Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

- Intake incoming inventory via Metrc and POS system according to state rules

- Assist with daily inventory management including replenishing shelves, performing inventory audits, updating menus, organizing product bins, ordering new products and adding new products to the retail floor
- Assist manager in training new staff, ensuring staff ring in sales appropriately and all OLCC compliance requirements are being followed, including but not limited to, properly checking IDs, wearing name badges, clocking in and out to shifts, wearing gloves when packaging product and maintaining a clean and organized register statio
- Manage packaging materials, office supplies and cleaning supplies and replenish as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional working environment and act as a leader to the other staff
- Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation and cleanliness in the shop entrance, front sales area, safe room, back intake and break areas as well as the bathroom

The Team Lead operates from established and well-known procedures under general directions and minimum supervision. Decisions are made within prescribed operating and casualty procedures and guidelines. The Team Lead encounters recurring work situations of high complexity, with occasional variations from the norm.
The Team Lead has the authority to control the operation of the value stream and when necessary, the facility, and must do so in a safe manner resulting in no accidents, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements at all times. The Team Lead must effectively communicate information to supervision and fellow personnel, relative to the condition of the facility equipment and personnel performance, and provide suggestions for problem prevention / resolution. The Team Lead must perform duties in such a way as to create an optimum cost-benefit ratio.
The Team Leader is responsible for monitoring the operations of the designated manufacturing work stream on a shift basis. The Team Leader will also perform Manufacturing Technician duties on manufacturing floor. The Team Leader oversees the activities of shift personnel to assure production schedules are met.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the activities of all personnel on assigned shift; serve as the responsible Operations Supervisor on shift for designated value stream. Serve as responsible supervisor for site as needed.
- Assure that personnel issues or operational conditions are properly dealt with during the shift, including but not limited to, safety and medical emergencies, personnel issues, regulatory agency interaction, and technical (process) issues. Update the appropriate Operations Management to take appropriate corrective action.
- Coordinate the activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives, including but not limited to managing the deployment of personnel across all work areas and prioritizing production schedules.
- Supervise the completion of routine inspections and regulatory interaction. Plan as well as ensure that the operating and maintenance staff handles hazardous materials and wastes in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

We are hiring two Shift Leads for our store opening in Firebaugh. Job Title: Shift Lead
Reports To: Store Director

Position Summary
The Shift Lead reports directly to the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Director. The Shift Lead acts as the Manager on Duty and supervises the retail team while accurately performing daily operations when the Store Director and Assistant Store Manager are absent. The Shift Lead works closely with the management team to ensure that company standards are consistently always met. The Shift Lead helps to effectively train new associates, and is the shining example of great customer service. The Shift Lead performs all retail associate responsibilities including: compliantly checking IDs, driving sales and current promotions, maintaining a clean and professional appearance, accurately using the POS system, and providing exemplary customer service. In addition, the Shift Lead assists the management team with: inventory control, receiving manifests in METRC, managing breaks, updating POS inventory, cash management, running promotions, and executing opening and closing procedures including: counting drawers, dropping cash deposits, making change, and securing the facility at close. The Shift Lead is responsible for staying up to date on current MED laws and regulations and effectively relaying information to team members per management direction. This position is supervisory and requires a passionate and flexible team leader who can follow and train on management directives with ease.
Essential Functions
Customer Service:
- Trains staff members on company-wide customer service standards and reports any customer service issues to the management team
- Provides exemplary customer service and acts as an example to the retail associates
- Answers phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Answers emails in a friendly and professional manner
- Acts as the face of the company and creates long-lasting customer relationships
Driving Sales:
- Works in conjunction with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Director to train staff members on current promotions and specials
- Alerts management team to any inventory shortages
- Holds knowledge of all daily deals, specials, and promotions currently active in the store.
- Continuously strives to increase sales and takes an active role in becoming a better salesperson with direction from management
Daily Operations:
- Acts as the Manager on Duty when the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Director are absent from the store
- Practices accurate cash-handling procedures per company SOPs when: making change, counting drawers, and dropping deposits
- Accepts manifests in METRC
- Enters all incoming product into the Daily Sheets once accepted into METRC
- Accurately moves product from Back Stock to Sales Floor in the POS system when prompted by management
- Ensures daily opening and closing procedures are done to company standards by all staff members
Additional Functions:
- The Shift Lead may be required to cover shifts as needed
- The Shift Lead may be required to work on holidays
- The Shift Lead may be required to work on weekends
- The Shift Lead may be required to respond to after-hours emergencies when the Store Director or Assistant Store Manager is unavailable
Job Specifications

We are looking for a result-driven Shift Leader to be responsible for overseeing operations and workers during scheduled shifts. The Shift Leader is an essential function in supporting Silver Therapeutics Team Members that are the customer facing success of our business. SHIFT LEADER
Arizona Organix Shift Leads are the front line of both customer service and company policy for the organization’s clinic location. A Shift Lead is expected to successfully preform all the duties of an educator, while also functioning as a liaison between Patient Counselors and management. Those in this position will also be expected to function as a Manager on Duty when assigned. Beyond assisting and educating patients, Shift Leads will be expected to assist with cash drops, open and closing of the dispensary and inventory, as needed. Shift Leads are expected to adhere to HIPAA laws, be actively aware of their surroundings, and to work to complete the mission of Arizona Organix while adhering to all state regulations.
Shift Leader are tenured employees within our company who oversee retail sales and services in the absence of a retail manager. They can answer employee concerns, make decisions, and troubleshoot if problems arise in the place of the retail manager. They are trusted employees.
Shift Leaders perform the same tasks as hourly employees while having the authority to manage co-workers in the absence of the retail manager. Shift Leaders are responsible for resolving issues with employees and patrons while ensuring work is completed on schedule within a shift.
