CORE JOB DUTIES
- Plan and develop merchandising, menu placement, and visibility strategies for each of your unique retail accounts. Collaborate with customers to create attractive sales floor displays and make sure that our product is prominently displayed.

This is a full-time hourly position. All full-time employees will have access to our medical, dental, and vision benefits after 30 days of employment. We have 2 weeks of PTO allocated for this role with an additional week of paid sick time available. The budgeted hourly wage for this position is $19-20 dollars/hour.

This is a full-time hourly position. All full-time employees will have access to our medical, dental, and vision benefits after 30 days of employment. We have 2 weeks of PTO allocated for this role with an additional week of paid sick time available. The budgeted hourly wage for this position is $19-20 dollars/hour.

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Field Marketing Representative to be the face of our company at the various accounts in their assigned territories. They will assist both the marketing and sales team with ensuring that our product is fully stocked with ideal presentation, while building a relationship with the budtenders. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is interested in joining a fast-paced environment in a cannabis company with a start-up culture. If you enjoy communicating with customers and exude a positive and outgoing personality, we would like to meet you. It is your job to develop a deep knowledge for our brands so that you can speak to customers intelligently and comfortably about our products. This position will be based in Sonoma or SF, CA, and will report to the Field Marketing Manager.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the brand appearance and building budtender relationships at accounts within assigned territory
- Work in tandem with the sales team, which includes weekly meetings to discuss accounts to target and any goals or objectives
- Activate marketing programming at the store level
- Coordinate any market research objectives, data collection, or misc. assignments as provided by the Field Marketing Manager
- Must stay up to date on product knowledge, including being able to host any budtender trainings as needed
- Host in-store demos
- Assist the marketing team and sales team by attending events, partnerships and promotional opportunities
- Work with Field Marketing Manager or marketing team for any display or merchandising needs
- Responsible for any food or merch drops at accounts for budtenders
- Report and log all feedback and daily tasks into company CRM
Requirements
- Must be old enough to work in CA cannabis - CA residency with valid CA ID is required
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation is required
- Superior communication skills and ability to build lasting connections with customers and budtenders
- Be a pro-active and creative contributor in a fast paced and rapidly evolving environment
- Maintain professional business and customer relationships

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Field Marketing Representative to be the face of our company at the various accounts in their assigned territories. They will assist both the marketing and sales team with ensuring that our product is fully stocked with ideal presentation, while building a relationship with the budtenders. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is interested in joining a fast-paced environment in a cannabis company with a start-up culture. Duties/Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the brand appearance and building budtender relationships at accounts within assigned territory
- Work in tandem with the sales team, which includes weekly meetings to discuss accounts to target and any goals or objectives
- Activate marketing programming at the store level
- Coordinate any market research objectives, data collection, or misc. assignments as provided by the Field Marketing Manager
- Must stay up to date on product knowledge, including being able to host any budtender trainings as needed
- Host in-store demos
- Assist the marketing team and sales team by attending events, partnerships and promotional opportunities
- Work with Field Marketing Manager or marketing team for any display or merchandising needs
- Responsible for any food or merch drops at accounts for budtenders
- Report and log all feedback and daily tasks into company CRM
Requirements
- Must be old enough to work in CA cannabis - CA residency with valid CA ID is required
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation is required

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Field Marketing Representative to be the face of our company at the various accounts in their assigned territories. They will assist both the marketing and sales team with ensuring that our product is fully stocked with ideal presentation, while building a relationship with the budtenders. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is interested in joining a fast-paced environment in a cannabis company with a start-up culture. If you enjoy communicating with customers and exude a positive and outgoing personality, we would like to meet you. It is your job to develop a deep knowledge for our brands so that you can speak to customers intelligently and comfortably about our products. This position will be based in Sonoma or SF, CA, and will report to the Field Marketing Manager.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the brand appearance and building budtender relationships at accounts within assigned territory
- Work in tandem with the sales team, which includes weekly meetings to discuss accounts to target and any goals or objectives
- Activate marketing programming at the store level
- Coordinate any market research objectives, data collection, or misc. assignments as provided by the Field Marketing Manager
- Must stay up to date on product knowledge, including being able to host any budtender trainings as needed
- Host in-store demos
- Assist the marketing team and sales team by attending events, partnerships and promotional opportunities
- Work with Field Marketing Manager or marketing team for any display or merchandising needs
- Responsible for any food or merch drops at accounts for budtenders
- Report and log all feedback and daily tasks into company CRM
Requirements
- Must be old enough to work in CA cannabis - CA residency with valid CA ID is required
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation is required
- Superior communication skills and ability to build lasting connections with customers and budtenders
- Be a pro-active and creative contributor in a fast paced and rapidly evolving environment
- Maintain professional business and customer relationships

This is a full-time hourly position. All full-time employees will have access to our medical, dental, and vision benefits after 30 days of employment. We have 2 weeks of PTO allocated for this role with an additional week of paid sick time available. The budgeted hourly wage for this position is $20-22/hr.

Field Representative Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic Field Representative to be the face of our company at the various accounts in their assigned territories. They will assist both the marketing and sales team with ensuring that our product is fully stocked with ideal presentation, while building a relationship with the budtenders. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is interested in joining a fast-paced environment in a cannabis company with a start-up culture. This position will be based in Massachusettes and report to the Field Manager.
Job Overview
- Take ownership of the brand appearance and building budtender relationships at accounts within assigned territory
- Work in tandem with the sales team, which includes weekly meetings to discuss accounts to target and any goals or objectives * Activate marketing programming at the store level
- Coordinate any market research objectives, data collection, or misc assignments as provided by the Field Manager
- Must stay up to date on product knowledge, including being able to host any budtender trainings as needed
- Host in-store demos
- Assist the marketing team with bigger events as needed
- Work with Field Manager or marketing team for any display needs
- Responsible for any food or merch drops at accounts for budtenders
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, as a Brand Ambassador, or related field is ideal
- Strong communication skills
- Must love working with people, have a positive attitude, and be a team player * Professional attitude
- Previous experience in the cannabis industry is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call on Sales accounts in person, email, and over the phone
- Schedule and set up in-store and community appointments and activations
- Take care of product, brand assets and toolkits
- Work hand-in-hand with store Account Executives and Field Brand Rep state leads
- Generate sales and manage sell-through in-store data on Salesforce
- Collect store audits and activation data
- Educate customers and store employees on products, services, features, pricing, and upcoming events
- Conduct surveys
- Build and maintain consumer and buyer relationships
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- 21+ years old
- Dependable transportation, valid Driver's license, clean MVR
- 2 years' experience in Brand Territory Management
- 2 years' experience in data management
- 2 years' experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Self-motivated and self-sufficient
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- Problem solving
- Active listener
- Passionate about cannabis industry
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays (schedules are set in advance)
