The Role

The Sales Development Rep positions is an introductory-level role, where your level of hustle will determine your success at the company. Certain individuals will have a pathway for growth, in both earnings and position within the company.
Leafbuyer’s core proprietary products help brands attract, retain, and grow their following. They include a Total Access Network of Leafbuyer.com and numerous partner sites, a new App with online ordering and delivery capabilities, and the dynamic Leafbuyer Loyalty platform.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Outbound prospecting of existing and emerging markets
- Achieving or surpassing monthly activity metrics
- Other sales-related duties as needed
Requirements:
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM software

You will be the first point of contact for all new sales inquiries and develop quality leads for sales executives to work with and close the deals.
Job Description
- Learn IndicaOnline platform and effectively communicate the value to prospect clients
- Make 40+ cold calls daily into prospects generated by different sources
- Qualify and develop prospects and set up appointments for demos with sales executives by understanding requirements and business needs
- Create and execute lead generating plan including emails and call scripts
- Engage with internal departments to assist and support sales efforts
- Work as part of the team and independently in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills and Experience
- 1-3 years of proven sales development or inside sales experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Understand software and technology sales and how SaaS is sold
- Positive and energetic phone presence
- Experience using a CRM, slack and google suit
- Comfortable working with legal cannabis dispensaries

You Will:
As an SDR at Greebits your purpose is to connect with as many prospects as possible, understand their needs, explore whether Greenbits is the right fit and coordinate next steps with an Account Executive. In this role you will:
- Create a great first impression while making 60+ calls per day to connect with retailers
- Fill the sales pipeline by scheduling at least 2 demos per day
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing accounts through creative follow-up to increase customer interest
- Grow your area of responsibilities
