The Assistant General Manager maintains and runs a licensed medical marijuana dispensary according to all Arizona Department of Health Services guidelines.
What You’ll Do

- Maintains compliance with cannabis laws and regulations.
- Provide and model world class patient support and education.
- Keep up to date on all Arizona Department of Health Services rules and regulations for the Medical Marijuana program and Adult Use program.
- Partner with the General Manager and Inventory department to ensure inventory control procedures and practices meet or exceed expectations.
- Maintains ordering, incentive and communication platforms such as Weedmaps, Leafly, Sparkplug, Eyerate and Basecamp.
- Responsible for the hiring, training, and overall performance management of staff to achieve peak performance and development.
- Assist General Manager with daily tasks associated with running a licensed dispensary.

- Must be at least 21 years of age.

- Previous experience in a retail setting, preferably in the cannabis industry.

Security Guards shall be responsible for observing and reporting any suspicious activity, providing safety and protection to our employees and customers at our cannabis properties.
What You’ll Do

Observe and report suspicious activity, identify subjects and provide detailed physical descriptors of any person who may appear to show signs of suspicious behavior. Ability to provide details of any/all incidents that occur through incident reporting documentation.- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all security operations, policies and procedures.
Conduct detailed sweeps of the building including the surrounding property, while practicing rigorous attention to detail.- Provide support for the opening and closing procedures and maintain a clean and hygienic floor.
Communicate and liaise with law enforcement, fire departments and other first Responder personnel, if needed.- Establish and maintain working relationships and provide assistance as requested to managers, supervisors and employees on an ongoing basis to enhance the security and safety of all employees, contractors, etc.
- Always remain alert and aware of all situations going on in and surrounding the property.
Monitor property access and public access to the building using surveillance system in addition to visual surveillance while on foot patrol around the property.- Engage all people entering and exiting the property with a friendly greeting, treating each with respect, while providing a safe environment and experience.
- Working knowledge of security operations and safety practices, state and local laws and regulations.
What You Bring
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Two plus years of prior experience in the security field and customer service; experience in communicating effectively and professionally with all customers.
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Ability to acquire Agent Card through Arizona Department of Health Services.

- Develop, implement, and improve inventory control procedures to ensure inventory accuracy
- Establishes data quality standards and works with management to ensure standards are met in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Inspects and verifies each product for required packaging and labeling requirements and will deny deliveries if not in compliance.

Security Guards shall be responsible for observing and reporting any suspicious activity, providing safety and protection to our employees and customers at our cannabis properties.

Your Impact
The Waterer will ensure plants are appropriately irrigated and that the irrigation system is functioning properly. This individual will also be responsible for creating nutrient solutions for plants and measuring soil levels for healthy plant growth.
What You’ll Do
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Preparing nutrient mix for plants to ensure proper plant growth
- Monitoring PH and EC levels of soil and fertilizer
- Applying proper water volume when watering plants
- Updating and creating plant charts accurately and promptly
- Inspecting the irrigation systems daily
- Monitoring grow room humidity, temperature, and water environmental requirements
- Reporting any known issues or concerns to management
- Adhering to facility specific gowning protocols
- Performing other duties as assigned
What You Bring
- Knowledge of cannabis required
- Knowledge plant treatment processes
- Must be over 21 years of age
- 1 year experience working specifically in the cannabis industry

Your Impact
The General Manager maintains and runs a licensed medical marijuana dispensary according to all Arizona Department of Health Services guidelines.
What You’ll Do
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Maintains point of contact for the dispensary.
- Knowledge of inventory control, qualifying patient record keeping, security, patient education and support.
- Schedules employees and events including advertising and supports local community events.
- Supervises dispensary employees, as well as the day-to-day operation for retail and product operations.
- Trains employees on dispensary protocols and procedures.
- Develops positive working relationships with employees, vendors, and guests.
- Maintains comprehensive, detailed, and complete dispensary recordkeeping in compliance with the law.
- Supervises all practices concerning all records related to dispensing medical marijuana and medical marijuana products.
- Works with the Inventory Manager to maintain inventory levels and the timing of new product deliveries so they can provide relevant information to guests.
- Accepts deliveries of medical marijuana and/or medical marijuana products.
- Inspects and verifies each product for required packaging and labeling requirements and will deny deliveries if not in compliance.
- Ensures proper packaging and labeling are being used for all products sold at the dispensary.
- Secures all monies and products.
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma.
- Previous proven success in a management position.
- Previous experience in a retail setting, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Ability to acquire Agent Card through Arizona Department of Health Services.
- Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, holiday and evening hours.
- Must be computer literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy.
- Must have sufficient knowledge of medical marijuana and medical marijuana products is preferred.
- Ability to properly handle confidential information and records.
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Dispensary Manager maintains and runs a licensed medical marijuana dispensary according to all Arizona Department of Health Services guidelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manages employees and maintains high morale and customer service standards.
- Schedules employees and monitors their efficiency, leads disciplinary and conflict resolution, as needed, for optimum performance.

Follows all policies and procedures, including the completion of cash drops, opening, and closing procedures and reconciliations.
- Provides patient support and education.
- Assist Dispensary Manager with daily tasks associated with running a licensed medical marijuana dispensary.
- Keep up to date on all Arizona Department of Health Services guidelines.
- Monitors inventory control procedures and practices.
- Monitors and implements various advertising campaigns.
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
