The CPG Allocation Lead is responsible for tracking in process inventory packages and finished packages across departments and ensuring the integrity of product prior to shipment for consumer packaging. They will work to align finished and upcoming packages with the monthly CPG targets. They will keep track of all CPG shipments. The CPG Allocation Lead will keep scheduled shipments of inventory organized and maintain accuracy and quality of all outgoing shipments. They will provide information for or reporting for weekly progress to target totals. CPG Allocation lead will provide a forecast of upcoming products that are potentially suitable for consumer packaged goods that are expected to be completed in processing.
JOB DUTIES
- Checks actual inventory against Metrc and inventory management software.
- Manages the shipment of all finished inventory to CPG in conjunction with the distribution team.
- Inspects product prior to shipment and ensures quality packaging for all outgoing CPG shipments
- Continuously improving shipping methods and processes related to CPG transports
- Ensures the accuracy of all outgoing shipments for CPG

The Processing Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a sufficient workload for the team according to the hours available for work. They will place work orders for employees according to workload. They will oversee trimming and QC activities and organize the warehouse. The Processing Supervisor should be familiar with the department’s production goals, and performance rates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Inventory Control Technician is responsible for tracking finished inventory packages and finished packages in the Distribution Department and ensuring the integrity of inventory controls through data analysis in Metrc® and inventory counting activities. They will assist the Inventory Control Supervisor with month-end inventory counts. They will keep track on noncannibals inventory (such as tape, turkey bags, etc.) for the inventory/distribution department and report low inventory to the Inventory Control Supervisor. They will keep non-cannabis inventory organized and maintain organization of all cannabis products.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for maintaining inventory system accuracy, data
integrity, and audit controls. As an Inventory Supervisor, you will accurately document and track

Job Summary:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Track and Trace Coordinator will work under the Track & Trace Supervisor. Your priority will be daily communication with internal Cultivation teams to ensure that all plant activity occur in compliance with CA Track and Trace regulations. Responsible for daily Metrc data entry. This position will require basic understanding of CDFA regulations related to California Cannabis Track and Trace. Must have previous cannabis experience, Metrc experience, Excel experience, and at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.
JOB DUTIES:
- Assist Nursery, Cultivation, and Processing teams in maintaining traceability pre-harvest
- Daily Metrc data entry pertaining to planting, tagging, harvesting, and transferring of cannabis
- Maintain internal electronic records of all Track & Trace activity

Assistant Grower, Cannabis Cultivation Operations

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Assistant Grower position is responsible for assisting the Head Grower in the management of cannabis growing operations for Glass House Farms. This person is also responsible for the proper care of the greenhouse including the principles and practices of cannabis cultivation, propagation, and pest and disease control as directed by the Head Grower.
JOB DUTIES:
- Executes the Head Grower’s plan according to the company’s production plan. Follows the type and timing of the preparations, crop tending and cleanup.
- Manage the growing environment for optimal plant growth through irrigation, temperature, climate and pest & disease control systems in accordance with grower instructions.
- Execute/implement the Head Grower’s plan, and organize, direct, control, and/or coordinate activities of workers engaged in propagating, cultivating and harvesting.
- Train new team members in cultivation techniques, including irrigation, and pest control.
- Track labor efficiency and suggest appropriate changes in labor crew to meet company goals.
- Ensure all safety policies are followed and enforced and ensure strict crop growing practices are followed and enforced.
- Assist Head Grower in establishing and maintaining a program to record crop growth data (weekly crop report, climate report, maturation report, production, etc.).
- Coordinate planting activities with Operations Department.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Head Grower.
REQUIRED SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced, comprehensive knowledge of cannabis, including genetics and strain types.
- In-depth knowledge of large-scale, commercial cannabis cultivation including crop rotation management, nutrient requirements, grow mediums, light requirements, and environmental control.
- Competency in use of climate computer controls.
- Knowledge of the entire cannabis growth cycle and requirements.
- Must be adept at industry best practices and current on new techniques and insights with respect to individual strains, high yield recipes, controlled stress environments, different lighting systems and set ups.
- Must be able to successfully communicate with both English and Spanish-speaking team members.

The Processing & Office Assistant will directly support the Processing Team at our Glass House Farms Casitas location by managing all data entry pertaining to cannabis inventory and batch tracking, in addition to assisting with other components of daily Processing activities, as needed. Processing Assistant Duties (~70% of position):
- Managing data entry for all cannabis inventory and batch tracking, including physically checking weights and strain info when necessary
- Assist with labeling and properly storing physical product when necessary
- Assist with creating manifests for shipping and receiving
- Assist with facilitating onsite customer pick-ups
- Facilitating/organizing cannabis testing samples
Office Assistant Duties (~30% of position):
- Own ordering of general farm supplies including (but not limited to):
- Weekly glove orders
- Nutrient and Fertilizer orders
- Oxygen and Propane
- Picking up and distributing mail & packages 2-3x/week
- Download & post Cannabis Testing Results and post in appropriate Slack channel (and also archive in corresponding Testing Results folder on OneDrive)
- Other duties as assigned
SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:

Summary/Objective
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the entire accounts payable process. Provides accounting support and information related to vendor accounts, employee expenses, and credit and debit card transactions to the accounting management and staff. Responsibilities include processing accounts payable invoices and payments, providing monthly expense accruals, maintaining accounts payable records and files, preparing and filing Form 1099, and a variety of other duties as assigned.

Download inventory purchase orders from the POS system or Excel tracking sheet and enter in the accounting software package.
Maintain invoice entry from accounting email, as well as provide timely responses.
Download cash register from the POS system or Excel cash ledgers and enter cash disbursements in the accounting software package.
Obtain appropriate approval and supporting documentation for all invoices.
Accurately code and enter invoices in the accounting software package; attach supporting documents.
Process employee expense reports and payments; refer to the employee expense reimbursement policy for guidance.
Coordinate with cardholders to collect credit and debit card reconciliations and receipts; review reconciliations for accuracy and enter in the accounting software package; refer to the credit/debit card policy for guidance.
Run weekly aging report and select items that require payment; obtain management approval to pay.
Issue checks, make online payments, or request cash for approved items.
Reconcile vendor statements.
Work with vendors to answer inquiries or resolve discrepancies.
Prepare monthly expense accrual journal entries.
Prepare accounts payable related reports, or provide information, as requested by management or auditors.
Properly identify 1099 vendors and maintain appropriate fields in the accounting software package.
Collect Form W-9 from vendors, as required, and maintain W-9 data in the accounting software package.
Prepare and file Form 1099 and 1096 by annual IRS deadlines.
Organize and maintain both hard and soft Accounts Payable files.
Perform other duties as requested.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

Travel
