Job Description
Dispense is looking for a Product Designer who can uncover creative solutions in the constantly-evolving cannabis industry. You'll become an early and foundational member of a high-impact Product team. You will be responsible for helping the team bring ideas to life through designing, prototyping, user interviews, and testing. You will work with stakeholders to manage feedback and ultimately deliver thoughtful, usable designs to development.
Note: This is a fully remote position. United States only.
What you'll do
- Take broad conceptual ideas and turn them into meaningful products
- Design flows and experiences that simplify and distill down complex actions into usable interfaces
- Create sketches, concepts, and prototypes to communicate with team members
- Lead design discovery and experimentation to uncover the biggest and best opportunities for us to research, prototype, and test
- Work through all phases of design and development – from conceptualization to engineering execution and post-launch success tracking and iteration
- You will give and solicit feedback from the broader product-engineering team in order to continually improve impact
- Work across multiple teams and partner closely with engineering and product
Requirements
- Relevant work experience as a product designer, UI designer, and/or visual designer with knowledge to define how an experience should behave based on understanding people’s needs
- Comfortable with ambiguity and whitespace
- A love for crafting user-centric experiences
- Experience designing for and shipping consumer-focused mobile and web products
- Ability to communicate design decisions
- Experience talking to users through prototyping, testing and interviews
- Experience using Figma - or other similar design tools
- You bring a playfulness to your work and to the people you work with

Job Description
Dispense is looking for a solutions-oriented Product Manager to drive the development of our core e-commerce product. You'll become an early and foundational member of a high impact Product team. You will be responsible for translating complex questions and requirements into concrete solutions with a focus on adding business and customer value.
Note: This is a fully remote position. United States only.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish product requirements and priorities
- Shape, frame, and communicate your vision and strategy through spec writing and user stories
- Identify opportunities to increase market share and drive revenue through product improvements
- Communicate roadmap and feature highlights to internal and external stakeholders
- Influence your team and cross-functional partners towards alignment and execution.
- Resolve engineering bottlenecks to ensure successful and on-time delivery
- Monitor and measure the impact of product releases and enhancements
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability in building and shipping consumer products
- Ecommerce experience or interest
- Experience with using data to inform decision making
- Comfortable driving projects from start to finish while working with internal and external stakeholders to get alignment

Requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of SaaS selling experience (E-commerce, retail, hospitality, POS)
- Cannabis industry experience is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask and wear multiple hats as needed
- Highly competitive by nature
- Self starter/ able to hit the ground running
- A true team player
