The Role
The purpose of this position is to ensure the successful quality and compliance management operations at our Paterson, NJ cultivation facility. The Role
Harvest Supervisor will be responsible for managing, planning, directing, organizing, coordinating, and leading the Harvest activities for the Paterson, NJ facility. Qualifications

The Role

Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, related science degree or 5+ years in production agriculture environment
- 2+ years of commercial cultivation experience
- Proven experience in overseeing aspects of professional production environments including equipment handling, production operations, processing and execution
- Knowledgeable of growing methods including micronutrients, beneficial bacteria, and nutrient implementation
- Knowledge of plant diseases, insects, and fungi, as well as plant treatment options

The Role
As a manufacturing facility Plant Controller with Green Thumb, you will be an integral part of the plant management team as well as a key member of the Operations Finance team. As such, this position requires direct involvement in both plant operations and accounting/finance activities and initiatives as required. Duties include overall responsibility for accuracy and timeliness of financial and operational management information to be used in reporting financial results as well as managing the facility, and more specifically as follows;

- Coordination and oversight of physical inventories, SOX, and audits with plant sites

- Lead and prepare annual budget and monthly forecasts comparing projected results to prior year, budget and previous forecasts
- Coordinate evaluation of capital projects and approval process
- Maintain fixed asset register: record new assets, transfers or retirements and calculate monthly depreciation figures
- Perform operational analysis, trend projections and forecasting
- Lead site level financial meetings, participate in site level leadership meetings, provide financial visibility to business partners for decision making
- Review site performance and KPI data with management; understand trends and help analyze root causes.

The Role
We are seeking an energetic and reliable janitorial porter to perform daily cleanings at our retail facility. This is a part time role with an average shift time of 2-4 hours. The Role

New Jersey requires a physical location in the state, even for Telehealth. We do not plan on seeing patients there yet the state requires a physical address. MDs or DOs with a practice location preferred.
