As the Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for recording day to day financial transactions, reconciling credit card accounts for multiple departments, processing the recording of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to working with ownership, when necessary, on various tasks. Most importantly, the candidate must have considerable experience using QuickBooks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Reconciliation of credit card statements for multiple cards.
- Assist with preparing year-end account information.
- Work with outside vendors to resolve any billing or payment issues. Monitor and contact customers on any past due accounts.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with all accounting procedures.
- Manage expense reporting/posting process.
- File all applicable sales and marijuana tax returns on a monthly basis via Mass Tax Connect.
- All other job duties as assigned by management.

Overview
As a Post Harvest Technician, you will be responsible for the physical harvest and associated plant transfer to the drying rooms, as well as trimming, curing, quality control and packaging of final product. You will be responsible for batch inventory and any associated reconciliation, you will also ensure all inventory is up to standards set in place by AMP.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Participating in cannabis harvest process including offload, harvesting, sanitizing and reloading flower rooms, milling and destruction of cannabis waste
- Removing fan leaves and stem after harvest and in preparation for drying
- Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials and manage cultivation waste
- Clean and sanitize dry rooms
- Break down dry plants and bulk packaging of material going to cure room
- Trimming/manicuring of cannabis flower continuously for hours in an efficient and quality-focused manner
- Thoroughly clean and maintain equipment, hand tools, containers, materials, supplies, and work areas, in accordance with the relevant SOPs
- Maintain open communication with management team and colleagues
- Maintain a neat and organized work area allowing for the proper segregation of materials and processes
- Follow all SOPs, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties
- Maintaining quality control by visually inspecting cannabis
- Adhering to production schedules
- Weighing and processing waste material in accordance with state regulations and company policies and procedures

This position would be Saturday and Sunday,

· Ensure all guests feel welcome and have a great experience at AMP.
· Verify customer’s state issued ID to ensure that ID’s are valid and make sure that no person under 21 enter the facility.
· Accept Mail and Packages that come into the facility.
· Answer company phone and take messages when needed.
· Create new customer profiles.
· Assist with the opening of the store.

· Ensure that all daily actions are compliant with state and local regulations.

Overview

Overview
The Facility Manager is primarily responsible for direct oversight of the systems that support the state-of-the-art production facility. Must be able to effectively direct, lead and schedule facility maintenance associates. The Facility manager will ensure that facility is compliant with OSHA, MED, Metrc and state regulations at all times. Additionally, the Facility Manager is responsible for ensuring all company policies are upheld and all company-provided standard operating procedures are adhered to. This ensures the quality of product meets or exceeds standards.
The Facility Manager works closely with the Lab Manager, Post-Harvest Manager, Cultivation Manager, and Dispensary Manager.

- Interview, hire and schedule all staff required for the facility maintenance demands
- Oversee the installation of AMP’s production equipment and systems
- Write SOP for the facility and work closely with the GM to obtain the facilities FCR

Overview
As a Post Harvest Technician, you will be responsible for the physical harvest and associated plant transfer to the drying rooms, as well as trimming, curing, quality control and packaging of final product. Overview
As a Post Harvest Technician, you will be responsible for the physical harvest and associated plant transfer to the drying rooms, as well as trimming, curing, quality control and packaging of final product. Overview
As a Post Harvest Technician, you will be responsible for the physical harvest and associated plant transfer to the drying rooms, as well as trimming, curing, quality control and packaging of final product. You will be responsible for batch inventory and any associated reconciliation, you will also ensure all inventory is up to standards set in place by AMP.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Participating in cannabis harvest process including offload, harvesting, sanitizing and reloading flower rooms, milling and destruction of cannabis waste
- Removing fan leaves and stem after harvest and in preparation for drying
- Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials and manage cultivation waste
- Clean and sanitize dry rooms
- Break down dry plants and bulk packaging of material going to cure room
- Trimming/manicuring of cannabis flower continuously for hours in an efficient and quality-focused manner
- Thoroughly clean and maintain equipment, hand tools, containers, materials, supplies, and work areas, in accordance with the relevant SOPs
- Maintain open communication with management team and colleagues
- Maintain a neat and organized work area allowing for the proper segregation of materials and processes
- Follow all SOPs, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties
- Maintaining quality control by visually inspecting cannabis
- Adhering to production schedules
- Weighing and processing waste material in accordance with state regulations and company policies and procedures

Position Overview
The Lab Manager will be responsible for product development, oversee the extraction process and manage the laboratory team.
The Lab Manager is also responsible for direct oversight of the productivity, tracking and governmental compliance of all cannabis processing and packaging. Must be able to effectively direct, lead and schedule lab techs, kitchen staff and packaging associates. The Lab Manager will provide oversight of all labeling & tracking to ensure that the facility is compliant with OSHA, MED, Metrc and state regulations at all times. Additionally, the Lab Manager is responsible for ensuring all company policies are upheld and all company-provided standard operating procedures are adhered to.
The Laboratory Manager works closely with the Post Harvest Manager, Cultivation Manager, and Dispensary Manager.

- Hire and manage all staff needed for the lab, kitchen and packaging departments
- Oversee the installation of AMP’s laboratory and ensure operational excellence
- Implement the state regulated compliance system METRC

Role Overview

Overview
The Facility Manager is primarily responsible for direct oversight of the systems that support the state-of-the-art production facility. Must be able to effectively direct, lead and schedule facility maintenance associates. The Facility manager will ensure that facility is compliant with OSHA, MED, Metrc and state regulations at all times. Overview
The Cultivation Manager is responsible for the oversight of the cultivation facility including propagation, vegetation and/or flower. The Cultivation Manager will plan all phases of the grow process from seed to harvest, schedule labor hours and work closely with the Lab Manager, the Post Harvest Manager on harvest time and product diversity. - Maintain and monitor all plants and plant health throughout every stage for plants in the facility

- Understand and be able to oversee and manage all production cycles in large-scale agriculture.
- Strong computer skills for data entry is required.
