouse. This position is also responsible for the proper care of the greenhouse, including the principles and practices of plant cultivation, propagation, and food safety.
Essential Functions

- Discuss plant growing activities with Head Grower that are consistent with planned production schedules
- Monitor growing conditions and discuss changes in humidity, moisture, temperature and other cultivation procedures with Head Grower to ensure conformance with quality control standards
- Responsible for identifying crop issues and diagnosis of unknown health or damage problems and bringing it the attention of Head Grower and/or growers.
- Maintain records of crop activities and observations, including organic pesticide applications, fertilizer applications, and growth records.

We are looking for a assistant grower. This is a hands on role responsible for all aspects of growing quality plants in approximately 3 acres of production area. Starting at 7:30am day to day functions including but not limited to irrigation, fertilization, weed control, chemical application scouting and soil sampling under the guides of the head grower.Other duties to be assigned as needed by head grower. Must be able to withstand the heat because you will be in the greenhouse. Along with being on your feet for most of the day.
Minimum of High school diploma is required.
Additional Horticultural education is helpful but not required.

irect multiple crews, and coordinate distribution of labor in English and Spanish. Must have basic mechanical skills, good organizational skills, read, write and count accurately. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees assigned crops. Work from crop schedules and follows protocols to make independent crop care decisions; organize and prioritize daily tasks; and assist in the adjustment of the crew, with the grower. Provides detailed instruction for a clear understanding of expectations and work performance. Reports to supervisor all crop issues and personnel needs, as they occur.
- Directs and oversees the finished stage growing process. Ensures timely spacing and condensing of crops. Monitors pest and disease, irrigation, fertilization. Coordinates clean up of growing areas. Monitors greenhouse functions and notify supervisor for adjustments.
- Coordinates weekly plantings with Transplant Supervisor or Assistant Transplant Supervisor in Supervisorâs absence. Evaluates space needs and ensures proper placement of planted crops in growing areas. Work from transplant reports. Verify shipments and organize plant material (i.e. cuttings, seeds, and liners); accounts for accurate paperwork, and follows receiving procedures protocol.
- Responsible for proper operation and utilization of irrigation systems.
- Work from committed items reports to oversee the process of maintaining adequate inventories in the sales-ready area. Coordinates with Shipping in supplying product timely. Makes adjustments to inventory and runs reports in industry-specific software.
- Oversees sales-ready area setup for crops. Ensures that product meets sales-ready criteria (i.e. correctly tagged, irrigation, no weeds or pests, and contain proper signage).
- Applies chemicals, as directed by Grower. Follows established chemical application protocols and procedures.
- Trains and oversees level 1 through 2B employees in required production skills (i.e. crop and plant id, weeds, pests, irrigation, fertilizer, and chemicals).
- Communicate to the appropriate chain of command effectively between Production and other departments to maintain efficiencies.
- Assists Grower in scheduling and distributing labor for regular and weekend shifts.
- Perform counseling and disciplinary corrections as needed with the grower. Work with Grower to document performance issues. Assist with employee reviews for levels 1 through 2B.
- Able to operate all equipment and vehicles assigned with training/certification. Able to train employees on the use of equipment, vehicle, and tools.
- When used, check and record the conditions of all vehicles. Fuel vehicles, as necessary.
- Promote company safety culture and policies. Ensure employees are appropriately using required PPE for tasks. Report safety issues to supervisor.
- Safeguards all section equipment/tools and returns to proper storage.
- Other related work duties required by supervisor.
- Assists other departments when workload requires, at the direction of supervisor.

Assistant Growers (AG) are responsible for planting, growing, maintaining, and nurturing high quality plants. General duties also include greenhouse maintenance and upkeep.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Grow greenhouse crops to meet company quality standards. Follow established grow plans and help create best practices for crop sciences. Plan daily irrigation decisions based on workload, crop, and environmental requirements.
2. Integrated Pest Management. AG will scout crops and perform chemical applications to crops that include fungicides, insecticides, herbicides, and disinfectants. AG will maintain IPM records in accordance with state and federal laws.
3. Crop Production. Plant crops in designated areas according to greenhouse processes. Pinch and space plants as directed by manager.
4. Pull customer orders accurately and quickly with quality product and according to individual customer quality standards.
5. Monitor quality of incoming and outgoing product. Complete product quality status walks.
6. Operations maintenance of irrigation lines, build and breakdown carts/canopy, installing weed barrier, installing poly roofs on hoop houses, and other tasks as needed.
7. Assist other team members,Team Leaders, and Managers when requested, working at other company sites as needed, and supporting any ad hoc operational projects as requested.
Qualifications

Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, the Grower Accountant Assistant will be responsible for the preparation and communication of all growers' quality and inventory reports, payments and paperwork to ensure their timeliness and accuracy. They will also be responsible for the accurate data entry into SAP and tracking of inventory. Responsibilities also include helping to increase grower's satisfaction and improve ofi's competitive position in the Walnut industry. Also perform administrative duties in preparation of harvest season and receiving of product from growers.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage Grower payables and inbound documents.
- File and mail out Grower payments and paperwork.
- Assist the Scanning Team to manage flow of documents, resolve issues and exceptions to ensure timely handling of documents.
- Liaison with the Global Business Services (OGBS) team and plant employees to address any inquiries and resolve exceptions related to grower payments.
- Confirm proper interface between USDA portals, plants and SAP and resolve issues.
- Enter receiving data into SAP.
- Track and reconcile inventory throughout the season.
- Ensure product samples are pulled correctly from each load.
- Calculate and issue grower payments per contract terms, adding relevant bonuses and deductions.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis.
- Act as the liaison between growers and the business.
- Travel to plant locations as needed for training of plant employees and interact closely with receiving and quality personnel.
- Complete off-season projects outside of the Grower payables scope as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required.
- One (1) year of experience in Grower accounting/payables or related field is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry is required.
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office programs, including but not limited to Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Working Conditions
Climate:
You will be working in the (35F-40F), Greenhouse (75F-85F), and propagation (60F-90F) environments for part or all your shift and will dress accordingly.

License within 6 months of hire.
PREFERRED SKILLS

This position is primarily outdoors but may be required to work between locations and within an indoor office environment for administrative duties, which may require the use of computers and standard office equipment. Job Responsibilities Included:
- Manage daily assignments and priorities from the grower and other team members to maintain top health and quality of plants in your assigned area.
- Learn and accurately identify irrigation and nutritional needs of various crops and carry out watering and fertilizing as needed.
- Apply chemical pesticides and growth regulators as directed by the grower and in accordance with OSHA and company safety procedures.
- Assess plant health daily to identify and report any disease, insect problem or abnormalities
- Work with growers and the rest of our great team to identify new ways to improve processes in the areas of logistics, placement, etc. Test and document new methods.
- Care and upkeep of the physical greenhouse, including walkways and work areas each day.
- Support other departments and managers. Working as a team to accomplish a common goal will bring you closer to all and help us achieve our goals.
Multiple Work Schedules are available including day, evening and weekend shifts. Scheduling flexibility for overtime and weekends is required to meet the needs of the job.
Qualifications
- Horticulture education or related field is highly preferred; comfort working with basic science and math concepts is required
- Greenhouse, nursery or agricultural experience is preferred
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions around soil, plants and possible allergens.
- Able to work in a fast-paced physically demanding environment
- Flexible work schedule including overtime and some weekends
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong team and communication skills
- High attention to detail and organization

We are an I502 producer/processor in Tacoma seeking a GARDEN LABORER to join our team.
This is an entry level position.
There will be intense labor at times and you can't be afraid to get dirty. You must be physically fit, able to lift heavy objects, and stand/crouch for extended periods of time while working on plants. Tasks include cleaning, pruning, harvesting, cloning, planting, netting, moving plants, and more cleaning.
REQUIRED:

We are looking to hire an
Assistant Greenhouse Grower Supervisor.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Has advanced knowledge of crop culture, timing, and health issues to ensure quality at each stage of the growing process. Assist grower in managing assigned crops to meet sales-ready projections by following established crop schedules. Oversees productivity, the accuracy of plantings, spacing, and sales area quality, makes adjustments to procedures, when necessary with the supervisorâs approval. Apply chemicals under a licensed applicator. Operate all equipment. Able to train, supervise, schedule, d
irect multiple crews, and coordinate distribution of labor in English and Spanish. Must have basic mechanical skills, good organizational skills, read, write and count accurately. Must understand; follow procedure and chain of command then, direct laborers accordingly. Consistent productivity is expected.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees assigned crops. Work from crop schedules and follows protocols to make independent crop care decisions; organize and prioritize daily tasks; and assist in the adjustment of the crew, with the grower. Provides detailed instruction for a clear understanding of expectations and work performance. Reports to supervisor all crop issues and personnel needs, as they occur.
- Directs and oversees the finished stage growing process. Ensures timely spacing and condensing of crops. Monitors pest and disease, irrigation, fertilization. Coordinates clean up of growing areas. Monitors greenhouse functions and notify supervisor for adjustments.
- Coordinates weekly plantings with Transplant Supervisor or Assistant Transplant Supervisor in Supervisorâs absence. Evaluates space needs and ensures proper placement of planted crops in growing areas. Work from transplant reports. Verify shipments and organize plant material (i.e. cuttings, seeds, and liners); accounts for accurate paperwork, and follows receiving procedures protocol.
- Responsible for proper operation and utilization of irrigation systems.
- Work from committed items reports to oversee the process of maintaining adequate inventories in the sales-ready area. Coordinates with Shipping in supplying product timely. Makes adjustments to inventory and runs reports in industry-specific software.
- Oversees sales-ready area setup for crops. Ensures that product meets sales-ready criteria (i.e. correctly tagged, irrigation, no weeds or pests, and contain proper signage).
- Applies chemicals, as directed by Grower. Follows established chemical application protocols and procedures.
- Trains and oversees level 1 through 2B employees in required production skills (i.e. crop and plant id, weeds, pests, irrigation, fertilizer, and chemicals).
- Communicate to the appropriate chain of command effectively between Production and other departments to maintain efficiencies.
- Assists Grower in scheduling and distributing labor for regular and weekend shifts.
- Perform counseling and disciplinary corrections as needed with the grower. Work with Grower to document performance issues. Assist with employee reviews for levels 1 through 2B.
- Able to operate all equipment and vehicles assigned with training/certification. Able to train employees on the use of equipment, vehicle, and tools.
- When used, check and record the conditions of all vehicles. Fuel vehicles, as necessary.
- Promote company safety culture and policies. Ensure employees are appropriately using required PPE for tasks. Report safety issues to supervisor.
- Safeguards all section equipment/tools and returns to proper storage.
- Other related work duties required by supervisor.
- Assists other departments when workload requires, at the direction of supervisor.
- Adheres to all company policies.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Advanced production skills including identification of a variety of crops as well as weeds and pests with minimal supervision.
- Direct and train multiple crews, delegate tasks and monitor their work for quality and productivity per management guidelines. Must be able to assist and supervise crews according to daily needs. Communicate issues with Grower.
- Able to organize and prioritize daily tasks.
- Ability to irrigate plants at an advanced level.
- Able to communicate in English and Spanish to provide direction and communication within the various departments. Work well and communicate with other employees.
- Ability to use intermediate math to count products and measure accurately. Intermediate reading and writing skills.
- Intermediate computer skills. Able to input and maintain department databases, use word processing, spreadsheet, and industry-specific software.
- Ability to operate all vehicles. Demonstrates safe working habits in all tasks, including reporting all accidents, property damage, problems with vehicles and equipment immediately to supervisor.

Aliud Project: Full Time & Part Time Growers Needed in Copake, NY
Camphill Village, a 501(c)(3), non profit organization located in Columbia County,
NY, is seeking growers/harvesters to aide our farm manager in all aspects of field production and to carry out our mission for the 2022 growing season. Join us for our fourth year of production growing seeds, vegetables, and herbs for our community and beyond on 20 acres located in the heart of Copake.
This position is seasonal, beginning ASAP and concluding by the end of November. Compensation starts at $18/hour and may be negotiable based on experience.
We manage 20 acres of leased land in Copake and actively cultivate 4-6 acres each season depending on our crop rotation and production needs. Vegetables are grown to directly supply Camphill Village with fresh biodynamic produce. Seeds are grown to aid the efforts of Turtle Tree Seed Initiative and herbs are grown for teas, medicinal and culinary products we are developing both cooperatively and in house. Some limited hempproduction may continue in 2022. Our farm is certified both biodynamic and organic and we strive to build sustainability into our systems whenever possible.
