The Role

Position Description:

Position Summary/Objective
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the stock and flow of all inputs and products in the Company's cultivation location in Massachusetts. Purpose and Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Supply Chain Logistics General Manager, the Supply Chain Warehouse Manager is responsible for the coordination, planning, and execution of all daily activities involving order fulfillment for Pharmacann retail locations, wholesale customers, and the cultivation facility as a whole. Duties will also include thorough supervision of all aspects related to the medicated and non-medicated movement or product with a focus on accurate, timely, and efficient preparation while adhering to compliance standards and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring compliant labeling of all finished goods for distribution while adhering to strict security measures.
- Manage personnel and operate in strict compliance with all state-required warehouse recordkeeping for every transaction, sale, movement, or transfer of inventory as well as shipping and receiving.
- Train company personnel in best practices for inventory control, distribution, and receipt of all products in company-approved software and programs.
- Manage employees in a warehouse environment with a focus on safety, compliance, and efficiency.
- Master inventory control technology and possess the ability to troubleshoot database applications to positively impact results.
- Ensure that all employees perform their duties in a safe environment while adhering to all governmental regulations within our industry.
- Managing both retail and wholesale logistics where applicable.
- Receive and review all supplier quality documents and manage the warehouse raw material quality hold/release process.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related industry, and/or warehouse experience.

- Must have own auto, valid driver's license, and insurance.
- Experience in project management and process improvement in a warehouse/inventory environment, preferable in a perishable/controlled substance and/or fungible product type.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills.
- Experience managing large teams collaboratively and decisively.
- High level of experience in security technology such as video surveillance, passwords, and point-of-sale applications.
- Experience training personnel in risk and anti-diversion matters and cash flow security.

SUMMARY

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the department's personnel, service, cost, and quality performance, and promote the best operational performance

About the Position
GW is seeking an experienced Production Manager to ensure adequate inventory levels for production through overseeing production of cannabis finished goods across three shifts and positions. The Production Manager will create and ensure follow through on production schedules for a variety of SKUs. They will create and keep up to date best practice Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that ensure consistency and regulatory compliance. This individual should have excellent organizational and communication skills and should have experience in a highly regulated production environment.
The Production Manager oversees the department across multiple shifts and reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning of production and packaging schedules based on demand
- Supervise and provide support to the production and packaging teams to ensure goals are met or exceeded
- Oversee the preparation and execution of purchase orders to ensure adequate supplies while staying within budget
- Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all activities within the department
- Interface with third-party laboratory to facilitate product testing
- Maintain an extremely sterile work environment
- Facilitate interdepartmental and wholesale transfers of product
- Maintain strict compliance with all relevant regulations
- Hire, onboard, and manage team members while maintaining performance and morale
- Maintain department schedule, track employee attendance, process PTO requests
- Hold regularly scheduled employee training
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure cohesion and meet company goals

General Summary:

- Oversees the Forklift Training, Ladder Safety, and Driver Safety programs.
- Conducts Hazard Assessments as part of the Management Team as outlined in the company’s Injury and Illness Prevention Plan (IIPP).
- Prepares and updates the company’s vehicle maintenance program.
- Oversees and makes recommendations to improve our inventory management software
- Directs salvage of damaged or used material.
- Schedules drivers and plans routes for daily deliveries.
- Inspects physical condition of warehouse and equipment and makes repair recommendations.
- Performs other related duties as needed to meet department demands.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

- Manage cycle of shipping/manufacturing, lead time, inventory availability, forecast, etc. Production planning & scheduling
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve the supply chain process through detailed analysis of inventories, materials and supplies located in the facility.
- Increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes
- Negotiate prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies. Source and order raw materials.
- Perform inventory-related updates and reconciliations
- Investigate and reconcile discrepancies in inventory, and inventory management process
- Work closely with finance to identify anomalies in inventory valuation and validate variance in production
- Develop strategic solutions and process improvements, streamlining logistics, inventory, productions operations and reducing costs
- Establishes audit process and maintains cycle count records
Education/ Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university; or seven to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal or diagram form.

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our growing facility. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for providing materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services. As the Warehouse Manager you will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products within a cannabis cultivation facility. The Warehouse Manager will ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running efficiently.

- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols

- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
