Job Title: Shift Lead
Reports To: Store Director

Position Summary
The Shift Lead reports directly to the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Director. The Shift Lead acts as the Manager on Duty and supervises the retail team while accurately performing daily operations when the Store Director and Assistant Store Manager are absent. The Shift Lead works closely with the management team to ensure that company standards are consistently always met. The Shift Lead helps to effectively train new associates, and is the shining example of great customer service. The Shift Lead performs all retail associate responsibilities including: compliantly checking IDs, driving sales and current promotions, maintaining a clean and professional appearance, accurately using the POS system, and providing exemplary customer service. In addition, the Shift Lead assists the management team with: inventory control, receiving manifests in METRC, managing breaks, updating POS inventory, cash management, running promotions, and executing opening and closing procedures including: counting drawers, dropping cash deposits, making change, and securing the facility at close. The Shift Lead is responsible for staying up to date on current MED laws and regulations and effectively relaying information to team members per management direction. This position is supervisory and requires a passionate and flexible team leader who can follow and train on management directives with ease.

POSITION SUMMARY

Maggie’s Farm Full Time Shift Supervisor work with our patients in a retail setting to sell flower, edibles, concentrates, and other marijuana related items. This position will provide exceptional customer service and utilize knowledge of marijuana strains and products to help customers/patients purchase cannabis products. In addition, Shift Supervisors are responsible for opening and closing the dispensary, counting down drawers, assisting in managing inventory and guiding and training staff.
The Shift Supervisor position reports to the Store Manager.

Position Summary
The Shift Lead reports directly to the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Director. The Shift Lead acts as the Manager on Duty and supervises the retail team while accurately performing daily operations when the Store Director and Assistant Store Manager are absent. The Shift Lead works closely with the management team to ensure that company standards are consistently always met. The Shift Lead helps to effectively train new associates, and is the shining example of great customer service. The Shift Lead performs all retail associate responsibilities including: compliantly checking IDs, driving sales and current promotions, maintaining a clean and professional appearance, accurately using the POS system, and providing exemplary customer service. Order Fulfillment - Second Shift (distribution Technician)

As a member of the distribution team you will be primarily responsible for order fulfillment, transfer of goods to both internal and external customers, and training the distribution employees.

POSITION SUMMARY
Maggie’s Farm strives to be the top producer of Clean Green, pesticide and GMO free, sun grown, hand trimmed, farm to consumer cannabis. We are seeking individuals to join us as a leader in the Colorado Cannabis industry. A Retail Store Manager is someone who can guide teams and develop their talent. The right candidate has experience leading stores, ensuring customer satisfaction, and measuring financial performance. A Maggie's Farm Retail Store Manager oversees day-to-day operations of the dispensary and is responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and developing a dedicated team to drive the success of the business.
Maggie’s Farm Retail Store Managers will ensure employees maintain strict adherence to laws and regulations related to recreational and medical marijuana.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop store management team to deliver quality customer experiences and effective operation plans
- Drive the implementation of company initiatives by motivating and supporting the store team and implement plans that meet company objectives
- Oversee and manage daily inventory reconciliation
- Work with Director of Retail and the support office on marketing, promotions and the maintenance of reports as they pertain to the daily operations and financials of the dispensary
- Ensure the dispensary’s strict adherence to laws and MED regulations
- Manage financial records and cash handling procedures
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of every patient and employee
- Provide education and development for store team regarding cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, topicals and consumption mechanisms
- Work with management team to create budgets and forecast sales
- Set sales, service, and profit goals and lead staff to exceed them
- Work with wholesalers to negotiate and procure an adequate supply of quality products
- Fulfill staffing needs and coordinate scheduling
- Serve as a liaison to the local community
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge
- Review performance of other dispensary employees on a regular basis
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, & Skills)
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Able to obtain a badge from the Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED)
- Three (3) years of experience in the cannabis industry
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a retail management or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills
- Proven history of successfully training employees in a variety of departments
- Strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and work within a budget
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, & Skills)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related experience

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
