Job Description
The LPN Dispensary Nurse is primarily responsible for the safe and effective overall dispensary operations within but not limited to dosing and inventory. The Dispensary Nurse’s practice is consistent with regulations and clinic policy and procedures. The Dispensary Nurse reports directly to the Dispensary Manager, Medical Director, or designee. The Dispensary Manager, Medical Director or designee may assign the Dispensary Nurse other tasks and duties within the scope of practice, as necessary.

- Follows all clinic policies and procedures.
- Ensures security of medications, patient records, and any other documentation required by the DOH, HCA, SAMHSA, DEA, and other licensing agencies.
- Ensures that the clinic protects the rights and confidentiality of all patients to provide each patient with the required medical and clinical care.
- Dispenses appropriate medication doses and accounts for all medications used during a dispensary shift.
- Accurately records patient details in the electronic medical records system.
- Organizes and monitors the activities of the dispensary as requested by the Dispensary Manager.
- Organizes supplies and maintains an adequate stock, reports timely for reordering.
- Attends all meetings as requested or required and provide such data as needed by the team for inclusion of medical treatment plan.

Work experience in an OTP dispensary and solid knowledge of dosing and inventory is required for the Dispensary Nurse position. Behavioral sciences field and/or substance use disorder treatment is desired.

Why this position exists at LUCID:
The Cash Manager will review and account for all cash movements inside the retail store locations. By bridging all sales transactions from each location source: Till, CAOS, Vendor and Petty Cash transactions. All transactions will be accounted for from total sales in, total cash received and total payments made.

Primary Area of Responsibility:
Responsible for daily and monthly cash balances for the retail stores, deposit preparation, and supporting the Lucid Management team as needed.
- Manage cash balances of 4 locations ensuring accuracy of daily and monthly totals.
- Track and monitor the CAOS, tills, tips collected, petty cash receipts, and cash vendor payments while ensuring accuracy by comparing to invoices & manifests
- Prepare cash deposits and provide cash deposit receipts to accounting/billing for accounting purposes
- Accurately reconcile, clear, and prep for pick up all cassette cash collected from each store
- Follow company protocol to ensure proper discrepancy resolution when needed
- Track and report cash management metrics in various reporting software and spreadsheets

Job Description
The LPN Dispensary Nurse is primarily responsible for the safe and effective overall dispensary operations within but not limited to dosing and inventory. The Dispensary Nurse’s practice is consistent with regulations and clinic policy and procedures. The Dispensary Nurse reports directly to the Dispensary Manager, Medical Director, or designee. The Dispensary Manager, Medical Director or designee may assign the Dispensary Nurse other tasks and duties within the scope of practice, as necessary.
The Dispensary Nurse should adhere to and value the philosophical priorities of harm reduction, understanding that Medication for Opioid Use Disorders (MOUD) is an evidence-based method of addressing opioid use disorders and that every patient deserves to be treated with respect, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities:
- Follows all clinic policies and procedures.
- Ensures security of medications, patient records, and any other documentation required by the DOH, HCA, SAMHSA, DEA, and other licensing agencies.
- Ensures that the clinic protects the rights and confidentiality of all patients to provide each patient with the required medical and clinical care.
- Dispenses appropriate medication doses and accounts for all medications used during a dispensary shift.
- Accurately records patient details in the electronic medical records system.
- Organizes and monitors the activities of the dispensary as requested by the Dispensary Manager.
- Organizes supplies and maintains an adequate stock, reports timely for reordering.
- Attends all meetings as requested or required and provide such data as needed by the team for inclusion of medical treatment plan.
- Monitors charts for dose discrepancies and reports accordingly.
- Maintains a strong policy knowledge of all applicable federal, state, and local rules, laws and regulations and maintains compliance.
- Knowledge and compliance with HIPAA and CFR 42 Part 2 policies and procedures.
- Participates in Federal and State substance abuse training and continuing education as needed to safely and effectively perform the position.
- Interacts with all staff in a positive and motivational fashion supporting the company’s mission.
- Reviews toxicology testing as indicated and reports timely for patient planning.
- Receives scheduled II and III medication into dispensary’s inventory safely in accordance to DEA requirements.
- Provides staff development to new nursing staff and medical assistants and as needed.
- Plans daily, weekly or monthly staff scheduling as directed by the Dispensary Manager, Medical Director or designee.
- Nursing tasks and responsibility as job dictates and as assigned by Dispensary Manager, Medical Director, or designee within standards of practice.
Position Requirements:
Education: Nurses must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing and have a current Washington State Nurses License. The nurse must be an RN or LPN with a state license with good standing. Coursework in the behavioral sciences is desired.
Experience:
Work experience in an OTP dispensary and solid knowledge of dosing and inventory is preferred for the Dispensary Nurse position. Behavioral sciences field and/or substance use disorder treatment is desired.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this job: Most of the time during the shift, the work is a hybrid of sitting at the dispensing counter in front of the computer and standing/walking for other tasks. Will spend some time filing, printing, organizing supplies or standing to perform evaluations. Should have the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. as may be responsible for moving office supplies or carrying heavy files or boxes. Dispensary nurse responsibilities apply to care provided in both traditional OTP settings and within mobile medication units.

- 3+ years patient care experience in a clinical setting is preferred

The Cash Manager will review and account for all cash movements inside the retail store locations. Job Description
The LPN Dispensary Nurse is primarily responsible for the safe and effective overall dispensary operations within but not limited to dosing and inventory. The Dispensary Nurse’s practice is consistent with regulations and clinic policy and procedures. The Dispensary Nurse reports directly to the Dispensary Manager, Medical Director, or designee. The Dispensary Manager, Medical Director or designee may assign the Dispensary Nurse other tasks and duties within the scope of practice, as necessary.
The Dispensary Nurse should adhere to and value the philosophical priorities of harm reduction, understanding that Medication for Opioid Use Disorders (MOUD) is an evidence-based method of addressing opioid use disorders and that every patient deserves to be treated with respect, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities:
- Follows all clinic policies and procedures.
- Ensures security of medications, patient records, and any other documentation required by the DOH, HCA, SAMHSA, DEA, and other licensing agencies.
- Ensures that the clinic protects the rights and confidentiality of all patients to provide each patient with the required medical and clinical care.
- Dispenses appropriate medication doses and accounts for all medications used during a dispensary shift.
- Accurately records patient details in the electronic medical records system.
- Organizes and monitors the activities of the dispensary as requested by the Dispensary Manager.
- Organizes supplies and maintains an adequate stock, reports timely for reordering.
- Attends all meetings as requested or required and provide such data as needed by the team for inclusion of medical treatment plan.
- Monitors charts for dose discrepancies and reports accordingly.
- Maintains a strong policy knowledge of all applicable federal, state, and local rules, laws and regulations and maintains compliance.
- Knowledge and compliance with HIPAA and CFR 42 Part 2 policies and procedures.
- Participates in Federal and State substance abuse training and continuing education as needed to safely and effectively perform the position.
- Interacts with all staff in a positive and motivational fashion supporting the company’s mission.
- Reviews toxicology testing as indicated and reports timely for patient planning.
- Receives scheduled II and III medication into dispensary’s inventory safely in accordance to DEA requirements.
- Provides staff development to new nursing staff and medical assistants and as needed.
- Plans daily, weekly or monthly staff scheduling as directed by the Dispensary Manager, Medical Director or designee.
- Nursing tasks and responsibility as job dictates and as assigned by Dispensary Manager, Medical Director, or designee within standards of practice.
Position Requirements:
Education: Nurses must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing and have a current Washington State Nurses License. The nurse must be an RN or LPN with a state license with good standing. Coursework in the behavioral sciences is desired.
Experience:
Work experience in an OTP dispensary and solid knowledge of dosing and inventory is required for the Dispensary Nurse position. Behavioral sciences field and/or substance use disorder treatment is desired.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this job: Most of the time during the shift, the work is a hybrid of sitting at the dispensing counter in front of the computer and standing/walking for other tasks. Will spend some time filing, printing, organizing supplies or standing to perform evaluations. Should have the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. as may be responsible for moving office supplies or carrying heavy files or boxes. Dispensary nurse responsibilities apply to care provided in both traditional OTP settings and within mobile medication units.
Additional:
- The nature of this position may be fast-paced or high-stress situations as triggered by patients.
- 3+ years patient care experience in a clinical setting is preferred
- Opioid Treatment Program experience will be given hiring preference

What do we look for in our Security & Asset Protection Team (S&A)? Job Description
WCDC is an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) facility using FDA approved medication paired with behavioral health counseling. Our treatment plans are built around patients in a supportive, safe environment to create a personalized pathway to recovery. In addition to recovery, we also offer planned patient transportation and family and social supports.
The Dispensary Manager is responsible for the overall functioning of the Opioid Treatment Program Dispensary Staff. S/he will coordinate with the Program Sponsor to manage theme dictation inventory. This position must maintain the safety, efficiency, and overall functioning of the dispensary. The nature of this position is fast-paced and requires frequent issue resolution. The Dispensary Manager will report directly to the Clinic Administrator and will work closely with the Medical Director to ensure quality clinical care.
The Dispensary Manger should adhere to and value the philosophy of harm reduction, including that Medication for Opioid Use Disorder is recognized as the preferred method of addressing opioid addiction, and that every patient deserves to be treated with respect, compassion and dignity.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures implementation of all dispensary- and nursing-related clinic policies and procedures; recommend policy and procedure updates and changes as necessary
- Ensures security of medications, patient records, and any other documentation required by the Washington Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission (PQAC), Department of Health (DOH), or the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and other accrediting or authoritative agencies
- Ensures that the clinic protects the rights and confidentiality of all patients to provide each patient with the required medical and clinical care
- Responsible for acceptance of the delivery of medications
- Coordinate and work with the Program Sponsor, Clinic Administrator, and Medical Director regarding the following:
- Continually evaluate the needs and effectiveness of current dispensary practices including: ordering medications, dispensing, accurately executing medication orders, maintenance of medication records and destruction of medications.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions of the dispensary necessary to ensure accurate control over and accountability for all drugs as required by applicable state and federal laws, rules and regulations.
- Assist with any inspection conducted by the Washington Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission (PQAC), Department of Health (DOH), or the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- Work closely with the Dispensary Managers at other WCDC OTP locations to ensure consistency of procedures across the sites. Assist remote sites with trouble-shooting dispensary processes at needed
- Serve as a liaison with other departments and with community health care providers as needed to coordinate the best possible client care
- Work with local jails around patients needing jail dispensed medication
- Ensure the dispensary is adequately staffed at all times and provide back-up as needed.
- Provide conflict resolution between Dispensary staff and patients when needed. Ensure strong staff team cohesion and collaboration
- Participate in site management meetings and represent the interests of staff
- Approve time sheets and leave requests submitted by staff
- Conduct performance evaluations of dispensary staff in accordance with agency policies and state regulations
- Maintain a strong policy knowledge of all applicable federal, state, and local rules, laws, and regulations. Maintain regulatory program compliance.
- Knowledge and compliance with HIPAA policies and procedures
- Participate in Federal and State substance use disorder training and continuing education as needed to perform in the position safely and effectively
- Interacts with all staff in a positive and motivational fashion, supporting the company's mission and patient experience

Position Requirements
Education:
Must be a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner-ARNP, Physician Assistant, or Registered Pharmacist, and have a current Washington State License in his/her field.
Experience:
Previous experience in a supervisory position is required. Prior experience in an Opioid Treatment Program is highly desired.

Job Description
The LPN Dispensary Nurse is primarily responsible for the safe and effective overall dispensary operations within but not limited to dosing and inventory. Why this position exists:
The Regional Manager at LUCID will lead a team of store managers and retail positions at 4 of our locations. The primary focus of responsibilities for this role will include placing the right people in the right positions while growing and developing their strengths along with managing, hiring, and handling employee relations at store locations. Delivering Results: Setting financial goals and ensuring locations are driving towards those goals. Additionally, ensuring locations are operating efficiently and effectively following SOPs and standards of services to drive customer satisfaction.
Primary Areas of Responsibilities
- Key liaison between senior management and storefront employees
- Prioritize store performance issues to make certain that issues directly affecting profitability are addressed quickly
- Monitoring storefront customer satisfaction and taking steps to resolve any customer disputes
- Monitor the P&L reports for each store and develop effective ways to fill in any gaps between actual performance and company projections
- Establish and ensure KPI (Key performance indicators) are being tracked and maintained at all locations
- Anticipate market trends and opportunities by analyzing existing product performance, customer insights, purchasing trends, and individual store KPI’s.
- Partner with the purchasing team to maximize the product at each location based on purchasing history
- Collaborate with marketing team for the planning of large events and implementation of local campaigns at the stores
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to allocate marketing products, merchandising plans, promotional signage, and social media. Ensure all storefront employees are aligned on current promotions.
- Analyze and create weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and operation reports to share with executive management.
- Partner with HR to implement Standard Operating Procedures for all retail locations, and ensure they are in full compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Ensure all locations are compliant with both state and cannabis regulations.
- Proactively keep an eye on industry changes and creating strategies to ensure Lucid can continue to grow our market share

Position Description: Dispensary Nurse
The Dispensary Nurse is primarily responsible for the safe and effective overall dispensary operations within but not limited to dosing and inventory. The Dispensary Nurse’s practice is consistent with regulations and clinic policy and procedures. The Dispensary Nurse reports directly to the Dispensary Manager, Medical Director, or designee. The Dispensary Manager, Medical Director or designee may assign the Dispensary Nurse other tasks and duties within the scope of practice, as necessary.
The Dispensary Nurse should adhere to and value the philosophical priorities of harm reduction, understanding that Medication for Opioid Use Disorders (MOUD) is an evidence-based method of addressing opioid use disorders and that every patient deserves to be treated with respect, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities:
- Follows all clinic policies and procedures.
- Ensures security of medications, patient records, and any other documentation required by the DOH, HCA, SAMHSA, DEA, and other licensing agencies.
- Ensures that the clinic protects the rights and confidentiality of all patients to provide each patient with the required medical and clinical care.
- Dispenses appropriate medication doses and accounts for all medications used during a dispensary shift.
- Accurately records patient details in the electronic medical records system.
- Organizes and monitors the activities of the dispensary as requested by the Dispensary Manager.
- Organizes supplies and maintains an adequate stock, reports timely for reordering.
- Attends all meetings as requested or required and provide such data as needed by the team for inclusion of medical treatment plan.
- Monitors charts for dose discrepancies and reports accordingly.
- Maintains a strong policy knowledge of all applicable federal, state, and local rules, laws and regulations and maintains compliance.
- Knowledge and compliance with HIPAA and CFR 42 Part 2 policies and procedures.
- Participates in Federal and State substance abuse training and continuing education as needed to safely and effectively perform the position.
- Interacts with all staff in a positive and motivational fashion supporting the company’s mission.
- Reviews toxicology testing as indicated and reports timely for patient planning.
- Receives scheduled II and III medication into dispensary’s inventory safely in accordance to DEA requirements.
- Provides staff development to new nursing staff and medical assistants and as needed.
- Plans daily, weekly or monthly staff scheduling as directed by the Dispensary Manager, Medical Director or designee.
- Nursing tasks and responsibility as job dictates and as assigned by Dispensary Manager, Medical Director, or designee within standards of practice.
Position Requirements:
Education: Nurses must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing and have a current Washington State Nurses License. The nurse must be an RN or LPN with a state license with good standing. Coursework in the behavioral sciences is desired.
Experience:
Work experience in an OTP dispensary and solid knowledge of dosing and inventory is required for the Dispensary Nurse position. Behavioral sciences field and/or substance use disorder treatment is desired.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this job: Most of the time during the shift, the work is a hybrid of sitting at the dispensing counter in front of the computer and standing/walking for other tasks. Will spend some time filing, printing, organizing supplies or standing to perform evaluations. Should have the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. as may be responsible for moving office supplies or carrying heavy files or boxes. Dispensary nurse responsibilities apply to care provided in both traditional OTP settings and within mobile medication units.

- Work with local jails around patients needing jail dispensed medication
- Ensure the dispensary is adequately staffed at all times and provide back-up as needed.
- Provide conflict resolution between Dispensary staff and patients when needed. Ensure strong staff team cohesion and collaboration
- Participate in site management meetings and represent the interests of staff
- Approve time sheets and leave requests submitted by staff
- Conduct performance evaluations of dispensary staff in accordance with agency policies and state regulations

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Grower Support Manager will be responsible for closely monitoring flock performance data and, using this data, supporting members of the Grower Support team. The Grower Support team works closely with each one of our growers to support them as they care for their hens to ensure they are happy, healthy and reaching their full potential.
What You'll Do
Monitor all grower production data in relation to breed standard to proactively identify deviations from target.
Provide regular coaching and support to Grower Support crew. Train and onboard new Grower Support crew members.
Monitor Grower Support and Compliance schedules to ensure targets are met.
Work with nutrition partners and SQF Practitioner to review all quality measures weekly.
Monitor pullet quality, rearing conditions, and placement timelines and provide support to Pullet Coordinator.
Attend regular meetings with Growers, and other stakeholders to support educational and community engagement initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree in Poultry Science or Animal Science
Minimum of 5 years poultry management experience

Summary: The Evergreen Market is looking for customer service professionals/cannabis enthusiasts to join our training program. Our two-week training program will consist of one week of Budtender training, and one week of Cashier training. After the two-week training program is over, participants will be fully trained and ready for placement in to either a Cashier position or a Budtender position. You must be open to working in either position, have open availability and be able to work at any of our stores. Placement will be determined based on business need.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Budtender & Cashier):
- Greet and confirm age of all customers
- Meet or exceed sales and customer service targets
- Follow all state LCB directives and policies regarding the cashier position
- Operate a POS system
- Keep an organized and clean work area
