Supports staff when necessary and quickly realizes when outside assistance is necessary to ensure patient/customer and Provisioning Center safety. Ensure accuracy and compliance in all transactions. Performs the required duties to record all sales and inventory transactions in accordance with center regulations.
Maintain established standards of presentation, customer service and compliance. Assure that all employees have accurate, up-to-date knowledge and materials related to their position. Complete Accounts Payable and Receivable processes daily. Implements and oversees procedures related to opening and closing of the Provision Center including: recording sales, bank deposits and beginning register balances.
Participates in the recruiting, training, scheduling, and the development and success of employees. Stay informed and knowledgeable about center policy, state and local laws, regulatory agencies regulations and industry news. Facilitates ordering of marijuana infused products such as: Concentrates, Vaporizers, Salves, Edibles, Clothing or Accessories.
Performs inventory reconciliations daily, weekly, and as needed. Provides weekly and month-end reports on business needs, problems, revenue, promotions or other necessary information. Ensure that productivity and center goals are met. Schedule short daily meetings with staff to cover goals or problems. Other duties as required.
Experience:
2+ years experience working as a Manager in a Provisioning Center (Dispensary) in Michigan or elsewhere is required.
Experience with METRC and/or retail POS systems required.
Associate Degree in Business or related field, Bachelors Degree preferred.
3+ years in a retail environment.
2+ years in a management position.
MS Office and Excel database experience.
Inventory management and reconciliation experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Assistant Store Manager

Overview
The Provision Center General Manager (PCGM) will have a vast knowledge of marijuana products and dispensary operations as well as collaborates to develop and implement practices, policies and strategies that support a performance and results-driven business. Implements and oversees procedures related to opening and closing of the Provision Center including: recording sales, bank deposits and beginning register balances. Participates in the recruiting, training, development and success of employees. Stay informed and knowledgeable about center policy, state and local laws, regulatory agencies regulations and industry news. Facilitates ordering of marijuana infused products such as: Concentrates, Vaporizers, Salves, Edibles, Clothing or Accessories. Performs inventory reconciliations daily, weekly, and as needed. Provides weekly and month-end reports on business needs, problems, revenue, promotions or other necessary information. Ensure that productivity and center goals are met. Schedule short daily meetings with staff to cover goals or problems. Other duties as required. Experience:
Experience
Associate Degree in Business or related field, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 3+ years in a retail environment. 2+ years in a management position. MS Office and database experience. Experience with Metrc and/or POS systems which integrate including analytics and reports functions. Experience working in a dispensary/provisioning center in Michigan or out of state. Inventory management and reconciliation experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Innate desire to achieve success and a work ethic to match. High level of integrity. Can perform all duties within the provisioning center. Physical Requirements:
