The Role

Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, related science degree or 5+ years in production agriculture environment
- 2+ years of commercial cultivation experience
- Proven experience in overseeing aspects of professional production environments including equipment handling, production operations, processing and execution
- Knowledgeable of growing methods including micronutrients, beneficial bacteria, and nutrient implementation
- Knowledge of plant diseases, insects, and fungi, as well as plant treatment options
- Strong knowledge of plant varieties with high yield and /or disease and insect resistant characteristics

The Role

- Participate on daily team meetings for tasks to be performed and weekly team meetings for strategic planning
- Maintain environmental parameters and record changes made in propagation and veg rooms
- In communication with Lead Grower and Flower Technician, determine and execute production needs: cloning and transplant
- Monitor and implement necessary inputs in communication with Irrigation Technician and Flower Technician: water and fertilize
- General plant maintenance: prune, trellis, defoliate, inspect for pathogens, identify toxicities and deficiencies, and pinch.
- Repot juvenile plants into larger pots

- Complete necessary record keeping and input this information into the software tracking system.

Our Sales Representatives or “Enterprisers” are excellence driven Cannapreneurs, who spread brand awareness by taking Healthy Leaf Organics and related products to market, while earning some of the highest payouts in the industry.
Enterpriser Job Summary:
The primary role of the Enterpriser Position is to spread brand awareness and increase retail CBD sales through field marketing efforts, and patient engagement.
The ability to educate customers on product options, methods, wellness information and effectiveness for specific ailments while adhering to all state regulations
is essential to the position.
As an Enterpriser, you will need to have strong communication skills, effective sales ability and a passion for building and growing relationships.
Our Enterprisers are self-motivated, high-energy, ambitious individuals with excellent interpersonal skills, aggressive work ethics and a strong desire to succeed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Engage with patients and collect feedback on products
- Keeping industry knowledge current and up-to-date
- Present and discuss sales and marketing collateral, brand values, products and value adds
- Identify and follow up on leads via phone and email, documenting all attempts and outcomes of leads within the company's sales software.
- Self-motivated and can work on own initiative with limited supervision
