Role Overview
The Assistant Dispensary Manager works closely with the Dispensary Manager to plan and direct the day-to-day operation of the dispensary as well as managing and supporting the staff. The Assistant Dispensary Manager must balance the monitoring of the guest experience as well as overseeing the daily operations of the dispensary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Ensure all guests feel welcome and have a great experience at AMP.
· Serve as acting Dispensary Manager when the Dispensary Manager is away; assist the Dispensary Manager as directed.
· Assist with the management of inventory, cash, and other operational functions with appropriate personnel when needed.
· Troubleshooting computer and payment system issues that may arise in the dispensary. Handle complex register transactions, such as voids, with accuracy and discretion, as needed.
· Assist with the training of budtenders and lead budtenders.
· Receive and process inventory transfers.
· Must have regular and on-time attendance, with the ability to work a flexible schedule, which will include some nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
· Maintain and foster efficient and ongoing communication with amongst the dispensary staff as well as management. Assist in communicating new product information, policy updates when needed.
· Assist with maintaining a high standard of merchandising presentation to maximize sales in the dispensary. Ensure the cleanliness and neatness of the store.
· Ensure that all daily actions are compliant with state and local regulations.
· All other job duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
· Experience in retail cannabis management is required.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
· High School Diploma required (associate degree preferred)
· Applicants must be 21 years old.
· Mathematical aptitude, ensuring strong attention to detail.

Position Summary
The Inventory Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the compliant receipt and transfer of cannabis product in their assigned vault, including investigation and resolution of variances. The Inventory Assistant Manager supervises the Inventory team and works closely with the Retail team to ensure sufficient stocking of the storefront.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Manages the secure and compliant receipt and transfer of cannabis product in and out of the vault
- Performs investigation of variances and prepares report of findings for issue resolution and prevention of recurrence
- Ensures compliant receipt of wholesale deliveries by verifying manifest accuracy and coordinating with Asset Protection regarding delivery schedule
- Maintains accurate virtual inventory in METRC and LeafLogix
- Manages the Inventory team, including scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, and corrective action with support of the Store Manager
- Performs regular cycle counts, internal audit, and reconciliation processes
- Maintains compliance with Company SOPs and CCC regulations
- Performs retail order fulfillment with the vault
- Coordinates closely with Retail team to ensure accuracy of item availability
- Reports when items are low on stock and/or sold out to drive sales
- Maintains website compliance and proper testing input
- Coordinates with Asset Protection to ensure compliant disposal of waste
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 3 years of inventory management experience required
- At least 3 years of leadership experience required
- Basic database management experience required, including data entry and data reconciliation
- Basic math skills including adding and subtraction required
- Proficiency with Excel required
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle

Role Overview
The Assistant Dispensary Manager works closely with the Dispensary Manager to plan and direct the day-to-day operation of the dispensary as well as managing and supporting the staff. The Assistant Dispensary Manager must balance the monitoring of the guest experience as well as overseeing the daily operations of the dispensary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Ensure all guests feel welcome and have a great experience at AMP.
· Serve as acting Dispensary Manager when the Dispensary Manager is away; assist the Dispensary Manager as directed.
· Assist with the management of inventory, cash, and other operational functions with appropriate personnel when needed.
· Troubleshooting computer and payment system issues that may arise in the dispensary. Handle complex register transactions, such as voids, with accuracy and discretion, as needed.
· Assist with the training of budtenders and lead budtenders.
· Receive and process inventory transfers.
· Must have regular and on-time attendance, with the ability to work a flexible schedule, which will include some nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
· Maintain and foster efficient and ongoing communication with amongst the dispensary staff as well as management. Assist in communicating new product information, policy updates when needed.
· Assist with maintaining a high standard of merchandising presentation to maximize sales in the dispensary. Ensure the cleanliness and neatness of the store.
· Ensure that all daily actions are compliant with state and local regulations.
· All other job duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
· Experience in retail cannabis management is required.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
· High School Diploma required (associate degree preferred)
· Applicants must be 21 years old.
· Mathematical aptitude, ensuring strong attention to detail.
· Strong problem-solving skills including anticipatory thinking and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm composure.

Position Summary
The Inventory Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the compliant receipt and transfer of cannabis product in their assigned vault, including investigation and resolution of variances. The Inventory Assistant Manager supervises the Inventory team and works closely with the Retail team to ensure sufficient stocking of the storefront.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Manages the secure and compliant receipt and transfer of cannabis product in and out of the vault
- Performs investigation of variances and prepares report of findings for issue resolution and prevention of recurrence
- Ensures compliant receipt of wholesale deliveries by verifying manifest accuracy and coordinating with Asset Protection regarding delivery schedule
- Maintains accurate virtual inventory in METRC and LeafLogix
- Manages the Inventory team, including scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, and corrective action with support of the Store Manager
- Performs regular cycle counts, internal audit, and reconciliation processes
- Maintains compliance with Company SOPs and CCC regulations
- Performs retail order fulfillment with the vault
- Coordinates closely with Retail team to ensure accuracy of item availability
- Reports when items are low on stock and/or sold out to drive sales
- Maintains website compliance and proper testing input
- Coordinates with Asset Protection to ensure compliant disposal of waste
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 3 years of inventory management experience required
- At least 3 years of leadership experience required
- Basic database management experience required, including data entry and data reconciliation
- Basic math skills including adding and subtraction required
- Proficiency with Excel required
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle

Role Overview
The Assistant Dispensary Manager works closely with the Dispensary Manager to plan and direct the day-to-day operation of the dispensary as well as managing and supporting the staff. The Assistant Dispensary Manager must balance the monitoring of the guest experience as well as overseeing the daily operations of the dispensary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Ensure all guests feel welcome and have a great experience at AMP.
· Serve as acting Dispensary Manager when the Dispensary Manager is away; assist the Dispensary Manager as directed.
· Assist with the management of inventory, cash, and other operational functions with appropriate personnel when needed.
· Troubleshooting computer and payment system issues that may arise in the dispensary. Handle complex register transactions, such as voids, with accuracy and discretion, as needed.
· Assist with the training of budtenders and lead budtenders.
· Receive and process inventory transfers.
· Must have regular and on-time attendance, with the ability to work a flexible schedule, which will include some nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
· Maintain and foster efficient and ongoing communication with amongst the dispensary staff as well as management. Assist in communicating new product information, policy updates when needed.
· Assist with maintaining a high standard of merchandising presentation to maximize sales in the dispensary. Ensure the cleanliness and neatness of the store.
· Ensure that all daily actions are compliant with state and local regulations.
· All other job duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
· Experience in retail cannabis management is required.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
· High School Diploma required (associate degree preferred)
· Applicants must be 21 years old.
· Mathematical aptitude, ensuring strong attention to detail.
· Strong problem-solving skills including anticipatory thinking and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm composure.

Role Overview

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inventory Operations:
- Act as a Key Carrier and opens and closes the store as needed.
- Assist the General Manager in sourcing, selection of products to be offered, and procurement activities.
- Work with General Manager and Inventory Control team to receive products from vendors and complete inventory processes in compliance with local and state regulations. This includes verifying the accuracy of deliveries, inspecting packages, and submitting manifests to the inventory tracking system, etc.

Job Requirements:
- Report and review inventory levels, including discrepancy's.
- Recommend products to customers to ensure they get the products they want and need.
- Collaborate with fellow associates and promote teamwork to help achieve company and store goals.
- Conduct review of supply levels. Provide suggested items for ordering to the Purchasing Manger/Supervisor.
- Oversee dispensary team including but not limited to: reception, budtenders, security, dispatch and delivery drivers.
- Ensure all opening and closing duties are completed and the venue is completely secured before departing at night or opening in the morning.
- Supports the Dispensary Manager by monitoring the activities of the store employees to maximize efficiency, minimize errors.
- Assists in conducting employee evaluations.
