Flower of Life is looking to add team players who are eager and ready to learn. Our team is looking for individuals who are coachable and carry a positive attitude. A team member who is adaptable and able to stay organized by task.

Experience preferred

Job Duties include:

- Hand Watering

- Hand Feeding

- Lifting and Weighing pots

- Reset the room

- Fill pots

- Assist with transplanting

Expectations:

• Have a will to learn
• Be coachable
• No tardiness, no cell phone use while on shift
• Must be willing and able to stand for long periods of time (this job is a lot on your feet)
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs or more
• Must have reliable form of transportation
• Must pass a Michigan State Background Check

Opportunity:

Assist on all grow room tasks (Defoliating, Lolipopping, Hand watering, and Hand feeding)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay Rate: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule: (This schedule is not the guaranteed days of work, but only to represent for the hours you would be scheduled)

• Monday to Friday, 9am - 5/6/pm
• Saturday & Sunday, 9am - 1pm

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Flint, MI 48505: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
