iKrusher is one of the leading brands of vape technology hardware. The HQ is located near Los Angeles, California, in the City of Arcadia, and includes R&D in its facility. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to produce digital and print creative solutions to address our marketing needs.
To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques specific to the vape industry. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures, and product packaging.
You work closely with the Sr Graphic Designer to help assist with multiple projects and promote our brand by delivering high-quality pieces on tight deadlines.

- A design test may be required.

Requirements: *
- 1-3 years of minimum working experience in the related field. Experience in a vape cartridge, e-cigarette, or cannabis-related industry is a PLUS.
- Must have a portfolio of completed design projects required for review.
- Knowledge of Windows PC or Mac.
- Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Video Editing is a PLUS.
- Well organized with design assets and files for our internal server for future use.
- Able to sort out the priority of the tasks requested and communicate with different departments who will send the requests for graphic assistance.
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine an assortment of colors, fonts, and layouts.
- Attention to visual details.
- The ability to take constructive criticism for improvement.
- The ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with the marketing team.
- BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field.

- Coordinate with the Marketing team on all design projects, from conception to delivery.

- Apply typography techniques.
- Photography and photo editing.
- You will assist in creating PowerPoints for presentations. (Microsoft PowerPoint).
- Ability to assist in managing and recording projects in Excel.
- Help assist Sr Graphic Designer with ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) project from sales and project team department.
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
- Help maintain new products and technology branding with consistency throughout all our marketing projects.

Graphic Designer to produce digital and print creative solutions to address our marketing needs.
To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques specific to the vape industry. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures, and product packaging.
You work closely with the Sr Graphic Designer to help assist with multiple projects and promote our brand by delivering high-quality pieces on tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Must report to Sr Graphic Designer daily.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team on all design projects, from conception to delivery.
- Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics specific to our vape cartridges and related cannabis products.
- Refine images, fonts, and layouts using Adobe Creative software.
- Apply typography techniques.
- Photography and photo editing
- You will assist in creating PowerPoints for presentations. (Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Ability to assist in managing and recording projects in Excel.
- Help assist Sr Graphic Designer with ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) project from sales and project team department.
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
- Help maintain new products and technology branding with consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
- Work closely with Sr Graphic Designer in meeting deadlines for the project.
- Stay current with industry developments and tools.
- You will help assist in creating digital and marketing materials.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of minimum working experience in the related field. Experience in a vape cartridge, e-cigarette, or cannabis-related industry is a PLUS.
- Must have a portfolio of completed design projects is required for review.
- Knowledge of Windows PC or Mac.
- Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Video Editing is a PLUS.
- Well organized with design assets and files for our internal server for future use.
- Able to sort out the priority of the tasks requested and communicate with different departments who will send the requests for graphic assistance.
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine an assortment of colors, fonts, and layouts.
- Attention to visual details.
- The ability to take constructive criticism for improvement.
- The ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with the marketing team.

Graphic Designer to produce digital and print creative solutions to address our marketing needs.
To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques specific to the vape industry. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures, and product packaging.
You work closely with the Sr Graphic Designer to help assist with multiple projects and promote our brand by delivering high-quality pieces on tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Must report to Sr Graphic Designer daily.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team on all design projects, from conception to delivery.
- Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics specific to our vape cartridges and related cannabis products.
- Refine images, fonts, and layouts using Adobe Creative software.
- Apply typography techniques.
- Photography and photo editing
- You will assist in creating PowerPoints for presentations. (Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Ability to assist in managing and recording projects in Excel.
- Help assist Sr Graphic Designer with ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) project from sales and project team department.
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
- Help maintain new products and technology branding with consistency throughout all our marketing projects.

Requirements:

- Must have a portfolio of completed design projects is required for review.
- Knowledge of Windows PC or Mac.
- Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Video Editing is a PLUS.
- Well organized with design assets and files for our internal server for future use.
- Able to sort out the priority of the tasks requested and communicate with different departments who will send the requests for graphic assistance.
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine an assortment of colors, fonts, and layouts.
- Attention to visual details.
- The ability to take constructive criticism for improvement.
- The ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with the marketing team.
- BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field.

- Punctuality and reliable transportation are required.

- $80,000 - $90,000 annually - 60% base plus 40% commission.
- Top Sales Representatives' commissions range from $10,000 - $20,000 per month.

To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques specific to the vape industry. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures, and product packaging.
You work closely with the Sr Graphic Designer to help assist with multiple projects and promote our brand by delivering high-quality pieces on tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Must report to Sr Graphic Designer daily.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team on all design projects, from conception to delivery.
- Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics specific to our vape cartridges and related cannabis products.
- Refine images, fonts, and layouts using Adobe Creative software.
- Apply typography techniques.
- Photography and photo editing
- You will assist in creating PowerPoints for presentations. (Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Ability to assist in managing and recording projects in Excel.

The Manufacturing Chemist position will work with Management, the Chemistry Operations Group, and the Service Quality Group, to continuously monitor, evaluate, revise and improve work procedures, processes, and systems to ensure best practices that result in a safe work environment, improved productivity and the highest level of quality for manufactured products in our industry.
The individual in filling this role will be a champion for product quality in the organization, understand how the quality of our manufactured products impacts our customers and will ensure that product quality for all finished goods exceeds customer expectations. The individual will be responsible for manufacturing, packaging and labeling of products, data review and continuous improvement objectives associated with those products, as well as product preparation, glassware cleaning, monitoring of equipment, record keeping, and other general laboratory duties and tasks as necessary.
The Manufacturing Chemist should also strive to achieve the following:
Understand the manufacturing procedure for each product
Identify conditions that hinder the production of all products in a manner that is efficient, effective, and ensures the highest level of safety and quality
Evaluate and continuously improve procedures to drive gains in productivity and product quality
Ensure that work procedures and SOP’s are continuously updated to reflect best practices and are followed properly and consistently
Assist in the development of new work procedures and SOP’s as new products are developed and commercialized
Ensure interdepartmental communication related to changes or revisions in work procedures and SOP’s
Cross-train with colleagues on manufacturing procedures to achieve a high level of competency in the manufacturing of all products
Understand and apply the company’s Quality System and ensure compliance with all quality system certifications and accreditations. Assist in regular internal quality audits and external quality audits
Work with the Safety Committee and team members to ensure a safe work environment and to monitor training requirements and adherence to safety policies

Position Overview: Cultivation Technician is responsible for plant care in all stages of life-cycle cannabis growth to include germination, vegetative, flowering and harvest. The Technician journals, monitors and tracks all observations in the company’s software tracking system in compliance with our client's processes and state regulations.
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Clone, plant, water, fertilize, and water plants, shrubs, and using hand tools and gardening tools.
- Harvest plants, and transplant or pot and label them.
- Record information about plants and plant growth.
- Feel plants' leaves and note their coloring to detect the presence of insects or disease.
- Fill growing tanks with water.
- Inspect plants and bud ties to assess quality. Identify pests, diseases or infestations and manage the outbreak.
- Clean work areas and maintain tools in accordance with sanitation standards.
- Check and water all plants in cultivation facility as outlined in the Daily Room-Checklist.
- Transplanting plants into larger containers as needed.
- Trimming plants in the vegetative stage and creating clones

Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
