Curaleaf is looking for a Manager, HR Operations to join our talented Human Resources Team. Reporting to the Vice President, HR Operations, this role is both strategic and operational, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing processes, programs, and HR shared services to support Curaleaf as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities
- Manage people processes and controls; identify gaps and inefficiencies, provide standardization and improvement recommendations which will impact the full team member lifecycle from hire to retire.
- Efficiently scale our HR Operations team and processes leveraging self-service, automation, and technology.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation on various adhoc projects.
- Lead and direct the day-to-day activities of the HR Operations team. Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner with an understanding of where the data comes from and how it flows through systems and processes.
- Partner with payroll on pay related transactions including salary changes, retro adjustments, and leaves of absence.
- Ensure HRIS data integrity by creating and overseeing appropriate audits. Review auditing processes to ensure that errors are caught quickly, and effective solutions are put in place. Partner across the organization to ensure collaborative solutions.
- Ensure that processes are documented and adhered to organizationally; providing timely feedback to partners to ensure consistency and accountability.
- Own and understand applicable controls and partner with internal audit to document, review, update and audit defined controls in support of SOX compliance. Partner with internal/ external auditors to provide responses to support requests.
- Contribute to the development of communications and training programs for HR operations.
- Implement documentation to include SOPs, Job Aids, and communications material to educate and train team members and managers.
- Function as content owner and subject matter expert for HR Operations ensuring we have robust self-service content for managers and team members.
- Maintain knowledge of current, local employment laws, best practices relative to HR Operations.
- Lead a team of at least 5 HR Operations Specialists.
Experience/Education
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or applicable experience. Minimum of 5-7 years in a HR role responsible for handling HR transactions.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HRIS experience; Kronos based system experience is ideal.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

We seek a CRM Manager to build loyalty in the increasingly competitive cannabis industry, with a specific focus on our B2C business. With increasing consumer options, loyalty is a critical element of Curaleaf's growth. The CRM Manager will lead the strategy, development, and execution of CRM programs across our portfolio of brands, driving traffic and sales at our retail stores and building awareness and demand for our brands and products. This role will have a voice in technology selection, program strategy development, financial analysis, and communication strategy.
Leading a CRM Center of Excellence, the CRM Manager will set the strategy and best practices followed by multiple regional stakeholders who will be responsible for daily execution efforts. The Digital Marketing Manager should have a keen eye for data requirements and analysis, a vision for the customer journey, and a clear, calm voice of leadership that can galvanize both executional partners and senior executives.

In-depth understanding of the concepts of statistically significant A/B testing and control groups, both in-campaign and longitudinal
- Hands-on experience with communication channels of email, push, in-app, and SMS at scale
- Must have an intimate working knowledge of MarTech platforms and integration with CRM - e.g. Pega, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle, Braze. We seek a dynamic Brand Director (Marketing Director) who can enthusiastically lead the development of Curaleaf and Curaleaf CBD in our fast-growth company. Reporting to the VP of Curaleaf Marketing, the Brand Director will be responsible for helping to enhance the brand story and positioning, increase brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging and feel with all Curaleaf markets. Responsibilities:
- Become a brand champion within the company
- Develop and differentiate the brand(s) from our competition
- Monitor consumer trends and develop consumer insights to build appropriate communication strategies
- Work closely with the sales teams to help support new market entry, develop sales materials and monitor results
- Work with local teams and internal resources to manage new product packaging and development of marketing materials
- Ensure brand consistency across markets and channels
- Develop content strategy and assets which can be deployed across all channels, I.e., website, email, social and blog
- Leverage the Hub-spot marketing automation platform (and other available tools) to engage customers at all points of the consumer journey
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and prepare monthly reports
- Partner with the digital team to execute best-in-class eCommerce and promotion strategies
- Identify and manage key events and sponsorship's
- Extract key insights from analytics for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies
- Manage agencies and third-party vendors, with a focus on paid media and content creation.
- Provide retail activation support
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or another related field
- 7-10+ years of experience in a marketing position, including experience in brand management and development
- Prior experience maintaining and strengthening relationships with sales teams is required
- Understanding of eCommerce, email, digital and social campaign development
- Familiarity with Hub-Spot, campaign management and online marketing tools is preferred
- Metrics-driven reporting and analysis experience, with an ability to adjust programs based on results
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills, a flexibility to reprioritize, and attention to detail must be present
- Ability to take an initiative when needed, and to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues in other locations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong creative mind, an eye for design and an ear for copy are crucial for success

The Chief Compliance Officer is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of Curaleaf's compliance program. The Reporting indirectly to the General Counsel, President and CEO and to the Audit & Compliance Committee of the Board of Directors. Leads Corporate Compliance and Internal Audit functions organization-wide. Serves as Chief Compliance Officer, responsible for implementing and directing a high quality, effective and visible Corporate Compliance Program, including policies, training, and compliance-issue consultation, investigation and follow up. Oversees all aspects of Compliance Program, including revenue cycle, research, privacy and security and conflict of interest programs.
The Chief Compliance Officer will be responsible for all aspects of the Corporate Compliance program, for all Corporate entities and activities. Oversees development, review and maintenance of compliance policies for the entire enterprise and ensures such policies meet all state and federal requirements.
Note: The scope of "compliance" covers compliance with the specific regulatory regimes applicable to the cannabis industry as well as general health and safety standards imposed by local and federal law.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of Curaleaf's "central compliance" function that coordinates with compliance functions of multiple subsidiaries in various states with focus on regulatory compliance with the State laws and regulations governing the emerging cannabis industry
- Promote a corporate culture in which compliance is a key objective in business decision-making and processes and aligned with our core values. Create and maintain reporting system to ensure that central compliance and management is kept informed of critical incidents as well as major compliance issues and challenges at the operating companies.
- Add significant value to the Company by project managing its participation in highly competitive tenders for new State cannabis cultivation, processing, distribution and dispensing licenses
- Provide support to subsidiaries when needed with respect to their applications for additional cannabis licenses applications and license renewals
- Set best practice standard for the compliance programs of subsidiaries and review the programs of subsidiaries to ensure they meet such standards
- Provide guidance to corporate, subs and all employees on compliance matters and pertinent new legal and regulatory developments
- Collaborate with corporate Human Resources to develop and implement compliance training programs for new and existing employees to ensure a thorough understanding and appreciation of the laws and regulations that impact our operations and how to conduct business practices appropriately
- Create and oversee compliance audit and site visit program; oversee the creation and implementation of remediation plans by subsidiaries to address compliance inadequacies and risks
- Advise head office and subsidiaries on specific regulatory matters, including providing input to Government relations on lobbying new laws and regulations, and relations with regulatory authorities
MINIMUM EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required
- Juris Doctor Degree or other doctorate degree in related field
- Requires significant knowledge and experience in a regulated industry (e.g. healthcare, gaming, alcohol or cannabis)
- Healthcare compliance, auditing and related regulations
- A skilled change agent with sensitivity to the interpersonal, organizational, political, perceptual, and environmental issues, which invariably accompanies changes
- The ability to function in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and data-driven environment
- At least 10 years post-graduate relevant experience, including at least 7 years' in relevant corporate compliance role. Healthcare, gaming, alcohol or cannabis industry experience preferred
- Experience building a compliance department within a small to mid-sized organization preferred. Cannabis business experience not required
- Proven ability to design and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Experience conducting investigations and managing the investigative process.
- Analytical personality with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of and willingness to work within the legalized cannabis industry

Job Overview
We are looking for someone with drive, passion, and a competitive spirit to help maximize PerkinElmer's commercial success. This role will specialize in the use of our Organic portfolio in chemical, food safety, cannabis, environmental, pharmaceutical and industrial applications with an emphasis on cannabis applications. This role provides sales support for our GC and GCMS products to include applications development, training and presales activities. Preference on location is West Coast, Northern California is ideal.
Our Team
The Discovery and Analytical Solutions group services the Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, including Cannabis, Chemical, Agriculture, and Government markets. The Field Application Scientists works closely with the sales team to optimize the research scope and vision for our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute technical product demonstrations/presentations to individual prospects and seminar audiences in support of pre-sales activity including workshops and RFI/RFP support for product area.
- Provide subject matter expertise in the areas of GC, GCMS analysis to support customers in understanding how to maximize their use of our software applications
- Collaborate with all Field Team members to develop and deploy world-class systems and tools and provide front-line support to sales as the Field application Scientist
- Provide and deliver product training to field (marketing & sales) as new features/functionality are available for designated product and domain specialty
- Coordinate with Product Management to identify, communicate, and incorporate new product enhancements and also with the Services team to insure we deliver competitive solutions that are differentiated through value as perceived by our customers
- Characterize the external market by performing pipeline analysis and competitive assessments for region and scientific domain
- Coordinate with Marketing Communications organization to develop and participate in marketing campaign design and execution as needed

Present a professional image at all times to customers, clients and other vendors.
Qualifications
- MS, PhD and/or BS in a scientific discipline or equivalent with 5 plus years in the Chromatography and Mass Spectroscopy field.
- Experience and working knowledge of GC and GCMS including sample preparation requirements.
- Current or previous scientific expertise and experience with a customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Willingness for as much as 50% overnight travel.
