Retail Sales Lead
The Retail Sales Lead acts as a shift leader, deploying the crew throughout the shift in a way that best supports customers and team members. This job supports Store Management in leading a team of retail associates to maintain a superior cannabis experience for our customers, and acts as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Management.

This will be an ongoing situation. I own a Personal Training business, with a website and a new YouTube channel. My free time is limited, and my upload time is up to about 3 weeks per video. I'd like to find some artists that are willing to put in some time into helping me. I plan to pay Starting bonus of $50, commission of $10 for videos that are made and uploaded. If you are a graphic artist also, there's another commission of $1 per made and queue'd post for upload on social media platforms. Amount of time/effort put into each are the key factor in continuing work. The longer the work experience on a resume, the better.

Position Description:
The General Manager will ensure that the dispensary department operations are in compliance with the Adult Use of Marijuana Program and internally approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). The Dispensary Manager collaborates with the Regional Dispensary Manager and leadership team to develop, document and implement practices, policies, and strategies that support a performance and results-driven culture. - Maintains highest level of presentation and customer service.

- Responsible for training, supervising and evaluating all departmental employees to assure compliance with departmental SOP's.
- Responsible for overseeing and ensuring cash management procedures are being followed including, transacting, opening, closing, depositing, reporting, maintaining and reconciling cash with GreenBits and all departmental SOP's.
- Responsible for overseeing and ensuring dispensing procedures are happening in compliance with State Regulations.

- 5-7 years in progressively responsible retail experience, including at least three years in a management position

About the Role:
Every day in the lab, our team works the magic of distillation, extraction, winterization, and the production of our cannabis-infused products. - Operate laboratory instruments, make observations, calculate and record results
- Understand and meet daily goals
- Work as part of a team to meet production schedules
- Follow SOP and standard analytical procedures to meet Good Laboratory Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices compliance
- Records data in lab notebooks, computer databases, and test reports
- Practice good housekeeping habits throughout the facility with focus and personal contributions towards a clean and organized assigned work area at the end of the assigned shift
- Employee may also be responsible for monitoring production line and collecting samples for analysis
- Practice good communication, verbal and written, with co-workers and management
- Familiarity with basic scientific principles and laboratory experience. Must be able to follow written direction and maintain a laboratory notebook.
- Capable of working with hazardous chemicals and is able to identify and report unsafe equipment, conditions and practices so that they may be corrected prior to an incident
- Flexibility and the ability to shift work schedule according to production needs
Qualifications
- Associate or 4-year degree preferred, with relevant college courses in biology, chemistry, or physics
- Prior Laboratory experience required
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all employees
- Basic math skills
- Familiarity with OSHA guidelines for dealing with hazardous chemicals
- Understanding and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures

- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must be approved by the D.O.A. to receive an Agent badge
Working Conditions
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions
- Physical demands – May be required to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (200 pounds with assistance)
