Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Technician, you will be performing shipping, receiving, stocking and picking and other related duties under the guidance of 14th Round’s supply chain leadership. Under the guidance of leadership. You’ll ensure that tasks are completed in a safe, precise and timely way to ensure accurate deliverables to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Complete warehouse duties and tasks as assigned or inherent to the position, including receiving, storing, counting, packaging, shipping, tracking, and reporting of various types of inventory
- Partner with peers across the organization, particularly other warehouse teams
- Perform quality checks during various steps of the warehouse process, including shipping and receiving
- Create and maintain accurate records of all activities in the warehouse management system, or on paper as needed
- Prepare and stage inventory for shipping
- Maintain excellent levels of cleanliness and appropriate storage of items in the warehouse
- Ensure all materials are handled appropriately
- Use job related equipment including forklift, pallet jack, and pallet stacker
- Order, stock, and manage supplies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience
- Great interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management and organization skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Spanish language knowledge a plus
- Experience in cycle counts, physical counts a plus
- Highly organized with a focus on successful outcomes and attention to detail
- Able to work in fast-moving environment
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Execute activities with precision, speed, and grace
- Experience operating forklift equipment
- Possess a valid California Driver’s License
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Physical Requirements
- Physical strength, stamina and the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time

- Ability to stand for 8 hours, leaning over and lifting
- Regular use of tools/equipment including ladders, pallet jacks, and pallet stacker

Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the Graphic Designer, enjoys participating in the conceptual process while being very hands-on with the design process. You have a sophisticated design style and an eye for typesetting. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand the overall vision and strategy behind the work. You are an efficient designer with extreme mastery of the Adobe Creative Cloud and the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities with deadlines. You pride yourself in the quality of your work and being able to produce a high volume of output. You will design incredible graphic art that will help to establish, define, and distinguish Final Bell and its brands in the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
· Create strong visual assets that help us achieve company and brand goals
· Design & execute collateral across a multi-brand portfolio of products, including supporting production deliverables, presentations, packaging design, event materials, print, broadcast pieces and branding packages
· Designing for digital mediums like web and social media
· Understanding of technical printing and production
· Work in a highly collaborative environment to concept and produce: Keynote and PowerPoint decks, print collateral, storyboards, advertising, packaging, branding, and identity projects
· Manage multiple ongoing projects

The Print Shop Specialist will primarily help with day to day operation of the print shop. Ensuring that all labels meet California Compliance guidelines.
Responsibilities
· Troubleshoot and be flexible to jump between tasks based on order demands
· Create and inspect compliance labels
· Interpret production schedule and ensure proper labels are in inventory and ready for use
· Ensure and maintain appropriate label, ink, and spare parts inventory
· Must be able to work in a high pace environment
Skills & Qualifications

· Trojan, Afinia, and Zebra printers experience is preferred

The Senior Manager of Technical Accounting will help lead the financial accounting and reporting function of the company. Working with the executive team, you’ll play a key role in leading the financial foundation for our organization as we expand our business in both United States and Canada. Reporting to our Head of Finance and Accounting and working from our Los Angeles, CA office, you will be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of internal controls, establishing processes and controls for new business activities, ensuring the accounting guidance is applied appropriately across both the individual businesses as well as the consolidated entity, and ultimately assert that our financial reports are accurately represented.
Near term you will be tasked with understanding the accounting operations across the businesses, producing standalone and consolidated financial statements / reports, and ensuring the appropriate controls are established & applied to create audit-ready financials. After the foundational work is complete, you will focus on special projects that would drive accounting operation efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate and timely filing / payment of all tax returns to federal, state, and local government agencies.
- Execution of non-routine transactions, including but not limited to: application of accounting guidance, preparation of workpapers and corresponding entries, and walkthrough with relevant stakeholders
- High level oversight of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and related board, public and regulatory reporting and execution of consolidation accounting across all entities
- Develop, implement, and manage effective internal and administrative controls over all financial assets of the organization in line with IFRS
- This position will be responsible for building and maintaining the Company’s accounting policies and preparing accounting memos and analyses to address technical accounting issues arising from business transactions or the implementation of new accounting pronouncements
- Develop long-term relationships and credibility with key external constituencies including external auditors, bankers, and other advisors
- Responsible for coordinating and working closely with external auditing firm to drive conclusions on accounting interpretations
- Compliance filing management (provide updates for information returns and registered agent site review of upcoming filings)
- Review legal contracts such as MSA/MCA and provide guidance on the appropriate accounting treatment
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting function
- 4+ years of experience managing people and leading a team
- Able to multi-task, and is a team player
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Advanced Excel skills
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting or a business-related field of study
- Active CPA license required
- Previous work experience in manufacturing, distribution, or CPG background
- Proficient with IFRS application

Director of Operations

Position Overview:
The Director of Operations ensures that daily business practices meet operational goals and produce maximum efficiency. In addition, the Director of Operations is tasked with managing multiple departments, staff, and projects within the company and industry. This means having extensive knowledge of the global supply chain, finances, and employee output while understanding and striving to meet 14TH Round’s strategic goals, mission, values, and beliefs.
Responsibilities
· Oversee day-to-day company operations
· Manager a quarterly and annual budgeting process
· Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions
· Maintain a working knowledge of all phases of operations and finance
· Coordinate support to operations throughout the business
· Tackling unforeseen issues and troubleshooting
· Representing 14TH Round for external and internal events
· Monitoring the competitive landscape and attending industry events to stay abreast of new initiatives and ways to stay ahead
· Identifying, training, and developing leaders within the company and setting them on a path for management.
· Leading departments and operations of 14TH Round
· Budgeting for multiple projects, including monitoring and controlling costs
· Guiding, directing, mentoring, and evaluating the work of team members
Qualifications and Skills
· Proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of management practices
· Demonstrated project and budget management skills
· Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles
· Analytical problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detail
· Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement
· Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Physical Requirements
· Van Nuys office on-site required.

The Market Manager, Northern California reports to the Director of Sales, Northern California and manages retail sales, trade marketing, and execution in their designated market. Working with our brand partners, retail partners, and distribution partners the market manager will optimize consumer awareness, access, consumer trial, and retention.
The ideal candidate will have experience with brand education, consumer packaged goods, sales, and trade marketing. We are looking for a track record of quality work, an exceptional teammate, and someone who cares about team success before themselves. The ideal candidate for this role is extremely detail oriented, organized, flexible, adaptable, and ready to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly growing entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead local market-level planning and execution with Distributors and track performance.
- Effectively utilize the data meet market goals, as well as to regularly track, inform Distributors of progress against goals, and make data driven decisions.
- Execute local level plan, including FB strategic imperatives and local KPIs, in line with region priorities at the local level.
- Support Director of Sales in reviewing account lists and segmentation; recommend high potential accounts for inclusion.
- Execute localized national programs and initiatives with cross-functional teams (Distributor, Customer Success, eCommerce), and work with Customer Success team to meet program goals (as applicable).
- Collect market and channel insights and disseminate them via Field Marketing to support broader planning processes.
- Provide sales enablement support through deployment of selling stories and localizing selling materials.
- Ensure performance operates within full legal compliance with state and local regulations.
- Influence and oversee distributor partners in selling and executing against the holistic FB brand and portfolio plans and programs in designated market (channel or geography)
- Act as the local Distributor s first point of contact for specific channel / geography; attend local Distributor calls / meetings.
- Coordinate and leverage educational materials and Brand Development Mangers to support Distributors and Customers with a better understanding of the FB portfolio.
- Own resolution and decision making of execution-related issues in designated market with minimal support from State leadership.
- Work with Distributors and Customer Success Team (when applicable) to ensure timely and accurate POS ordering, logistics and distribution from HQ to Distributors and to key accounts.
- Conduct work with with Distributor to ensure compliance and keep abreast of distributor practices and customer trends.
- Identify potential pricing and promo programs; partner with State leadership and Division Finance to evaluate ROI.
- Track / review / evaluate forecasting for geography / channel, assisting State leadership as needed.
- The Market Manager will cover San Francisco / East Bay.

Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years (combination preferred) of sales, supplier/distributor management, or equivalent experience in Cannabis or CPG
- must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, conduct overhead work and carry bags and boxes as part of the sales activities (up to 10 pounds on a frequent basis; up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis; possibly up to 50 pounds on a seldom basis).
- Driving is required for the position, you must have a valid U.S. driver license in good standing for the last 3 years. Must have a reliable automobile, no more than 6 years old.
