Position Summary
The position of Integrated Pest Management Technician (IPMT) will participate in controlling a wide variety of pests utilizing integrated pest management (IPM) strategies. This includes inspecting, monitoring, implementing and communicating methods for managing pests on site. The (IPMT) position will maintain daily and monthly use records and reports, regular inventory and posting requirements, and all other required training and documentation. They will maintain and repair equipment and keep facilities clean, organized and well supplied for safe and efficient pesticide operations. They may be called in for emergencies to address immediate pest concerns. They may also assist with the oversight of internal pesticide applicators, and contractors hired for pest control.

Overview
Cultivators are responsible for executing production plans in keeping with the Company?s operating procedures. Cultivators carry out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the medical Cannabis production cycle including cloning and harvesting.
Cloning: Cutting and transplanting; watering; labeling; and inventory data input. Plant care during vegetative and flowering phase: trimming, manipulating and staking; big leafing and pruning; watering; plant monitoring; inventory data input.

POSITION SUMMARY
As our new Sr. Manager, Production Planner, you will be responsible for supply planning across all manufacturing locations, translating the demand plan into an actionable operating plan for the production team. You will focus on delivering effective, flexible solutions to meet a dynamic forecast, monitoring progress, and adjusting the plan as needed to satisfy both retail and wholesale channels. This position will require excellent communication, collaboration, problem solving and organizational skills.

- Manage end-to-end production planning process across all existing and new manufacturing locations, generating an efficient master production schedule
- Work closely with Operations Directors to schedule production of all finished goods, creating weekly production schedules to meet demand plan while improving operational efficiency
- Optimize warehouse and retail inventory levels by SKU, reducing inventory levels while minimizing out of stocks
- Support cultivation planning for both indoor & outdoor grows, providing recommendations for planting schedule to ensure biomass availability by strain aligns with demand plan; identify and create plan for surplus and shortages to ensure optimal use of biomass
- Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production for common constrains such as batch sizes, available labor, storage & time-based limitations, backorders & raw material availability
- Work closely with Demand Planning team to understand demand changes, outline possible consequences, and determine ways to improve the quality of the forecasts
- Partner with Materials Planner and Procurement Manager to ensure material available to meet production schedule
- Support new product launches, determining and maintaining target inventory levels based on supply and demand while minimizing cost, out of stocks and obsolete inventory
- Serve as the main liaison between Operations & Sales teams related to production scheduling
- Review and measure daily and weekly production attainment, inventory availability and capacity with cross-functional team to ensure timely decision-making around production and inventory

Position Summary
This role will be specifically tasked with receiving the product from the Cure Department and manicuring the flowers for proper appearance. To help alleviate the amount of labor incurred with the trimming process, automated dry trimming machines will be utilized to remove excess leaf from the marijuana flowers and allow for proper collection of this product. This employee will properly record weight of product and mark it down for input into the METRC system.
Trim Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Breakdown flowers from stem and stalk of plant to separate unusable waste from useable product
- Track the amount of unusable waste for each plant/batch.
- After breakdown of plant, employee must identify and separate fan leaves, stems and sugar leaves on the flower.
- Employee must account for each by-product type processed off the flower; adding stems and fan leaves to "waste" for proper tracking.
- Employee must exhibit competency in basic organizational, tracking and communication skills.
- Employee must be able to work well independently, as well as with others.
- Employee must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana they are trimming; adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.
- Time management; employee must manage their time during work efficiently to meet goals while consistently producing quality product.
- Employee must be able to follow basic instructions, so they can help maintain quality standards and production goals.
- Employee must exhibit personal hygiene while processing marijuana.
- Trim staff is responsible for clean-up of all processing areas and equipment at the end of every day.

The Extraction Technician will be responsible for assisting in product processing and formulation. The Extraction Technician completes tasks assigned by the Extraction Manager to monitor and maintain the organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production areas as well as to maintain quality control measures. This position is responsible for assisting with lab production, which includes but is not limited to distillation, extraction, winterization, production of cannabis infused products, compliance requirements, and workplace safety.
- Familiarity with basic scientific principles and laboratory experience. Must be able to follow written directions and maintain a laboratory notebook.
- Must follow all applicable policies, procedures and guidelines. This includes the safe and proper operation of any/all applicable machinery, instrumentation, and equipment.
- Operate laboratory instruments, make observations, calculate and record results.
- Understand and meet daily goals.
- Work as part of a team to meet production schedules.
- Employee may also be responsible for monitoring production lines and collecting samples for analysis.
- Follow SOP and standard analytical procedures to meet Good Laboratory Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices compliance.

Cultivators are responsible for executing production plans in keeping with the Company’s operating procedures. Cultivators carry out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the medical Cannabis production cycle including cloning and harvesting.

Cultivators are responsible for executing production plans in keeping with the Company’s operating procedures. Cultivators carry out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the medical Cannabis production cycle including cloning and harvesting.
Cloning: Cutting and transplanting; watering; labeling; and inventory data input. Plant care during vegetative and flowering phase: trimming, manipulating and staking; big leafing and pruning; watering; plant monitoring; inventory data input.
Harvesting: Cutting plants; weighing and inventory data input into the electronic inventory tracking system. Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment; stocking and handling production inputs and supplies; sanitizing and cleaning growing rooms, cultivation workspaces and tools. Packaging and Trimming may be needed during peak times.
Required Skills
- Must understand and implement the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures set forth by the state; a pursuit to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and laws is appreciated and commendable
- Fundamental knowledge, as well as the ability to be taught and guided in areas related to harvesting, drying, trimming and curing

Summary
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the upkeep of SKYMINT Brand production facilities and offices, with duties related to the upkeep of plumbing, groundskeeping, carpentry, painting, janitorial and electrical projects, as well as assisting with HVAC systems and production-related systems. - Perform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs to ensure that the building is properly maintained
- Determine service requirements by applying technical skills and experience, including system operations and preventive maintenance experience
- Serve as a company representative to other contractors, owners, and trades
- Give preventive maintenance inspections performed to representative/owner and suggest corrective actions to be applied
- Give advice on additional services
- Complete and submit needed paperwork in a timely manner to the service coordinator

This position will be tasked with the duties of maintaining the trimming of the product and maintaining the production within this department. The Trim Manager will oversee the aspects of the technicians using the dry trimming machines and employees performing a final touch up on the product. The Trim Manager will be responsible for tracking performance by the machine operators and technicians to ensure everyone is working at a full productivity level by implementing and maintaining a performance tracking system.

- Communicate with Cure Manager and Packaging Manager to maintain production needs for production forecasting and availability
- Ensure the machines within the trim department have proper maintenance and care as needed
- Communicate and work with compliance team for collection of samples for production batches being sent out for testing
- Train employees to operate trim machines for productivity and efficiency as well as employee safety
- Oversee the recording of harvest weights and waste weights

POSITION SUMMARY
This role will work to support shipping and receiving, inventory management and internal logistics activities for cannabis and non-cannabis goods. They will help to ensure that the warehouse and production facilities are well stocked with supplies and materials in order to support the production and sales goals of the business. - Collaborates and communicates with supply chain team, production teams, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products
- Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assembles and prepares orders for shipment and delivery
- Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with supervisor and shipper to rectify damages and shortages
- Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet requirements
- Maintains inventory of materials and supplies in real time
- Operates forklift to accomplish shipping/receiving duties
- Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins
- Helps keep reused inventory clean and ready for production use
- Maintains cleanliness throughout the warehouse

Position Summary
This role will be specifically tasked with receiving the product from the Cure Department and manicuring the flowers for proper appearance. To help alleviate the amount of labor incurred with the trimming process, automated dry trimming machines will be utilized to remove excess leaf from the marijuana flowers and allow for proper collection of this product. This employee will properly record weight of product and mark it down for input into the METRC system.
Trim Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Breakdown flowers from stem and stalk of plant to separate unusable waste from useable product
- Track the amount of unusable waste for each plant/batch.
- After breakdown of plant, employee must identify and separate fan leaves, stems and sugar leaves on the flower.
- Employee must account for each by-product type processed off the flower; adding stems and fan leaves to "waste" for proper tracking.
- Employee must exhibit competency in basic organizational, tracking and communication skills.
- Employee must be able to work well independently, as well as with others.
- Employee must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana they are trimming; adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.
- Time management; employee must manage their time during work efficiently to meet goals while consistently producing quality product.
- Employee must be able to follow basic instructions, so they can help maintain quality standards and production goals.
- Employee must exhibit personal hygiene while processing marijuana.
- Trim staff is responsible for clean-up of all processing areas and equipment at the end of every day.

Position Summary
The position of Integrated Pest Management Technician (IPMT) will participate in controlling a wide variety of pests utilizing integrated pest management (IPM) strategies. This includes inspecting, monitoring, implementing and communicating methods for managing pests on site. The (IPMT) position will maintain daily and monthly use records and reports, regular inventory and posting requirements, and all other required training and documentation. They will maintain and repair equipment and keep facilities clean, organized and well supplied for safe and efficient pesticide operations. They may be called in for emergencies to address immediate pest concerns. They may also assist with the oversight of internal pesticide applicators, and contractors hired for pest control.

Overview
The Assistant Grower will have knowledge of cannabis growth for all aspects of a grow facility from seeds to harvest. The Assistant Grower has experience with different types of growing mediums, growth schedules, specific strain needs, feeding techniques, pest or deficiency signs and treatment.Knowledge/Experience with cultivation techniques of bending, feming, topping, scrogging and defolation that leads to maximum cola growth, multiple cola sites, air movement, and light filtration is a major responsibility of the job. Responsibilities
Maintain grow-house protocols for our cultivation facility. Perform tasks in the grow facility including: cloning, transplanting, feeding, defoliation, topping, flushing and inventory management. Follows propagation, germination and planting protocols for all crops. Provides section managers with insight to growing techniques that result in continual gains in plant yield. Strong working knowledge in container systems with different types of growing mediums and styles. Understands the effect of temperature, light and humidity on the plants. Expert knowledge of plant diseases, insects, fungi and deficiencies as well as treatment options. Demonstrates mastery of growing methods, including in-depth knowledge of micronutrients, beneficial bacteria and nutrient implementation. Successfully executes preventative maintenance and elimination of types of mold, powdery mildew, spider mites, root aphids, etc. Establishes and maintains a clean and organized work environment. Collaborates with section managers to provide timely reporting. Assists inspections and compliance audits so that the facility stays in constant compliance. Conducts facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary. Other duties as required.
Experience
Preferred over 2 years as a caregiver with willingness to give that up if hired, if not already. High SchoolDiploma or Equivalent. Advanced knowledge of the marijuana plant and genetics strongly preferred. Must demonstrate accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail.
