As Regional Director of Rocky Mountain Cannabis’s New Mexico market, you will be responsible for managing the operations of multiple stores within the region. The Regional Retail Sales Manager will hire new Dispensary Managers, and ensure they are properly trained. Clinic Manager
Position Description
Reports to (Chain of Command): Director of Operations, Assistant Director of Operations, Director of Retail Operations.

Summary of Position: The R. Greenleaf Clinic Manager position is the supervisor assigned to oversee the daily functionality and performance of a distribution/clinic location. Clinic Managers are responsible for overall store management, to ensure the safety, policy adherence, inventory control, cash control, patient satisfaction, compliance, and the expectations of upper management. Clinic Managers are also expected to function as the point of contact for their location in conversations with management, as well as with the New Mexico Department of Health, in both written and verbal communication (as required). It is expected that someone in this position can and will perform all the functions of a Peer Educator and Shift Lead, as well as that of a Clinic Manager, as necessary according to the needs of the organization, including for training purposes. Work Environment This job operates in a retail business environment. Employee must possess Marijuana NMDOH certification badge. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands This position is primarily sedentary but also involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. The employee periodically lifts and/or moves items that weigh more than 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Job Description: The cultivation technician is responsible for care and maintenance of the company s plants.

Key Responsibilities
- Tends to the plants including watering and re-potting, training, and movement of plant material and green waste.
- Applies irrigation and fertilizers in accordance with company policy and application schedule.
- Performs regular quality assessments in all growth areas for signs of disease and/or infestation, and records data in master record.
- Adheres to a rigorous schedule ensuring actions are done accurately and in a timely manner.
- Labels plants and ensures that an accurate inventory is maintained at all times.
- Records all activities in state mandated computer system.
- Assists in harvesting plant material on schedule including drying and de-stemming.
- Maintains the cleanliness of assigned areas.
- Reports to management any event or condition that might affect plant growth and development.
- Responsible for light to medium maintenance of growing systems including pipes, pumps, lights, and HVAC.
- Responsible for application of nutrients as well as recording of application.
- Able to work independently as well as operating as a team.
- Performs weekly safety-checks of fire-extinguishing equipment, eyewash stations and shower stations. Attends safety meetings as required.
- Other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operation of facility.

Physical Demands: Ability to communicate orally with management and other co-workers is crucial. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication may be required. Sitting or standing for extended periods is common. Hearing and vision within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Some heavy lifting may be required. Exertion of up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally may be required.
Work Environment: The job is performed indoors and outdoors. Must be able to work in hot, humid environments for extended periods of time with exposure to dust, allergens, and water. Appropriate PPE will be provided. Activities include extended periods of sitting, standing, kneel, stoop, bend, and twisting in tight areas may also be required at times.
