Job Summary:
The Retail Gear Shop Associate will assist customers with purchasing merchandise, answering merchandise questions, maintain inventory, order and supply necessary items while maintaining accurate records of all procurements.

- Provides inventory reports to the managers as needed.
- Intake and upload store merchandise into the inventory system
- Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made.
- Manages and maintains inventory system; facilitates upgrades to related software under the direction of the purchasing or inventory control manager.
- Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
- Assists with periodic physical inventory audits.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Summary Description
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager with the supervision of daily operations of the store. The Assistant Store Manager actively leads the day-to-day operations of the dispensary to ensure smooth and efficient Team performance and Outstanding Customer Experiences. The Assistant Store Manager effectively participates in the supervision of daily operations of their store when they:

Store Operations

Communication and Organization
