Job Description
- Oversee all growing activities during key phenological stages and guarantees JUSTIN viticulture standards are met within contract parameters; converses with growers to mutually achieve our high-quality expectations
- Monitor and reports grape phenology and vine health: records bud break, bloom, lag phase, veraison and harvest maturity dates
- Assist with annual crop forecasting including data analysis.
- Grape maturity sampling, processing and analysis for all internal and contracted acreage.
- Assist with harvest scheduling and logistics (e.g., trucking logistics, macro bin supply, winery communications, reporting harvest weights)
- Supervise and directs (3) seasonal vineyard interns to collect and input seasonal harvest data.
- Scout pests and diseases in all contracted vineyards.
- Data entry and mapping.
- Maintain a professional and mutually beneficial working relationship between winery and growers.
- Assist in maintaining and developing annual records and reporting to catalogue yield and quality trends.
- Provide technical support to the Director of Farming by performing data and sample collection.
- Assist with certification and regulatory records, compliance, and reporting.
- Participates in field activities related to research and practical application of technology improvements in viticulture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Viticulture, Agricultural Business, Enology or related field.
- Must have 1-2 years relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Adobe Acrobat is required.
- Must be detail oriented, able to meet deadlines and prioritize projects effectively.
- Should have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and perform all tasks with integrity and professionalism.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently, cooperatively with coworkers and provide mentorship to interns.
- When faced with a problem, identifies and resolves problems in a timely, proactive manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully and collaboratively.

Looking for a Business office Manager to join our Paso Robles team. We are currently expanding both Cannabis farms and are looking for qualified candidates to help handle the business side of of Farm.
The Business office manager will be required to :
-Keep track of Accounts Payable
-Have a understanding of quickbooks and payroll tax
-Manage some communications with the county regarding permitting and processing
-Have basic computer skills ( understanding of Excel, word , etc. )
-Preferably would have some sort of Cannabis experience
-Preferably would have some METRC experience.
