Under the direction of the Dispensary Manager, Assistant Manager will oversee the operation of the Curaleaf Dispensary. Assumes full management responsibility in the absence of the Dispensary Manager. This person will work to improve dispensary sales, profitability, and image through extraordinary customer service, protection of store assets, supervising team members in the absence of the store manager.
Customer Experience:
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.
- Greets patients and offers assistance with products and services.

Operations:

Responsibilities:
- Stay up to date with wellness industry trends and products
- Consistently read and learn about hemp, cannabis, CBD, and related wellness categories
- Learn and train to sell wellness products using a no-pressure, consultative sales approach
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers to create a pleasant and rewarding experience
- Use Square POS to complete and manage transactions as well as customer loyalty
- Develop connections with customers and complete follow-up chats, emails, and calls.
- Aid in inventory management with supervisor by performing daily and weekly spot counts/checks.
- Maintain retail store by completing assigned cleaning tasks.

Position Description :
The Outreach and Education manager will report directly to the Director of Physician and Network Engagement. In this entrepreneurial role, the NJ Outreach and Education Manager will be responsible for executing the Community and Physician Outreach Strategy in NJ and leading the launch of TerrAscend NJ’s medical marijuana business and brands (Apothecarium, Ilera Healthcare, Kind Tree) into physician and patient communities throughout the state of NJ. Mainly tasked with being our lead educator and relationship builder in NJ, this role will also be instrumental in gathering feedback and intelligence from the market, shaping how we talk about our products, and helping develop the educational experiences and materials that will be utilized in New Jersey Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Implement overall Outreach strategy in NJ to build and establish physician and community partnerships.
Facilitate relationships with all NJ cannabis stakeholders including patient and community groups, as well as physician and other healthcare targets via direct communication and education, to generate new referrals or our dispensary and product lines.
Work with team to develop, implement, and manage a variety of outreach tactics including but not limited to face to face visits, email blasts, social media campaigns, targeted social media groups, outreach and education events, and physician newsletter.
Develops and maintains database of physicians and community contacts in CRM ?
Track and report all key performance indicators on a weekly and monthly basis.
Availability to work some nights and/or weekends

Qualification and Education Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of sales, marketing and/or outreach experience, preferably with physicians and/or in health care provider setting. Pharmaceutical or Medical Sales Experience is a plus!
Able to work independently and be self-motivated, as well as solid judgement to know when to coordinate with team members on marketing, regulatory, finance, or other matters.
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and personal sales skills
D irect teaching, training, product education and /or product marketing experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to impact the physician space by utilizing a mix of in-person educational visits and workshops.
- Ability to create and deliver impactful educational presentations on a variety of topics, and to a variety of audiences related to medical cannabis.
- Ability to become a subject-matter expert, think on one’s feet, and show grace under pressure.
- Ability to travel throughout NJ
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Microsoft Teams experience a plus.

POSITION SUMMARY
As a member of the Tryke Cultivation Team, you will gain a full understanding of the state-of-the-art cultivation process. You will perform day-to-day finished products operations with primary responsibility over trimming raw plant material. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Debone cannabis plants.
- Manually trim marijuana plants using shears, scissors, hands, etc.
- Manicuring dry flowers for quality presentation and separate unusable waste from usable product.
- Employee must be able to adapt to various strains, styles, and types of marijuana they are trimming; adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.
- Ensure consistent and quality presentation of premium cannabis products.
- Comply with all company and state regulations pertaining to cultivation and packaging of cannabis.
- Trimming with precision, speed, and efficiency
- Trim room cleaning and maintenance
- Basic equipment calibration, inspections, and maintenance
