Responsibilities:
- Assist and take lead with ensuring Metrc and Leaf Logix is consistently updated.
- Assist and take lead on sending product samples out for testing.
- Assist and take lead in compiling test results.
- Assist and take lead on preparing wholesale orders including order review and quality control.
Requirements:
- Must be flexible with required hours.
- Must have a high school diploma, be 21+ years of age and pass a background check.
- Metrc and Leaf Logix experience required.
- Embody strong communication and time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Full-time or Part-time
Compliance:
- Communicate with regulatory compliance requirements, changes in regulatory requirements, and/or clarification and follow-up of submissions under review. Enforcement of SOPs for CCC Compliance.
- Escort state inspectors during inspections and provide post-inspection follow-up information as requested.
- Analyze regulatory deficiencies or complaints and make recommendations regarding their correction. This includes working closely, day-to-day with our Production Lead and Inventory Director.
- Assist Management with investigation of cash and inventory discrepancies.
- Interpret regulatory rules or rule changes and ensure that they are communicated through corporate policies and procedures, including communication with Executives and Management.
- Assist with review of product promotional materials, labeling, batch records, specification sheets, or test methods for compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
- Compile and maintain regulatory documentation databases or systems.
- Maintain current knowledge base of existing and emerging regulations and obtain and distribute updated information regarding regulations, laws, guidelines, or standards.
- Prepare or assist with the preparation of additional information or responses as requested by regulatory agencies.
- Recommend changes to company procedures in response to changes in regulations or standards.
- Update standard operating procedures, work instructions, or policies.
Human Resources: 20-25 hours per month
- Develop, present and implement all onboarding and training materials for new employees.
- Low volume recruiting including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and new hire onboarding/data entry.
- Assist CEO with all HR matters company-wide including biweekly payroll, respond to workers compensation and unemployment claims, employee benefits, and additional duties as assigned by management.
- Create and implement programs to help improve the employee experience.
- Administrative duties to include HRIS data entry, filing, and other day-to-day organizational tasks.
- Implementation of Human Resources SOPs and policies.
- Prepare and deliver all offers, severance and termination letters.
- Manage record keeping in a compliant and organized fashion.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
- Work collectively and respectfully with other team members.

Assistant Manager:
Responsible for all retail operations in conjunction with CEO and other Managers for Society Cannabis Co. during day-to-day operations. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Management of Order Fulfillment and Retails Agents during time onsite.
