Overview:
The part-time Compliance Administrator plans and coordinates activities relating to regulatory compliance; ensures that established compliance related goals and objectives are accomplished with prescribed priorities, time limitations and with fiscal responsibility; advises, makes recommendations, and assists in the formulation of compliance related goals and objectives; designs, implements and evaluates compliance related policies, procedures and programs; ensures company-wide compliance with federal, state and local legal regulations; and exercises independent judgment in the course of carrying out overall responsibilities and other activities as assigned.
What You'll Do:
- Review and audit tagged packages in the Warehouse and the METRC software.
- Manage and review all outgoing and incoming METRC orders, ensuring complete accuracy with the manifests and invoices in the Leaflogix system.
- Responsible for maintaining all policies and procedures, making updates and/or changes which may result from business changes/updates and root cause analysis performed on findings from both internal and external audits to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct.
- Conduct, supervise and prepare reports relating to internal investigations of any losses, diversions or violations of regulations, policies and procedures
- Develop, implement and manage compliance related training.
- Manages and maintains the relationship with California regulating bodies: DCC formerly CDPH, DCC, CDTFA,
CDFA, etc.
- Conduct routine regulatory internal compliance audits as well as prepare the facility for external audits (when identified by the regulatory agency) of the business.
- Investigate and resolve compliance related concerns, issues or violations; collaborate with management to compile
- Keep-up with regularly changing rules and regulations and ensure understanding and implementation throughout the company.
- Plan, examine, analyze, evaluate and supervise operations and personnel; prepare reports and record for management team.
- Evaluate current procedures, practices and precedents for accomplishing activities and functions relative to compliance.
- Develop and implement alternative methods for improvement in compliance.

Our ideal Private Security Officer candidate will have a critical role in our cannabis campus safety operations and play an integral role in our elevated customer experience. The Safety Specialist is responsible for welcoming and connecting with each customer, as the first point of contact between the customer and our brand the Safety Specialist will ensure to establishing trust, build brand value and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The Safety Specialist monitors the facility, grounds, and surrounding neighborhood to ensure that customers and employees may safely receive services. The Safety Specialist will be customer service focused and will observe customers and staff to ensure compliance and, when necessary, intervenes to peacefully de-escalate conflicts and will report to the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Greets all guests in a friendly, professional, and hospitable manner; educates customers about Vibe By California's product of the day, brand values, and policies.
- Provides a safe and secure internal and external environment, implementing safety policies to ensure the safety of employees, customers, and company assets at all times
- Monitors Vibe By California property and immediate surrounding areas, (e.g., parking lot, property line, and internal access points, etc.)
- Performs and documents scheduled and random inspection patrols of physical premises
- Observes, cautions, instructs, corrects, investigates, and reports persons or incidents involving unusual suspicious or unwanted activity such as vandalism, property damage, or rule infractions
- Identifies potential security and safety risks, or undesirable conditions and reports such activities according to Vibe By California reporting protocols
- Responds to all emergencies including, but not limited to, medical emergencies, undesirable conduct, violations of company policies or civil law; assists until proper authorities arrive
- Conducts crowd control at the front door and in the dispensary area, forming lines and updating customers to help manage their service expectations during busy periods
- Determines admission or denial to any visitor or customer, questioning and removing persons as necessary; coordinates actions with Safety Manager, and/or Manager-on-Duty as needed
- Communicates with Store Manager, other Managers and Shift Supervisors, and dispensary staff to handle safety concerns
- Interfaces with local law enforcement and security agencies as situations require
- Documents any irregularity, incident, or emergency actions concerning safety and security, completing all required paperwork
- Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Complies with Vibe By California dress code requirements
- Must be flexible and able to be scheduled as needed, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Assists in maintaining facilities throughout the day, including cleaning of bathrooms

Responsibilities:
- Adhere to and champion environmental health and safety guidelines

Overview
We are seeking a cannabis delivery driver for service in and around the Greater Palm Springs area. We are looking to hire immediately and will select candidates which demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, product knowledge and contribute an overall positive team culture. This position will report directly to the Dispensary Manager.

- Process and deliver customer orders using the “OnFleet” route management application.
- Verify identity, take cash payments, make an accurate change, capture signatures and other related customer information.

- Ensure customers' concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently.

Our ideal Safety Specialist candidate will have a critical role in our cannabis campus safety operations and play an integral role in our elevated customer experience. The Safety Specialist is responsible for welcoming and connecting with each customer, as the first point of contact between the customer and our brand the Safety Specialist will ensure to establishing trust, build brand value and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The Safety Specialist monitors the facility, grounds, and surrounding neighborhood to ensure that customers and employees may safely receive services. Key Responsibilities
- Greets all guests in a friendly, professional, and hospitable manner; educates customers about Vibe By California's product of the day, brand values, and policies.
- Provides a safe and secure internal and external environment, implementing safety policies to ensure the safety of employees, customers, and company assets at all times
- Monitors Vibe By California property and immediate surrounding areas, (e.g., parking lot, property line, and internal access points, etc.)
- Performs and documents scheduled and random inspection patrols of physical premises
- Observes, cautions, instructs, corrects, investigates, and reports persons or incidents involving unusual suspicious or unwanted activity such as vandalism, property damage, or rule infractions
- Identifies potential security and safety risks, or undesirable conditions and reports such activities according to Vibe By California reporting protocols
- Responds to all emergencies including, but not limited to, medical emergencies, undesirable conduct, violations of company policies or civil law; assists until proper authorities arrive
- Conducts crowd control at the front door and in the dispensary area, forming lines and updating customers to help manage their service expectations during busy periods
- Determines admission or denial to any visitor or customer, questioning and removing persons as necessary; coordinates actions with Safety Manager, and/or Manager-on-Duty as needed
- Communicates with Store Manager, other Managers and Shift Supervisors, and dispensary staff to handle safety concerns
- Interfaces with local law enforcement and security agencies as situations require
- Documents any irregularity, incident, or emergency actions concerning safety and security, completing all required paperwork
- Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Responsibilities:

- Detect and report all plant health and pest problems to Supervisor

- Sanitize and set up all materials required for participating in various production activities, including but not limited to; cloning, potting, irrigation, transplanting, pruning, defoliation, harvest, trimming, destruction, etc.;
- Sanitize grow pods and table carts post-harvest in preparation for immediate (same day) turnover;
- Clean and maintain equipment used daily in accordance with relative SOP.
Requirements:

ABOUT THE ROLE
Vibe by California is seeking an Assistant Dispensary Manager for our Vibe Ukiah store. This person will assist the Dispensary Manager with overall dispensary activities and provide leadership on the shop floor. Overview:

The Distribution Manager will assume the leadership role for the Company’s distribution, manufacturing, post-production, packaging, inventory control and regulatory compliance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product development, processing, quality and safety, efficiency, production scheduling, scheduling, packaging, software system integration developing and maintaining a system that includes API's using State required METRC software and product standards for extraction, manufacturing, and distribution of all products.
Responsibility for directing and managing all areas of distribution, strategic planning, quality standards, regulatory compliance, and SOPs and KPIs across all departments. Requirements

Vibe by California is seeking one or more Assistant Dispensary Managers. This person should consistently deliver excellent customer service in the dispensary by educating customers, accurately tendering transactions, and maintaining compliance with all state and local regulations.
Assist the Dispensary Manager with overall dispensary activities and provide leadership on the shop floor.

- Assist in the development, delivery, and oversight of individual training plans
- Partner with the Dispensary Manager to deliver ongoing coaching and feedback
- Participate in the annual employee evaluation process by providing objective performance feedback and evaluation for all employees at every level (360 review, peer review, and stacked ranking)
BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT
- Adhere to and champion environmental health and safety guidelines
- Implement and adhere to procedures related to opening, operating, and closing the retail store
- Implement practices, policies, and strategies that support a continuous improvement culture in the retail operations business unit
- Interface with regulators and law enforcement as required
- Model the company core values at all times whenever representing the company, including on and off-campus and on social media
- Participate in team building, leadership, and corporate development activities
- Report all adverse events; participate in or lead deviation investigations
