The Cannabis Beverage Canning Technician will be responsible for running the new canning line for THC infused beverages. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team. The Canning Technician will report to the Director of Manufacturing and will be instrumental in the release of several cannabis infused beverages.
Principal Responsibilities:
As a Canning Technician, you will start in an important role and incorporate prior experience into our new canning equipment. The duties of the Canning Technician include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Start-up new canning line for THC infused beverages
- Set-up equipment, operate the equipment, troubleshoot operational issues and deliver the daily/weekly/monthly demands
- Mixing sanitizing chemicals and thoroughly cleaning the equipment
- Weighing cans to ensure they contain just the right amount of beverage
- Working the depalletizer to provide the canning line with a steady supply of cans throughout the day
- Collaborating with the production staff
- Must be able to learn METRC and all cannabis testing requirements for the state of MA

Work Environment:
- Mobile canning requires strength, coordination, and endurance. You’ll need to hull 150-lb pallets of cans, push the 800-lb canning line into place (it is on wheels), stay on your feet for lengthy 12-hour shifts, and perform countless other physical tasks.

Core Duties:
This position is a dual-purpose role.
The Driver part of the position is responsible for the prompt and consistent transportation and delivery of wholesale cannabis products to clients. Under the supervision of the Wholesale Director, the Driver performs driving responsibilities to ensure the timely delivery of our products in compliance with all company and state regulations. The Drivers will be part of a two-person transport team and will be responsible for representing our company in a professional and personable manner when making deliveries. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, work well independently, and possess impeccable time management skills.
The processor part of the position is responsible for manicuring wet or dry plant material, breaking down plants, and packaging plant material and infused products. This person will also have some responsibility for tracking product electronically on systems to ensure compliance with state laws and program regulations.
Principal Responsibilities:
Driver duties shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Engage clients with friendly, courteous, and effective communication to determine pickup and delivery needs
- Load, unload, and complete deliveries in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner, according to all company SOPs

- Hand trim flower from plants in a quick and efficient manner, while ensuring high quality product standards
- Track the amount of unusable waste for each plant/batch, in addition to usable by-products
- Assure daily compliance with company policies including but not limited to: state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, facility maintenance, and work schedules

The Weekend Safety & Security Associate is responsible for ensuring the safe and secure operation of our dispensary retail facility. This person must provide an orderly and secure environment for employees, customers, vendors and visitors alike.
We are looking for an individual who can work weekend closing shifts- Saturday 1:00pm - 9:30pm and Sunday 11:00am - 7:30pm
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Authorizes and monitors facility access for employees, customers, vendors and visitors by checking IDs, providing escorts, answering initial customer questions
- Monitors front door access to maintain occupancy limits and provide crowd control
- Assists Retail team with incident response, including de-escalation and conflict management. Escalates issues to management and/or law enforcement if appropriate
- Conducts property and premises inspections; performs trash removal and ensures all entryways and outdoor cameras are clear of obstruction
- Occasional snow/ice removal during inclement weather on the ramp/stair into the building
- Assists with inter-facility receipt of deliveries
- Monitors parking lot area to provide traffic control, makes sure no one under the age of 21yrs is on the premises
- Assists Retail with customer service responsibilities if needed
- Willing and able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday work
- Responsible for putting out and taking in dispensary signage as well as any additional yard activities and equipment.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

We are located in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts’ southernmost town of Sheffield and are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to manage various functions and processes of the marketing and communications department for our regulated, cannabis campus, which includes cultivation, extraction, retail and wholesale components in multiple locations.
The role of the Marketing Manager is to oversee and administer tasks to help build brand awareness, audiences and engagement and support the build-out of communication channels among multiple departments, wholesale partners and third-party vendors. The Marketing Manager is a key position that will report to the Marketing Director.
Principal Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager’s duties shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Support strategy and direction to build consumer, wholesale, third-party and B2B growth
- Assist in the monitoring and management of Pass brand and style guide
- Manage communication channels and development of marketing materials (website, digital marketing, enews, rack cards, brochures, PASSport, social media)

- Manages production operations by implementing, adjusting, and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures

Core Duties:
The role of the Accounting Associate is to keep financial records updated, prepare financial reports and reconcile bank statements. The Accounting Associate will run accounting software programs (e.g. QBO, SOS) to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts. JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Manager is responsible for orchestrating all operational functions of the dispensary, including purchasing, receiving, tracking, and documenting all processes related to inventory control and compliance with efficiency and accuracy. They will support the General Manager and Sales Manager with accounting responsibilities and ensuring that all inventory is properly acquired, stored, tracked, displayed and sold. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee a staff of Inventory Associates who will perform and document all inventory-related transactions and daily reconciliations.
- Work closely with the General Manager and Sales Manager to ensure compliance with all company procedures and required legal/regulatory requirements, particularly with regard to product intake storage and fulfillment procedures.
- Work closely with the General Manager on forecasting and wholesale functions to ensure excellent service levels and in-stock position of all products in all segments, including flower, pre-rolls, tinctures, edibles, etc. as well as products to accessories and non-cannabis items.
- Maintain an accurate Daily Sales Report to provide feedback on sales and submit to the General Manager on a weekly basis.
- Maintain an accurate Daily Inventory Log and provide a weekly report on product trends.
- Manage the Inventory Reconciliation Process for Inventory Associates.
- Provide the General Manager with a weekly report describing strategic initiatives to increase profit margins.
- Work with the General Manager to improve vendor relations and leverage discounts on product purchases.
- Manage daily inventory reconciliation and other required reports as directed.
- New product introductions including timing and merchandising.
- Maintain complete accuracy within METRC and compliance systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting within inventory management and POS systems.
- Acquire purchasing, including assortment and pricing for all vendors.
- Oversee all inventory audits.
- Supervise intake management and assess sell-through for improved profitability.

JOB SUMMARY
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall success of the establishment. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee execution of all retail operations, including workforce management and inventory reconciliation.
- Oversee and manage all tasks related to security, sales, inventory, cash handling, vending, regulatory compliance, POS, computer systems and customer service for the retail store.
- Develop expertise in all state-specific cannabis rules, regulations and laws. Execute and enforce compliance, according to state laws.
- Develop and drive proactive internal compliance controls and processes.

- Foster positive and productive relationships with key regulators, inspectors and law enforcement personnels.

- Review and improve SOPs to optimize dispensary operations.
- Measure and monitor project productivity, quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting of project metrics to the executive team.
- Identify root cause of inefficiencies/errors/delays and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Assist with hiring a diverse and highly talented staff.
- Review and improve consumer education and provide consistent training and coaching for employees on cannabis products and terminology.
- Present each employee with job evaluations annually and as needed.
- Be responsible for the overall appearance and maintenance of the premises.
- Maintain complete accuracy within METRC.
- Maintain complete accuracy within POS and inventory management systems.
- Ensure accurate management of all hardware and software systems for efficiency and accuracy.
- Review and audit inventory and provide analysis on the success of each product sold within the establishment.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Associate will be responsible for product knowledge, the sale of products, customer experience and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role will assist customers with their purchases, recommend suitable products, address customer concerns and ensure that the sales floor is adequately stocked, cleaned and organized. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the supervision of the Cultivation Manager or department lead, the Cultivation Technician will perform manual labor to assist in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing medicinal cannabis, including, but not limited to; watering, feeding, pruning, cloning, cleaning, and transplanting. The Job:
A Retail Inventory Supervisor in our Dispensary in Great Barrington, MA.
How you will make an impact:
- Functioning as the inventory supervisor, leading a large retail team, developing and growing individuals to success.
- Lead a team of up to 10 inventory specialists and world along-side dispensary management.
- Manage, coach, guide and develop your team to achieve higher standards of execution.
- Help lead all inventory related tasks, compliance and partner with the production team on transfers and identifying concerns.
- Manage all Metrc tasks and related processes in store with our core distribution team and logistics director.
- Develop and execute procedures and standards for all inventory-related systems.
- Drive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) adherence relative to inventory maintenance and accuracy.
- Responsible for all daily tasks at the dispensary, to include existing procedures, policies and standards.
- Ensuring compliance with Cannabis Control Commission regulations.
- This position requires accurate daily record-keeping, you will be tasked with identifying discrepancies on a daily basis and resolving them quickly.
- Other duties relating to TWI’s dispensary operations on an as needed basis.

Requirements:
- 3+ years in a retail supervisory or management capacity, or at least 1 year with a cannabis company in similar capacity
- Must have prior supervisory experience managing a team

- Strong, systems, software and computer skills (Microsoft Office and basic systems)

- Consistently remain focused on being a positive presence in and around the dispensary while providing safety and assistance to our customers
- Utilize security monitoring software to effectively survey customer access as well as check customer identification at the door, ensuring no one under the age of 21 (besides valid medical patients) are allowed inside the dispensary
- Provide supervision over unloading/loading of our transportation vehicle
- Consistently monitor the parking lot in order to identify potential hazards as well as direct traffic as needed

Essence Vegas announces the invitation to submit resumes/CV's for the position of Full-Time Inventory Agent. Processing of candidates will occur throughout the year on an ongoing basis. The pool of candidates from this recruitment may be used to fill vacancies for the classification of Full-Time Inventory Agent for up to one (1) year.
The Inventory Agent is responsible for aiding our dispensary locations in all facets of inventory maintenance. This role will receive shipments into the inventory system, perform physical movement of Marijuana product from location to location within the inventory system, and within physical dispensary. Inventory agent will perform cycle counts daily creating discrepancy reports directly to the inventory manager. The ideal candidate for this role will be an effective communicator, organized, detail oriented, strong problem solver, and attentive and responsive to the dispensaries’ needs.
Requirements
- Responsible for organizing and setting inventory throughout the dispensary.
- Accept and move product through LeafLogix and Metrc following established procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with merchandising, backroom, vault and overall cleanliness of inventory areas in the dispensary.
- Ensure that all arriving stock receipts are efficiently and carefully executed.
- Participate in an ongoing basis in routine inventory cycle counts.
- Prepare for and take part in, all physical inventories as scheduled by the company.
- Assist with inventory maintenance reports.
- Perform other work-related duties and special projects as assigned.
- At least 1 year of inventory experience in a retail environment.
- Goal oriented, organized, self-starter, dependable, outgoing and assertive individual who is comfortable working in a fast paced, high-stress environment.
- Intermediate understanding of cannabis products, different strains and medical benefits of cannabis use is required.
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- Technology savvy with computer/iPad, software including Microsoft Office.
- High level of integrity, work ethic, and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of medical marijuana policies and laws.
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervison or as part of a team is required.
- Internal candidates must have been in their current position for at least six months and have no disciplinary actions during the last six months.
- Lift and carry a 45+ pound case of product on a repetitive basis.
- Available weekends, some nights and some holidays
- Must be able to obtain required licensing at time of hire and submit personal information for licensing and fingerprinting.
