What to expect:
- Be proficient and efficient in designs within a wide range of media including social media assets for promotions, e-commerce hero banners and e-mail marketing assets, trade marketing material, merchandising, product development, packaging design, and infographics.
- Be able to curate completed assets from initial concepts to design layouts, with the guide from the Project Manager.
- Prepare and package digital files for print production including PDF proofs, bleeds, trims, color separation, cropping, for an assortment of potential products and updates to packaging in an efficient manner.
- Be able to use your creativity to curate engaging content with an understanding of its audience, and delivery methods. Always striving for improvement, adaptation, and strategies.
- Produce social and digital marketing content for an assortment of e-commerce or online stores from Hero Banners, email marketing advertisements, social advertisements, and many more.
- Utilize Branding Guidelines to produce effective trade marketing materials from flyers, menu cards, digital guides, with the adaptation for both digital deployment & physical print.
- Create, conceptualize, and develop graphic layouts with a creative understanding of font hierarchy, consistent spacing, and messaging flow for both internal and external client-facing projects.
- Follow Brand Guidelines, including logo usage, typography, photography style, color usage, and other specific design elements to create innovative and attractive deliverables.
- Work as a team with a think-tank to explore new ideas, concepts, and effectively applying them from concept to design.
- Be able to work efficiently with project dead-lines, last minute projects, and rush projects.
- Be able to effectively communicate within the team to continue to provide effective deliverables for the targeted audience.
- Maintain a fun and professional attitude, we want everyone to grow within their capabilities, skillsets, and creative mind-sets.
- Possess strong conceptual design skills with a keen sense of awareness of the industry, marketing, visual keys, to apply to current work-flows.

We are seeking the right person to join our team as a Warehouse Manager.
SUMMARY
Warehouse Manager will be responsible for having the ability to efficiently lead team members and manage the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse including purchasing, shipping/receiving, inventory management, delivery schedules, and overseeing all essential functions of all departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Oversees all day-to-day operations in the Warehouse to ensure that all incoming or outgoing inventory and items are processed according to the schedule.
- Preparing Schedules and Movement of Staff for Maximum Efficiency.
- Overseeing the Training of New Hires for Various Departments.
- Conducts Organization of the Warehouse using High Pile Storage and Boltless Shelves.
- Assists with scheduling daily pick-up/collection and delivery schedules.
- Purchases all materials needed for essential functions within the facility (e.g., PPE, Corrugated Cartons, Shrink Film, Gloves, and applicable Warehouse Materials
- Maintains all warehouse equipment from Forklifts to Delivery Vehicles.
- Keeps accountability for all Team Members within the Facility.
- Set Warehouse and Team Goals in collaboration with Executive Management and other Team Leads to perform and implement Improvements.
- Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employee’s workability.
- Keep up to date on the latest federal and state safety regulations for Cal/OSHA.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure products and orders are shipped in a timely manner.

SUMMARY
Pre-Roll Lead Associate will be responsible for having the ability to efficiently lead team(s) of Manufacturing Lines dedicated for Pre-Roll Production for Hemp and CBD Related Products. Managing and Implementing Day-to-Day Production with Optimal and Improved Rates while upholding Company Manufacturing Standards.
*These products are not cannabis products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Prepares appropriate staged areas for production for team members.
- Upholds efficient production runs based on work-orders.
- Experience utilizing Futurola System Machinery for Pre-Roll Manufacturing.
- Follows guidelines and protocol for Quality Assurance and Production Standards.
- Maintains and Delivers Production Reports to Supervisor and accurately maintains Production Data Logs via G-Suite (Sheets)
- Able to analyze pre-roll manufacturing quantified data, identify KPI and implement improvements.
- Ability to Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment as needed.
- Monitor all levels of raw materials needed for Production Runs.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position requires overseeing team members on each production line. To ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency of all production runs.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three months or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must have the ability to read and interpret instructions, correspondence, and operating
procedures. Correspond and ability to effectively present information and speak to customers or employees of organization. Good phone etiquette and verbal communication skills required.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Must have ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole
numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
