Essential Functions
- Strengthen and grow relationships with clients by communicating with customers regarding past-due accounts.
- Communicate discrepancies to the management team, identify slow-paying customers, and recommend collection candidates.
- Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process and identifying areas of performance improvement.
- Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting, and comply with federal, state, and local financial requirements.
- Adhere to generally accepted accounting principles and Company procedures and controls when carrying out assignments.
- Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
- Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.
- Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail.
- Prepare and file 8300 forms with the IRS.
- Prepare analytical and ratio analysis in relation to A/R for management to gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing.
- Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management, and cost accounting.
- May be required to travel to field locations from time to time.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Assistant Grower position is responsible for assisting the Head Grower in the management of cannabis growing operations for Glass House Farms. This person is also responsible for the proper care of the greenhouse including the principles and practices of cannabis cultivation, propagation, and pest and disease control as directed by the Head Grower.
SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced, comprehensive knowledge of cannabis, including genetics and strain types.
- In-depth knowledge of large-scale, commercial cannabis cultivation including crop rotation management, nutrient requirements, grow mediums, light requirements, and environmental control.
- Competency in use of climate computer controls.
- Knowledge of the entire cannabis growth cycle and requirements.
- Must be adept at industry best practices and current on new techniques and insights with respect to individual strains, high yield recipes, controlled stress environments, different lighting systems and set ups.

As A/P Specialist, your responsibilities include processing accounts payable invoices and payments, providing monthly expense accruals, maintaining accounts payable records and files, preparing and filing Form 1099, and a variety of other duties as assigned.

The Grow Manager position is responsible for assisting the Sr. Management Team of cannabis growing operations for Glass House Farms. - Executes the cultivation plan according to the company’s production plan. Follows the type and timing of the preparations, crop tending and cleanup.

Key Job Duties:

- Work collaboratively with internal IPM manager to monitor and react to pest pressure in the greenhouses
- Monitor fertilizer blends and work with growing team to set best fertilizer mix practices.
- Organize and sign off work plan for upcoming week with the labor supervisor.
- Work with operations to set and monitor quality standards for crop work
- Record plant measurements and forecast by crop event on a weekly basis within Priva growing computer
- Monitor and Control o Production and product quality. o Computerized greenhouse environments. o Irrigation schedule and CO2 settings o H2O2 dosing system o Nutrient and environmental systems to maintain specified level and conditions.
- Send water, disease samples, tissue to a laboratory as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills/Knowledge:
- Post-secondary education in horticulture or related field - 10 years of growing experience, with no less than 5 years being senior grower of site.
- 5 years of greenhouse vegetable growing experience.
- Experience managing a team of 3 or more individuals.
- Familiar with Priva and Argus climate computer systems
- Familiar with Priva Fusion labour tracking computer systems
- Familiar with Microsoft suite of software

TITLE: Hemp Field Sampling Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY:
A Hemp Field Sampling Specialist is one of the most crucial parts of the testing process! The Hemp Field Sampling Specialist is responsible to travel to California fields in the Oxnard, Camarillo and Ventura araes and personally collects samples using a proven scientific method to ensure the sample is representative of the batch. A Field Sampler will collect samples consisting of flower, hemp, and other products while following a strict standard operating procedure and transporting them to the analytical testing laboratory.
Once the samples arrive at the testing laboratory they will be processed for Potency, Pesticides, Residual Solvents, Microbiological, Toxins, Heavy Metals and filth/foreign inspections. If the testing results pass the California testing criteria set forth, then they are allowed to be sold to the consumers in the State of California. This ensures the health and safety of the population of the great State of California!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Working independently in the farm fields taking plant samples to send to the laboratory
-Ensure area is as clean and free from contaminants and filth as possible and sanitize tools
-Obtain samples from fields
-Assign a unique sample identifier to each sample
-Follow chain-of-custody protocols to ensure that sample integrity is such that it may be maintained from point of collection to receipt of samples at the laboratory
-Wear proper personal protective equipment items during the entire sampling process
-Properly store and handle samples
-Properly record in the Sample Field Log
-Sample Unpackaged Harvest Batches
-Complete the Sampler Training Requirements
-Package samples in tamper proof packaging
-Transport tamper-proof packaging to PharmLabs or a courier
-Follow all traffic laws
REQUIREMENTS:
-Valid Driver's License and Insurance
-Must be 21+ years of age
-Must have a clean driving record
-Completed 2 years of college coursework
-Strong communication skills
-Adaptability and flexibility

-Strong work ethic
-Knowledge of California’s Bureau of Cannabis Control’s Regulations
-Must be able to pass a Live Scan background check prior to and periodically throughout employment
-Must not be employed or have any ownership in any other CA cannabis industry license type
