Summary: The Cultivation Lead position provides leadership for plant activities and operations of the Cultivation Department while abiding by all applicable policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. This position is generally responsible for the day-to-day duties needed to maintain our perpetual cycle for plant production. This includes, but is not limited to plant maintenance, training, cloning, transplanting, plant inventory tracking, and inventory scheduling to manage production needs. This position requires working in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively interact with members of the team to ensure a positive culture. Responsibilities
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Implement good agricultural practices (GAPs) and follow all GMPs and Facility Rules
- Keep good records and follow good documentation practices (GDPs)
- Keep good records of all practices implemented and data collected as pertaining to Lead responsibilities
- Department KPI data collection and entry
- Train all Propagation Technicians and Cultivators on Veg Room SOPs and changes to policy.
- Lead Propagation Technicians and Cultivators through all Veg Room related tasks.
- Assure Cultivation team members are completing Veg Room tasks as outline in SOPs efficiently.
- Assist in all plant care from maintaining mother stock to harvest, including automated and hand watering, cloning, propagation, pheno hunting, transplanting, pruning, topping, defoliating, trellising, and harvesting
- Typical daily work tasks required include (but not limited to): pruning, transplanting/moving plants, harvesting, cloning, hand watering, cleaning, IPM tasks, inventory management, etc.
- Monitoring of environmental conditions including, but not limited to, temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, VPD, W/M2, etc.
- Gather EC, pH and volume data from the irrigation system in the grow rooms
- Distribute biological control agents (BCAs) as needed
- Apply foliar feeds and preventative and other sprays when directed
- Scouts veg room for pests/disease and document on proper forms
- Operate and maintain cultivation systems/equipment
- Stock cultivation supplies as needed
- Clean, sanitize, and setup all grow rooms
- Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear
- Conduct trials to evaluate possible improvements to the crop
- Perform regular audits as required
- Perform any other job-related tasks assigned by management
Compliance
- Work with compliance team to draft forms/processes to maintain departmental compliance
- Ensure Cultivation operation is fully compliant with state regulations and federal and state law.
- Assure that all operations adhere to business and industry license requirements.
- Maintaining strict inventory records of all plant materials, chemicals and equipment used in grow and documenting production by completing forms, reports, logs, and records as required.
Qualifications

The Cultivation Fert Tech's directive is to work with the Head Grower and all Leads to ensure the correct operation of the irrigation system throughout the facility. Implementing the plan provided by the Director of Cultivation, and coordinating with the Head Grower is critical to the success of the production .

Main Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain stock tanks in fertigation room
- Maintain and operate the fertigation system
- Inspect flower rooms daily to ensure that plants are being properly fed. Identify wilting or overwatered plants
- Monitor runoff and catch system to ensure proper PH/EC of feed to rooms.
- Log data for each room on appropriate sheets
Additional responsibilities:
- Ensure that fertigation work is being carried out on days where they are not present
- Monitor and maintain Dosatron injection system as required
- On Fridays(Ensure Stock Tanks & Acid tank are full and ready for the weekend)
- Clean filters in every fert station(every other week)
- Power wash and clean mix tanks(once per month)
- Interact with all required state regulators in a professional manner
Daily Tasks
- Gather irrigation data for all flower rooms Drip/Drain
- Check Damatex panels to ensure switches are all in the correct position.
- Check and make stock tanks in fertigation room
- Check Water Content/EC using Grosens and report any environmental issues
- Check Outlook(for emails) by 8:00am
- Coordinate with the Cultivation Manager, Flower Lead, and Veg Lead to set a daily plan.

Production Team Member
Job Overview
The production team member position at Stoner&Co is a vital role. Production team members are responsible for preparing harvested cannabis for sale and consumption. Production team members handle cannabis in multiple forms, from whole-flower and pre-rolls to concentrates and edibles. Production team members are responsible for making sure that Stoner&Co. products meet company and legal standards, and are ready to be purchased by patients. The production team works closely with the garden team and the front of house team to ensure that cannabis flows appropriately through the organization, from seed to sale.
Production team members report directly to the production manager, and work as a team to trim, weigh, prepare and package cannabis products. Production team members are also responsible for tracking and maintaining accurate weights as they work with flower products, in compliance with Maine State law and METRC.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The job duties for a production team member are detailed below. This list is not exhaustive, but does detail the primary responsibilities of a production team member.
? Work closely with the entire production department as a team to complete daily tasks and production responsibilities, including trimming, packaging, and weighing out products
? Trim whole-flower cannabis in a timely manner while upholding company trim standards
? Accurately weigh, dispense, and package cannabis products such as concentrates, flower jars, and pre-rolls
? Accurately label all products with appropriate SKU numbers
? Accurately track products and weights that they directly handle throughout the day
? Safely use all production equipment (machine trimmers, pre-roll machines, etc.)
? Report directly to the production manager
? Follow all production safety standards and guidelines as directed by the production manager
? Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following the regular production cleaning schedule
Requirements
As members of the Stoner&Co team, production team members must be over the age of 21, with a high school diploma or GED. As with any production team member, production managers at Stoner&Co are able to lift at least 25 pounds, and are comfortable working while sitting or standing for long periods of time. Ideally, production team members will have some prior experience in production or line work.
Production managers are self-motivated, task-focused, and have excellent attention to detail. Production team members should work well with others, and must be comfortable working directly with cannabis products.

Summary
You will perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests including replacement, and modifications of equipment or systems as needed or requested by the grow house team. Communicating with Grow house team members/Management, Facilities Maintenance and/or Project Managers regarding inspection/service findings is required.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
- Maintaining the condition of all mechanical systems with and without assistance of contractors
- Working with contractors and vendors
- Handling emergency service calls after business hours on an on-call rotation
- Perform mechanical maintenance and building maintenance as required, using hand tools motorized lifts and machine tools such as lathe mills, grinders, etc.
- Gathers and disposes of rubbish and waste materials by hand or with the use of powered equipment.
- Makes rounds of buildings and grounds at regular intervals at night; inspects doors, windows, and locks to see that they are properly and securely fastened
- Observes appearances and conditions of premises and equipment; reports needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring outside vendor services.
- Scrubs, strips, sanitizes, waxes, and buffs floors using powered machines equipped with rotating brushes.
- Maintains an inventory of cleaning and toiletry supplies.
- Washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, mirrors, and fixtures using both step and extension ladders.
- Cleans grounds and parking lots of litter, glass, snow or other debris.
- Loads and unloads supplies, and moves heavy furniture and equipment using dollies, handcarts, or power equipment. Replaces light bulbs and fuses.
- Shampoos carpets.
- May perform ground maintenance including removal of snow from sidewalks, salting walkways, mowing small areas of grass, trimming shrubs, etc., at an office site.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 – 5 years industrial work experience preferred
- Ability to install, program, and troubleshoot variable frequency drives.

Associate Job Summary:
We are looking for a Cultivation Technician to join our growing team! This is an entry level position responsible for carrying out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the Cannabis production cycle. Candidates will need to be motivated self-starters that are eager to learn and apply the nuances of growing cannabis to our fast-paced production environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in the day-today functions of the grow facility including propagation, vegetation, flower, and harvest responsibilities.
- Aide Vegetation Leads in cutting clones, rooting, watering, maintaining a sanitized work environment, record keeping, and adhering to the propagation schedule.
- Aide Flower Leads in trellising, pruning, shaping, and training cannabis plants.
- Harvest fully mature plants and work with the post-harvest team as needed to manicure and input plants in inventory tracking systems
- Keep grow rooms, tools, and equipment sterilized to our strict quality control standards
- Ongoing monitoring of plants to prevent pests and disease
- Aide in minor equipment repairs and preventative equipment maintenance
- Adhere to all daily compliance with policies and procedures including but not limited to, state compliance, security protocols, and access protocols.

- Log data for each room on appropriate sheets

- Ensure that fertigation work is being carried out on days where they are not present
- Monitor and maintain Dosatron injection system as required
- On Fridays(Ensure Stock Tanks & Acid tank are full and ready for the weekend)

The Harvest Associate will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction. The Harvest Associate will also be responsible for equipment sanitization and sterilization as well as maintaining facilities cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Follow Standard Operating procedures for debucking, trimming, testing, drying and curing cannabis harvests in preparation for oil extraction and/or flower sales
- Accurately enter data in the state-run seed to sale inventory system (BiotrackTHC/Metrc)
- Responsible for organizing work areas and performing daily tasks such as washing and sanitizing equipment and racking systems
- Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials
- Maintain a neat and organized work area allowing for the proper segregation of materials and processes
- Strict adherence to procedures and practices according to SOP's

- Responsible for facility and equipment cleaning in a clean room manufacturing environment
- Sanitization and sterilization of post-harvest processing equipment such as stainless steel racks and shelves

Cultivation Supervisor
This position will report to the cultivation leadership team and will assist in managing a large-scale indoor cultivation facility located in Biddeford, ME. The individual will manage and optimize all the tasks in the grow including cloning, transplanting, pruning, irrigation, IPM, harvest, waste disposal and inventory management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a large-scale indoor cultivation facility.
- Ensure the documented and effective training of entire cultivation team.
- Manage Department specific HR functions including scheduling, employee coaching, etc.
- Perform all the tasks in the grow from clone through harvest while coaching team members, as necessary.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as the full-time Seaweed Cultivation Specialist. A successful applicant should have a solid background in biology and experience working in a cultivation, laboratory and/or aquaculture workplace. This person will also be meticulous when it comes to the care of our seaweed cultures and diligent about maintaining a clean cultivation environment. The Specialist will work independently as necessary and will be responsible for the daily care and growth of seaweeds in our Seaweed Cultivation Center. This person must also work well as part of a mission-driven team, and be adaptable and flexible to the frequent changes in an exciting start-up atmosphere. This position reports directly to the Seaweed Cultivation Manager and works as part of the ASF SupplyTeam.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Work directly with Seaweed Cultivation Manager to grow over 1,000 kelp spools for our partner-farmer network.
- Support Seaweed Cultivation Manager and Supply and Advancement Manager with seeding season logistics including seed drop-offs and kelp pick-ups.
- Maintain a culture-clean working environment.
- Facilitate the expansion of organic-certified farms
- Support ASF aquaculture advocacy and outreach efforts
- Provide assistance to our partner-farmers and Supply and Advancement Manager as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Substantial experience working in a laboratory and/or aquaculture nursery or hatchery.
- Solid foundation in biology and ecology, particularly with autotrophs.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as the Cultivation Assistant. This is a seasonal position. This person will assist the Cultivation Specialist in the daily care of our seaweed cultures and report to the Cultivation Manager. The majority of the work will be in our Cultivation Center, which is a ‘wet-boots’ environment.
A successful applicant should be diligent about maintaining a clean cultivation environment, be consistent about documenting all husbandry tasks, and will be vigilant about the health of our cultures. Tasks will vary based on the workload, but will include water exchanges, cleaning tanks, documenting cell growth under a microscope, entering data and testing water conditions. ASF can provide training for all aspects of this job. This person must also work well as part of a mission-driven team, and be adaptable and flexible to the frequent changes in an exciting start-up atmosphere.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Work directly with Cultivation Specialist to grow over 1,000 kelp spools for our partner-farmer network.
- Support Seaweed Cultivation Manager and Supply and Advancement Manager with seeding season logistics including seed drop-offs.
- Maintain a culture-clean working environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:

The Harvest Associate will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction. The Harvest Associate will also be responsible for equipment sanitization and sterilization as well as maintaining facilities cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Follow Standard Operating procedures for debucking, trimming, testing, drying and curing cannabis harvests in preparation for oil extraction and/or flower sales
- Accurately enter data in the state-run seed to sale inventory system (BiotrackTHC/Metrc)

Cultivation Associate Job Summary:
We are looking for a Cultivation Technician to join our growing team! This is an entry level position responsible for carrying out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the Cannabis production cycle. Candidates will need to be motivated self-starters that are eager to learn and apply the nuances of growing cannabis to our fast-paced production environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in the day-today functions of the grow facility including propagation, vegetation, flower, and harvest responsibilities.

We are looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our growing team! The Laboratory Technician will work within the Processing Laboratory Department and report to the Lab Manager. The Laboratory Technician will assist the Lab Manager by carrying out day-to-day tasks. This task includes but are not limited to: Prepping chemicals, preventative maintenance, Calibration, Tracking, Documenting, Packaging, Labeling, and Cleaning, in accordance with the state of Maine and standards set by Curaleaf. - Keeping their workspace clean (cleaning glassware, wiping down their work station, mopping, etc.)
- Tracking data through paperwork and on an iPad using our electronic batch record system
- Using our internal tracking systems BioTrack and METRC
- Responsible for increasing operational efficiency and reducing waste through ownership, teamwork, communication and collaboration.
- Perform in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed CL's specifications and patient's expectations.
- Ensures 100% compliance involving proper weighing, data recording, product tracking and security throughout all processes.
- Consistently operates in an efficient manner that also complies with all OSHA regulations, CSATC SOP's, CL SOP's, and all applicable required procedures
- Responsible for ensuring each product is properly labeled in compliance with the MA Regulations
- Take instructions and help out on tasks delegated by laboratory management
- Responsible for the preparation of material to be processed in accordance with daily task
- Ensures consistency and efficacy of product through quality control testing
- Performs all other assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe production facility
- Has understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all safety procedures to ensure the highest level of safety
- Completes the sanitation of all production equipment and tools including workspace, all equipment, containers, and appliances

Position Description: We are looking for a Cultivation Technician to join our growing team! This is an entry level position responsible for carrying out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the Cannabis production cycle. - Ongoing monitoring of plants to prevent pests and disease

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a large-scale cultivation facility
- Hire a world-class cultivation/horticulture team
- Manage all the tasks in the grow including cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, trimming, packaging, waste disposal, and inventory management
- Programming and monitoring of computerized climate control systems
- Maintain indoor cultivation protocols and a nutrient regimen per Curaleaf SOP's
- Lead and manage the Cultivation team
- Perform all cultivation tracking and record-keeping functions within the seed to sale electronic system remaining in compliance with the department's rules and regulations
- Responsible for ensuring the training of the entire cultivation team
- Competent in all cultivation tasks, as well as all responsibilities of the assistant grower, fertilizer and IPM tech
- Manage plant scheduling to accurately project all facility requirements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to maximize high-quality yield with efficiency and attention to production costs
- Catalog and track each individual strain from clone to harvest
- Oversee IPM program, including the elimination of all types of mold, powdery mildew, spider mites, root aphids, fungus gnats, etc.
- Adept at industry best-practices and current on new techniques and insight with respect to the nutrients of individual strains, high yield recipes, controlled stress environments to different lighting systems and setups
- Comprehensive knowledge of cannabis
- Assist state and local government auditors and law enforcement with inventory, sales, and compliance audits
- Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure requirements
- Execute and maintain world-class facility maintenance and troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Responsible for independently managing the grow in a rotational schedule on weekends
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in horticulture, agriculture, or related field. Advanced degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years cultivation experience as a head grower, or equivalent
- Mastery of all grow mediums (soil, coco, etc.) and irrigation methods (hand-water, sub-irrigation, drip systems)
- Must be an outstanding team-builder
- Knowledge of large scale commercial plant cultivation including crop rotation management, nutrient requirements, mediums, light requirements, and environmental control
- Knowledge of plant diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies, and toxicity
- Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of grow warehouse
- Advanced knowledge of the cannabis plant and genetics
- Must have accountability, proactive behavior, and strong attention to detail
- Competency in the use of climate computer controls (Priva, Argus, Hoogendoorn, Damatex), and automated irrigation systems
- Competency in making irrigation menu's from individual fertilizer components
- Competency in the scheduling of employees
- Competence in building plant schedules

Position Description: We are looking for a Cultivation Technician to join our growing team! This is an entry level position responsible for carrying out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the Cannabis production cycle. Candidates will need to be motivated self-starters that are eager to learn and apply the nuances of growing cannabis to our fast-paced production environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in the day-today functions of the grow facility including propagation, vegetation, flower, and harvest responsibilities.
- Aide Vegetation Leads in cutting clones, rooting, watering, maintaining a sanitized work environment, record keeping, and adhering to the propagation schedule.
- Aide Flower Leads in trellising, pruning, shaping, and training cannabis plants.
- Harvest fully mature plants and work with the post-harvest team as needed to manicure and input plants in inventory tracking systems
- Keep grow rooms, tools, and equipment sterilized to our strict quality control standards
- Ongoing monitoring of plants to prevent pests and disease
- Aide in minor equipment repairs and preventative equipment maintenance
- Adhere to all daily compliance with policies and procedures including but not limited to, state compliance, security protocols, and access protocols.

The Irrigation Technician works in conjunction with the Cultivation Manager to oversee and implement all irrigation activities across the entire grow. Irrigation Technicians may also be required to work in the garden with Cultivation Technicians and perform similar duties, as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check and balance EC & pH of stock tanks according to company standard operations procedures (SOPs)
- Clean and sanitize nutrient tanks, pumps, filters as needed
- Maintain and ensure Irrigation and Fertigation equipment is in good working order
- Comply with company and product label safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Take nutrient samples to be sent out for analysis
- Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves rags, and PPE gear
- Meticulous record keeping of all nutrient use
- Work closely with the grow team to ensure the irrigation/fertigation plan is properly implemented and maintained
- Maintain inventory of all fertilizers on site
- Ensure fertilizer concentrate tanks are filled adequately
- Respond to system alarms and diagnose/troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
- Performs regular calibration of nutrient testing instruments
- Responsible for the installation and maintenance of general irrigation equipment: valves, emitters, drip stakes, drip tubing, and bench lines
- Monitor soil moisture content of the crop and obtain water samples for testing
- Able to work variable shifts to meet business requirements
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and federal and state laws
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualification Requirements:
- Agricultural or green industry experience required, preferably have a degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge about irrigation systems, the related components, and familiar with hydroponic solution formulation
- Show skills in analyzing potential problems with plant health
- Work with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Work with Biotrack THC and other inventory management software systems

As a member of the management team, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and maintenance of the facilities and capital assets of the Company. Duties include security standards oversight, adherence to operating policies and procedures, and lead in planning, direction, and coordination of projects and maintenance related to all buildings, equipment, and Curaleaf hard assets.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain all facilities equipment, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and infrastructure throughout site to ensure efficient operation and productivity targets
- Understand all aspects of production and adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards
- Manage facility vendors, service agreements, repair schedules to keep operation running with proactive systems maintenance; develop a preventative maintenance schedule and integrate with site functions
- Effectively manage the repair, maintenance, and safety budget while minimizing down time and assuring facilities are maintained to Good Manufacturing Practice
- Work collaboratively with compliance, security, and transportation regarding compliance, loss prevention, security, and logistics on all mutual issues and in prioritization of needs
- Provide logistical support for production functions, including supply procurement and distribution logistics; oversee the order process and inventory management
- Work with leadership to develop community outreach strategies for site location
- Report directly to the Director of Operations and supervise maintenance and capital improvement projects and maintenance personnel
- Lead facility initiatives and specific projects assigned by the Director of Operations
- Act as a key member of the loss and diversion prevention team

- Source third party products, flower, edibles, concentrates, ensuring a wide variety of premium vendors and choices at the storefront at all times
- Manage Leaf Logix inventory system and Weedmaps integration
- Maintain a well organized, stocked and clean store
Finance
- Vendor payments - pay with check and post on Flock marked “paid”.
- Purchase incidental store items as needed on company Amex. Post receipt to Flock. under “receipts”. Spending limit $100, above $100 requires management approval
Marketing
- Create marketing promotional materials from templates provided by graphic design team, inducing but not limited to: In store menus, specials, coupons, promotions, online deals (Weedmaps), website promotions and announcements (Squarespace), and as requested by management
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations on specials and marketing campaigns and loyalty offers
- Manage loyalty program (SpringBig)
Wholesale
- Create and implement SOP for the processing of wholesale transactions in Leaf Logix. Train wholesale and production staff on this system
Work Hours
- Minimum 40 hours on site at the retail location. Available by phone on days off for emergency requests
- Cover storefront in the event of labor issues (no calls/no shows)
- Limited time off premises during working hours allowed for inventory pick ups, incidental shopping for supplies.

The Director of Cultivation is responsible for setting cultivation standards that are to be uniformly adhered to throughout all Curaleaf's multi-state cultivation operations to deliver quality and innovative cannabis product strains and variety to medical and recreational cannabis patients. The Director of Cultivation reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and Expansion
- Lead the Cultivation Design Team to direct build out and equipment planning and expansion for all cultivation operations
- Monitor and approve subsidiary cultivation CAPEX budget and report variances
- Communicate regularly with Executive Director with respect to all architectural and engineering issues; and
- Initiate cultivation equipment acquisition
Operational
- Reviews current systems for operational efficiency and stays abreast of grow and other technology and product developments in the cannabis industry and related industries
- Develops methods to monitor and measure cultivation activity to identify areas of success and areas of opportunity to control production efficiency, manufacturing
variances, material waste and other indicators of profitability - Collaborate with Executive Director's, Director of Processing and Director of Retail Operations to assure proper strain, inventory and production management
- Develops and implements procedures for optimal growing and harvesting conditions and Implements mitigation strategies as needed
- Ensure that the Cultivation Team is adhering to protocols and policies to ensure Executive Director's production requirements are met
- Regularly review harvest schedules with Head Growers to ensure proper strain inventory
- Establish QA/QC policies and standards, including health, and safety requirements and monitor and ensure compliance
- Drives consistency across all cultivation operations including materials, procedures, and staff & re-training; Refines procedures and protocols based on best crop management practices
- Establish cultivation standards and monitor and ensure compliance and communication including:
- Cultivation Equipment specs and standards;
- Nutrient and environment protocols;
- Hygiene and safety policies and procedures
- Regularly collaborate with Head Growers and the Grow Team Committee to identify industry best practices, modify cultivation policies and ensure uniform roll out
- Encourage testing of cutting-edge cultivation methodologies and inputs in a controlled and measured manner
- Submit weekly to COO, subsidiary cultivation reports (designed by Director of Cultivation) highlighting specific of key items
- Ability to interact regularly with Executive Directors, Head Growers, Director of Processing and Director of Dispensary Operations
CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS
- Demonstrated mastery of growing methods, including in-depth knowledge of macro- and micro-nutrients, beneficial bacterial and nutrient implementation
- Expert knowledge of plant diseases, insects, and fungi, as well as plant treatment options
- Proven experience in managing crops and production is required
- Sound understanding of the financial principles applicable to effective planning, cost control and budgeting of the crop growth operation
- Demonstrated ability to achieve manufacturing objectives in terms of volume, product mix, cost and quality.
- Knowledge of GMP guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in horticulture, agriculture or related field. Advanced degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 10 years' experience managing product, staff and resources in a large scale commercial greenhouse or agricultural operation at the senior level
- Extensive knowledge in environment, health and safety standards in agricultural operations required
- Transparent and high-integrity leadership
- A proven track record of delivering the organizations results through people
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- Strong communications skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to individually lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, crouch, reach and lift for long periods of time
- Must be able to work in retail, manufacturing, or production facilities with moderate to loud noise level and changing working conditions. May require use of safety equipment or personal protective equipment, as needed

Curaleaf Cultivators are responsible for executing production plans in keeping with the Company's operating procedures for indoor and outdoor cultivation. Cultivators carry out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the Cannabis production cycle. Company operates under the highest standards of professionalism. You are responsible for employee training and development, along with ensuring quality and quantity of all products.
Responsibilities
- Works with Cultivation Manager to plan for growing activities that are consistent with planned production schedules
- Prepares space required for planned production
- Cloning: cutting, rooting and transplanting; clone care, watering and feeding; clone monitoring and climate control; labeling; and inventory data input into state mandated electronic tracking system
- Monitors growing conditions and reviews changes in humidity, moisture and temperature and cultivation procedures to ensure conformance with quality control standards
- Inspects crop to ascertain conditions such as leaf texture, bloom size and the existence of pests or disease; removing substandard or diseased plants to maintain quality standards
- Plant monitoring and care during vegetative and flowering phase: trimming and staking; big leafing and pruning; plant care, watering and feeding; plant monitoring and climate control; pest and disease control; inventory data input
- Harvesting: cutting plants; trimming cut plants; removing flowering tops; weighing and inventory data input into the electronic inventory tracking system
- Curing: hanging and dry-racking flowers; monitoring curing process and climate control; labeling; weighing and inventory data input.
- Preparation and packaging of all cannabis products will be needed during peak times; including extraction products
- Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment: monitoring, calibrating, running and maintaining lighting, irrigation, climate control and other cultivation systems; stocking and handling production inputs and supplies; sanitizing and cleaning growing areas, cultivation work spaces and tools
- Ensure daily compliance with policies and procedures including but not limited to; state compliance, security protocols, and access protocols.

Requirements
- High School diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Knowledge of growing technologies, such as lights, irrigation, soil, nutrients, and more
- Knowledge of different strains and their unique growing demand
- Ability to execute techniques consistently
- Good documentation, inventory, and organization skills
- Ability to keep to a tight schedule
- Excellent verbal interpersonal communication skills to interact with team members
- Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
