The Patient Advisor is responsible for interacting with and building positive relationships with patients. S/he shall spend time with the patient and listen to their needs and concerns, and make appropriate recommendations about medicine. Therefore, the Patient Advisor must have a drive to help people and solid knowledge of the medicine as well any many other products available. S/he must be able to explain the effects of various medicines and products and explain how each one can reduce a patient’s symptoms for different ailments. -Maintains quality customer service by establishing and enforcing company standards and handling customer inquiries and complaints
-Assist patients with choosing the right products according to their aliments

-Processing transactions
-Verify patient’s allotment and ensure they are eligible to make purchasing using the state system
-Manages inbound phone inquiries and routes calls accordingly
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
-Participates in ongoing education and professional development as needed
-Follows all Michigan Department of Health Services laws
-Maintain a positive attitude that promotes team-work
-Assist with administrative duties
-Performs other duties as assigned
-Wage based on experience

Role & Responsibility
The Manager at Premier is expected to monitor and operate the store while upholding high standards. They are responsible for interacting with and building positive relationships with customers and employees. From customer relations to completing daily tasks, the manager must also ensure a day of business is ran smoothly from start to finish.
Duties that are to be expected to be accomplished by the manager include:
- Opening the store at an early hour, ensuring all preparations for the day are set along with a game plan for what needs to get accomplished
- Promote a positive work environment while also ensuring productivity is high
- Properly train employees on all tasks and skills that are required to complete their job
- Meet sales goals via upselling and promoting products to customers and staff members
- Properly and professionally represent our brand
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of management in retail
- Familiarity with the METRC system
- 21+ years of age
- Must pass a background check
- General knowledge in; business, marketing, business management
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective communication and awareness skills
- 30-60 hours/week availability
- High School diploma required, college diploma
