Position Description:
The Warehouse Operations and Fulfillment Manger will be a central coordination point for Storage and Delivery Operations and is responsible for the direct oversight and day-to-day management all warehousing, inventory control, logistics, and order fulfillment activities. Additionally, the candidate for this position will be responsible for leading the implementation and execution of distribution, inventory verification, data maintenance, and documentation strategies. Our next Human Resource Coordinator will be assisting with administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Department. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for HR Reporting, file management, compliance and other special projects.

- Lead a multi-functional team through four core functions: finished goods inventory management, receipt of product, order fulfillment and delivery to statewide wholesale customers and retail dispensaries

- Provide accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Teamwork across the vault and inventory teams through daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting of KPI
- Design, create, implement, and improve finished goods and delivery SOP’s across the department
- Lead through significant change and continuous improvement of core inventory and warehouse operations
- Coordinate with site leadership for operational planning and expected receipt of finished goods
- Coordinate with supply chain and sales leadership to provide exemplary customer service and on time delivery
- Ensure inventory accuracy as product moves through the vault processes in the statewide monitoring system (MJ Freeway)
- Accountable for the conduct and documentation of Monthly, Quarterly and EOY inventory and audit processes for finished goods.
- Oversee and manage disposal of material/finished goods waste
- Check date-sensitive products for expiration and facilitate removal or transfer of product as needed
- Support and maintain HR policies as set forth in the employee handbook and other pertinent communication
- Administrate and manage employee HR functions: Timesheets, time off, counselling, etc.

- Lead team of Extraction Technicians through SOPs, regulations, and daily processes for efficient extraction.

Manage team members to help complete daily production goals, monitor attendance, and break schedules.

- Safely handle hazardous materials (Butane, Propane, Ethanol, etc.), and adhere to safe chemical handling and disposing procedures defined by SOP’s and MSDS.
- Safely handle and dispose of cannabis waste according to processes defined in SOP’s.
- Produce reliable and precise data for completion of all required batch, equipment, quality, inventory and state mandated seed to sale documentation.

Position Description: Post-Harvest Associates are responsible for preparing medical cannabis products for distribution within our Trimming and Packaging Departments.

Flower Packaging Supervisor will be cross trained in Post-Harvest to provide occasional support in other areas per business needs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform counts and quality checks to ensure all incoming finished goods inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy
- Complete necessary inventory transfers in compliance system (MJ Freeway)
- Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventories, physically and in compliance system
- Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to identify trends in productivity
- File claims when defective products are discovered, returned
- Check date-sensitive products for expiration and facilitate removal or transfer of product as needed
- Coordinate with other departments and maintaining accurate inventory
- Working in a team setting
- Filling out compliance forms on a regular basis
- Intake and process dispensary and patient returns
- Complete weekly physical audit of inventory against compliance system
- Complete month ending inventory report
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- High attention to detail while multi-tasking
- Ability to maintain accurate data and logs

- Excellent Microsoft excel/data entry skills
- MJ Freeway/Cannabis Systems/ERP/MRP experience a plus

Position Description: The Post-Harvest Supervisor provides supervision of the operation in the grower processer facility and reports to the Post-Harvest Manager. The supervisor is responsible for overseeing all of the processes of the flower packaging department, including, but not limited to properly sorting, weighing, packaging, and labeling of material designated for flower finished goods, maintaining inventory updates and adjustments and ensuring a compliant processing environment. The Supervisor will be cross trained in Post-Harvest to provide occasional support in other areas per business needs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Provide accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Teamwork for the packing room team and processes reporting on KPI’s daily, monthly, and quarterly
- Design, create, implement, and improve packing procedures in the department
- Provide leadership and guidance to Packing Room Lead(s) to ensure daily/weekly operations, productivity, and quality goals are met
- Conduct employee evaluations, counseling, or other documentation to maintain consistency and successful results
- Ensure adherence to policies and SOPs set forth by upper management, state and company requirements
- Provide direction to Packing Room Lead(s) and technicians on daily/weekly production schedules
- Maintain proficient knowledge in plant diseases, pests, and contaminants
- Detect and communicate any abnormalities (seeds, mold, pests, etc.) to the Post-Harvest manager
- Communicate directly to the Post-Harvest Manager of any issues regarding staffing, efficiency, quality, safety, security, etc.
- Monitor the bud ratios and overall quality of material to provide feedback to the Post-Harvest Manager
- Accurately document production data using paper logs, internal data systems, and the state compliance system (MJF)
- Responsible for all material movements and weights for the trimming process, verifying location movements, weights, and transactions in MJF
- Responsible for the trim room and related processes (destemming, hand trimming, machine trimming, and sorting)
- Provide mentorship for the Packing Room Lead(s), developing them professionally
- Assist in the training of new Packing Room Lead(s) and technicians
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Review and maintain dry room supplies; submit orders to the Post-Harvest Manager for replacements
- Perform other duties as assigned by Post-Harvest Manager or other upper management

Overview
A Medical Dispensary Associate engages in one-on-one interaction with patients from the time they enter the retail area until they check out and exit the store. Medical Dispensary Associates are critical roles for a cannabis company, as they connect each unique customer with just the right product and method of consumption for their needs and are responsible for educating patients on the benefits and potential side effects of medication.
The main responsibilities of a Medical Dispensary Associate include:
- Assist patients in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment
