- Accurate tracking and recording of data during each phase of the cultivation process.

We are seeking experienced Trimmers to join our team full-time. Trimmers will primarily be responsible for assisting with the final steps and care of dried cannabis flowers, as well as helping during weekly harvests. May be asked to help with cultivation tasks such as defoliation, lollipopping or moving plants between rooms.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently hand trim flower from plants, while ensuring a high quality product
- Trimmers are expected to produce approximately 2 to 3 pounds of finished buds each day after initial probationary period
- Breaking down/hanging plants during harvest
- Bucking flowers from dried cannabis plant, while being careful to not damage the product
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment
- Must be capable of performing repetitive tasks while maintaining speed, quality, and attentiveness
- Employees must have strong hand-eye coordination, and be able to improve your quality and speed over time
- Ability to work both independently as well as a group
- Attendance and flexibility are extremely important within this role
- Employees must be reliable, trustworthy, have a good attitude and positive outlook
- Assure daily compliance with policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, OMMA requirements, security protocols, dress code, work schedules and all company policies

Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Cannabis Trimmer is strongly preferred
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is required

- No felony convictions and must successfully pass an extensive background check as well as upcoming OMMA credentialing
