As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for making initial contact with leads as they come into our pipeline, helping educate prospective clients on our products and services. Leads may come in via our main sales phone number, contact forms, live chat, trade shows, social media, and everything in between! You will part of our small, 5 person warehouse team, so it is important you are passionate, reliable, and excited about this opportunity. Since we are a small team, we will depend on you to have a hard-work ethic and be extremely reliable. We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Kent, WA. This is a full-time position within our fast-growing Start-Up.
Your main responsibility in our warehouse will be assisting other team members where needed. You will mainly be assisting with the receiving station, the shipping station, and pulling orders. Other duties may be assigned as well. Since you will be working at multiple different stations assisting other team members its important that you are both a fast learner and a team player. Team work will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing of sample packs to send to customers
- Picking and packing orders for shipment
- Moving stock around the warehouse, helping clean and organize the space
- Processing returned items, cleaning or otherwise preparing it to be returned to stock
This is a full-time hourly position. Our ideal candidate will be fun, a fast learner, able to follow instructions and be reliable and accountable.This position involves heavy lifting. You must be able to lift, push and pull 50 lbs on a regular basis so you don't hurt yourself. You must be able to stand up during most of the shift and use computers and other technology devices. You must be capable of working safely at all times and although experience is not necessary, it would be considered a bonus. You must be legally able to work in the United States, have reliable transportation to and from work, and excellent English communication skills.

The Sales Operations Specialist sits in between the sales and operations team, while also working very closely with the customer service and marketing teams. You will be working on a wide variety of projects and problems across many different tools and sites, so you must be a quick learner and open to constantly figuring out new apps, tools, processes, etc. You will be the main point of contact for all dropship and distributor products, projects, and problems. You will also help with adding new items, setting up price discounts, and other challenging website projects or issues. You must be comfortable working with excel data sheets, analyzing pricing/discounts, and be proficient at picking up various web-based applications.
This role is a major problem solving role for many departments - you will be looped into various issues and tasked with looking into and implementing a solution. Responsibilities:
- Sales Operations Specialists work very closely with our sales and customer service teams, our reseller channel partners, and our Distributor partners to help drive channel relationship execution and ease of partnership.
- You will play a key role in adding and setting up new items, and the Sales Operations team acts as the main point of contact for our distributor and reseller purchase orders, lead time reports, shipping and warehouse correspondence, and other order or product questions and projects.
