Great opportunity for a unique individual to join the Accounting Team as our company continues to experience rapid growth. This position will work in the Corporate Office of a reputable, established company in the cannabis industry.
General Purpose of adding this position:
- To support the company in carrying out the responsibilities of the Accounting/Finance Department.
- To relieve the Senior staff of some daily and month-end responsibilities, which will free up time for the development of standard operating procedures and various specialized projects.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recording daily sales activity for several retail stores.
- Reconciling and recording daily activity from our various bank accounts.
- Work closely with Accounts Payable and provide assistance in recording vendor payments.
- Various Journal Entries to record Payroll, Benefits, Intercompany Transactions, Prepaid Transactions, and many other JE’s typical to any business.
- Assist in developing a Month End Close Process, checklist, and deadlines.
- Resolve discrepancies, reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank accounts.
- Maintain a Fixed Asset Register with a depreciation schedule for each entity.
- Sales and Use Tax reporting, including industry-specific taxes.
- Intercompany Billing and reconciliation.
- Provide support to the Accounting Manager and Staff to ensure that reports are delivered to the Management Team and the Owners in a timely manner.
- Perform complex accounting, technical and analytical work for the organization that requires confidentiality, independent judgment, and detailed knowledge of our industry.
Qualified Applicants should possess the following criteria:
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper, or similar (3-5 years desired) ** *Will accept an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced User of QuickBooks software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Microsoft Excel – Advanced user with spreadsheet design, formatting knowledge and use of functions/formulas, creation of pivot tables, and similar analytical functions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrate a proficient level of professional skill and/or knowledge in accounting and business. Knowledge and ability to use applicable information technology and systems to meet work needs.

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Director to oversee retail operations at a single unit. The Store Director will be responsible for managing personnel, inventory purchasing and tracking, sales goals and bonus targets, and the general operations and compliance for their assigned store. You will communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to implement and maintain store goals, protocols, policies, and procedures in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements, as well as communicate broader company objectives and standards.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 5-10 Budtenders
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Oversee and manage quality product inventory and conduct inventory audits in accordance with regulations
- Adhere to and promote a culture of compliance as it pertains to state and company regulations
- Regularly communicate with and update corporate leadership on dispensary matters
- Regularly communicate with the marketing department to manage community engagement, store promotions and events, and customer communication across a wide range of platforms

We seek outgoing and passionate Budtenders who are looking for long-term employment. This position is responsible for assisting in processing orders transfers and breaking down flower batches by weighing, packaging, and labeling flower according to company policy and practices, as well as state, local and MED laws and regulations.

- Works in conjunction with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Director to train staff members on current promotions and specials
- Alerts management team to any inventory shortages
- Holds knowledge of all daily deals, specials, and promotions currently active in the store.

Daily Operations:

Position Summary
The receptionist is the first impression of the store to our consumers. The receptionist is primarily responsible for: greeting customers in a friendly manner, compliantly checking IDs in accordance with MED laws and regulations, scanning customers into the POS system, organizing customer queues, signing in visitors to the guest log, communicating product assortment to consumers, upholding Schwazze SOPs, and maintaining cleanliness of the lobby and front of the store area. Job Title: Shift Lead
Reports To: Store Director
Type: Full-Time, non-exempt
Location(s): Boulder, CO
Salary: $15/hour
Position Summary
The Shift Lead reports directly to the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Director. The Shift Lead acts as the Manager on Duty and supervises the retail team while accurately performing daily operations when the Store Director and Assistant Store Manager are absent. The Shift Lead works closely with the management team to ensure that company standards are consistently always met. The Shift Lead helps to effectively train new associates, and is the shining example of great customer service. The Shift Lead performs all retail associate responsibilities including: compliantly checking IDs, driving sales and current promotions, maintaining a clean and professional appearance, accurately using the POS system, and providing exemplary customer service. In addition, the Shift Lead assists the management team with: inventory control, receiving manifests in METRC, managing breaks, updating POS inventory, cash management, running promotions, and executing opening and closing procedures including: counting drawers, dropping cash deposits, making change, and securing the facility at close. The Shift Lead is responsible for staying up to date on current MED laws and regulations and effectively relaying information to team members per management direction. This position is supervisory and requires a passionate and flexible team leader who can follow and train on management directives with ease.
Essential Functions
Customer Service:
- Trains staff members on company-wide customer service standards and reports any customer service issues to the management team
- Provides exemplary customer service and acts as an example to the retail associates
- Answers phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Answers emails in a friendly and professional manner
- Acts as the face of the company and creates long-lasting customer relationships
Driving Sales:
- Works in conjunction with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Director to train staff members on current promotions and specials
- Alerts management team to any inventory shortages
- Holds knowledge of all daily deals, specials, and promotions currently active in the store.
- Continuously strives to increase sales and takes an active role in becoming a better salesperson with direction from management
Daily Operations:
- Acts as the Manager on Duty when the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Director are absent from the store
- Practices accurate cash-handling procedures per company SOPs when: making change, counting drawers, and dropping deposits
- Accepts manifests in METRC
- Enters all incoming product into the Daily Sheets once accepted into METRC

Position Objective:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager, Retail Support Program to join the team and learn the supervisory and technical skills necessary to successfully manage a retail dispensary. This role will start as a trainee under the Regional Manager. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Director to oversee retail operations at a single unit. The Store Director will be responsible for managing personnel, inventory purchasing and tracking, sales goals and bonus targets, and the general operations and compliance for their assigned store. Position Objective:
The Assistant Store Manager acts as a direct line to the Store Director and holds essential responsibilities: leading customer service, order fulfillment, inventory control and reconciliation, cash management, daily sales reports, METRC adjustments, creating and receiving manifests in METRC, and training staff members. In addition, the Assistant Store Manager works with the Store Director to uphold Schwazze SOPs and MED laws and regulations. The Assistant Store Manager keeps up to date with any company or state regulatory changes and adjusts store operations per company discretion. The Assistant Manager reports directly to the Store Director and assists in managerial decisions including personnel issues, day-to-day operations, marketing, and general management of the store. In conjunction with the Store Director, the Assistant Store Manager is responsible for driving sales and great service while ensuring the store meets or exceeds company goals and objectives. The Assistant Manager assumes final decision-making authority and accountability for the store during the absence of the Store Director and makes decisions based on current company and state operations, procedures, standards and laws.
Essential Functions:
Customer Service:
- Trains staff members on company-wide customer service standards and holds staff members accountable for compliance.
- Conducts customer service reviews during Budtender Reviews and addresses as well as documents any coaching opportunities that arise.
- Monitors online reviews and trains staff as needed in accordance with customer feedback.
Driving Sales:
- Works closely with the Store Director and Retail Management Team to ensure the store is meeting or exceeding sales goals by reaching sales targets and adhering to market changes or demands.
- Regularly reviews KPIs and related information and works with the Store Director to consistently meet sales targets.
- Holds retail staff accountable for monthly sales targets and works with the Store Director to incentivize staff members per company direction.
Staffing/Scheduling:
- Manages Budtenders actions day-to-day and works closely with the Store Director to ensure staffing needs are met by drafting monthly schedules.
- Works with the Store Director and HR team to recruit and onboard new talent.
- Documents HR concerns and termination and exit paperwork, as necessary.
- Conducts Monthly and Bi-Annual Budtender Reviews with the Store Director to promote Budtender growth by discussing goals and holding staff accountable.
Daily Operations:
- Follows company SOPs regarding cash handling by drafting daily sheets, filing, and organizing vendor orders, monitoring cash balances, organizing cash deposit pickups, submitting change orders, and conducting ATM refills.
- Strives to meet company sales goals and trains staff on current promotions and incentives.
- Daily inventory reconciliation and POS/METRC adjustments.
- Works with the Store Director to implement company policies to help increase store performance such as: marketing, promotions, and community relations.
- Manage METRC adjustments and POS reconciliations.

- Minimum 21 years of age

Position Summary
The Shift Lead reports directly to the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Director. The Shift Lead acts as the Manager on Duty and supervises the retail team while accurately performing daily operations when the Store Director and Assistant Store Manager are absent. The Shift Lead works closely with the management team to ensure that company standards are consistently always met. The Shift Lead helps to effectively train new associates, and is the shining example of great customer service. Position Summary
The receptionist is the first impression of the store to our consumers. The receptionist is primarily responsible for: greeting customers in a friendly manner, compliantly checking IDs in accordance with MED laws and regulations, scanning customers into the POS system, organizing customer queues, signing in visitors to the guest log, communicating product assortment to consumers, upholding Schwazze SOPs, and maintaining cleanliness of the lobby and front of the store area. In addition, the receptionist is responsible for always maintaining a clean and professional appearance. The receptionist answers phone calls in a professional and courteous manner and directs calls to appropriate members of the retail team if needed.
Essential Functions
Checking IDs:
- Maintains familiarity with IDs from all over the country and can recognize fraudulent ID cards.
- Scans IDs into the POS system and confirms that the information on the ID matches the information on the scanner.

Staff Accountant
Rare opportunity for a unique individual to join the Accounting Team as our company continues to experience rapid growth. This position will work in the Corporate Office of a reputable, established company in the Cannabis industry.
General Purpose of adding this position:
- To support the Controller in carrying out the responsibilities of the Accounting/Finance Department.
- To relieve the Senior staff of some daily and month-end responsibilities, which will free up time for the development of standard operating procedures and various specialized projects.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recording daily sales activity for several retail stores.
- Reconciling and recording daily activity from our various bank accounts.
- Work closely with Accounts Payable and provide assistance in recording vendor payments.
- Various Journal Entries to record Payroll, Benefits, Intercompany Transactions, Prepaid Transactions, and many other JE’s typical to any business.
- Assist in developing a Month End Close Process, checklist, and deadlines.
- Resolve discrepancies, reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank accounts.
- Maintain a Fixed Asset Register with a depreciation schedule for each entity.
- Sales and Use Tax reporting, including industry-specific taxes.
- Intercompany Billing and reconciliation.
- Provide support to the Accounting Manager and Staff to ensure that reports are delivered to the Management Team and the Owners in a timely manner.
- Perform complex accounting, technical and analytical work for the organization that requires confidentiality, independent judgment, and detailed knowledge of our industry.
Qualified Applicants should possess the following criteria:
- 4-year degree in Accounting or a degree with an emphasis in accounting.
- Previous experience as a GL Accountant, Staff Accountant, or similar (3-5 years desired) ** *Will accept an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must consent to and successfully pass a background check and acquire a badge from the Colorado MED.
- Advanced User of QuickBooks software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Microsoft Excel – Advanced user with spreadsheet design, formatting knowledge and use of functions/formulas, creation of pivot tables, and similar analytical functions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrate a proficient level of professional skill and/or knowledge in accounting and business. Knowledge and ability to use applicable information technology and systems to meet work needs.

Overview
