They will take a proactive approach to streamlining systems processes and performance. General Summary:
RYL Inc./Biohazard Inc. is searching for a talented E-commerce Specialist to manage our Shopify eCommerce websites. The position is responsible for various e-commerce and merchandising strategies from inception to execution that includes website maintenance, app creation, frontend design, and knowledgeable in HTML and CSS of the Shopify liquid template language including but not limited to Shopify App implementation. Other duties may include email marketing, website design, site navigation, inventory/logistics tracking, site search, paid search, collection curation, product presentation, updating digital content to boost sales, traffic, conversion engagement and coordinating with external digital marketing (SEO, PPC, CMS) providers.
Responsibilities:
- Create, manage and update Shopify Plus sites
- Optimizing all product listings for photography, product copy, and enhanced product page content across all e-commerce channels
- Developing, monitoring, writing, and updating product content contained on e-commerce websites/portals
- Collaborate with product launches and special announcements. Preparation of assets such as image, video, and copy
- Working with product management, sales, graphics, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be shared across eCommerce platforms
- Recognize trends, identify bestselling product and key performance indicators
- Weekly reporting and analyzing of traffic, sales and trends.

Requirements:
- Educational degree in E-commerce, Marketing or other relates disciplines
- 1-year minimum past work experience in Shopify
- General knowledge of e-commerce platforms and or marketplaces with a focus on Shopify
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills and strong attention to detail a must

General Summary:
The delivery driver is responsible for distributing products promptly to our customers and picking up orders from our vendors to be returned to the warehouse. You will be the face of BioHazard! You will represent the company in a professional and friendly manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. When not performing driving duties, you will be required to perform warehouse and inventory duties as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver a wide variety of glassware and packaging accessories to different business locations and through different routes in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
- Follow routes and time schedules to optimize efficiency.
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery transit vehicle.
- Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve customers’ complaints.
- Collect payments from customers and reconcile to invoices; complete paperwork to turn into the accounting office upon return.
- Inform customers about new products, promotions and services.
- Complete vehicle logs, delivery paperwork and prepare all required reports.
- Follow all driving regulations and safety standards.
- Provide back up support for picking orders from inventory with scanners when not driving on deliveries.
- Accepts RA’s and refused merchandise from customers and returns it back to the Receiving and Inventory Control Supervisor for disposition.
- Picks up orders from suppliers and delivers back to the warehouse for receipt by the Receiving and Inventory Control Supervisor.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned.
- Reads customer order, transfer order or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed.
- Conveys materials and items from receiving areas to storage or to other designated areas in the upstairs warehouse.
- Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Assembles customer orders from stock and delivers downstairs. Pulls and places transfer orders on pallets for delivery to the warehouse. Uses a packing as needed for orders.
- Marks materials with identifying information.
- Opens bales, crates, and other containers.
- Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
- Weighs or counts items for distribution within the warehouse to ensure conformance to company standards.
- Arranges stock parts in specified sequence for assembly by other workers.
- Uses computer to enter records and scanners to update inventory quantities.
- Compiles worksheets or tickets from customer specifications.
- Maintains inventory records.
- Participates in physical inventories as needed.
- Attendance is an essential part of the job.
- Performs other related duties as needed to meet department demands.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Education and Requirements
- Driving experience of at least 10 years (does not need to be work related)
- Ability to operate forklifts for loading and unloading.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must have a good driving record with no moving violations. We run a pre-check with our insurance carrier, you will not qualify if you have traffic tickets in the past 3 years
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) is a plus.
- High school degree or GED required.
- Must be flexible in work hours – deliveries could go until 8:00 or 9:00 p.m.

We are looking for a Print Technician in Commerce, CA. This position is primarily responsible for setting up, operating digital (Mimaki or other flatbed printers), or other printing machines. The Print Technician is responsible for coordinating daily digital print jobs to ensure orders are produced on time.

- Prepping product to be printed on
- Daily print machine cleaning & maintenance.
- Tracking Print Production and Scheduling.
- Examine job orders to determine quantities to be printed, stock specification, colors, or special printing instructions.

General Summary:

Job Summary:
We're looking for an individual with strong design and production development skills to assist in executing compelling and dynamic visual content that translate to current trends and movements within our industry and culture. Duties:
- Works closely with the Art Department and Marketing to develop, maintain and execute the visual and verbal aesthetic of multiple brands through video, print, web, events and tradeshows.

General Summary:
The Assistant Warehouse Manager position is primarily responsible for directing warehousing activities for the organization by performing the following duties personally or through assignment of warehouse team members. The Sales Associate’s responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards.
Essential Functions:
- Welcoming customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Providing assistance and information on product features.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
- Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
- Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
- Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
- Ticket, arrange and display merchandise to promote sales.
- Prepare sales orders.
- Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items.
- Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise.
- Clean shelves, counters, and tables.
- Handle return/exchange merchandise for customers and accept returns.
- Bag or package purchases.
- Inventory stock during cycle counts.
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
- Actively seek out customers in store.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
- Cross sell products.
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Comply with inventory control procedures.
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design).
Job Qualifications:
- Experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Basic Math skills
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Financial Management of Finished Goods and Raw Materials inventory.
- Excellent Organizational Skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Technical Capacity and excellent product knowledge.
