POSITION SUMMARY
The Brand Ambassador is responsible for executing Clade9’s ambassador program in California. This individual’s goals include supporting the organization’s brand portfolio sales across all dispensaries and stores by activating retail and marketing initiatives, completing retail operations tasks as well as actively contributing to building influential company culture with employees and retailers on the field. This position will report to the Field Marketing Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (included, but not limited to)
1. Training | Ambassador Team
· Facilitates brand training, demos/PADs, events, and workshops for ambassadors and sales teams along with conducting impactful on-the-field hands-on training with store teams.
· Trains store teams on executing an engaging customer experience, build customer rapport, brand awareness, meet in-store sales goals through marketing and sales initiatives, and maintaining merchandising brand standards for retail partnerships.
· Completes and documents store visits, PADs, trainings, and events to identify training and sales opportunities with the ambassador team.
· Effectively communicates brand story and product talking points to deliver a consistent brand narrative according to our brand standards.
2. Retail Operations | Ambassadors, Retailers, Executive Team, and Salespersons
· Consistently sources, analyzes, and applies data, best practices and learnings to enhance retail programming and grow overall ambassador sales conversions. Provides weekly, monthly, and annual reporting as directed by manager.
· Effectively communicates issues between retailers and select departments (Retail Operations, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Executive) regularly to ensure operational accuracy, practical training, and brand execution is at the highest level at Clade9 and retailers.
· Maintains sample and swag/merch inventory control in collaboration with other brand ambassadors – duties include communicating needs of purchase orders, product promos, removal of degraded product in stores, maintenance of visual merchandising standards, coordinating training and seeding samples, and ensures accuracy for inventory offerings on in-store and online menus.
3. Planning and Executing | Retail Demos, Events and Merchandising
· Ideates and implements creative, premium, productive, and efficient retail demo/PAD programs, events, and merchandising standards based on Marketing and Sales initiatives.
· Works with and actively communicates with Marketing to produce weekly ambassador schedules, training, and mission plans.
· Understands merchandise flow standards, store organization, and how it affects floor set execution, replenishment, and recovery of overall in-store brand experience.
· Executes the demo/PAD and training calendar effectively, while actively communicating and collaborating with Marketing and Sales on strategies based on field reporting from the field.
· Establishes trust amongst retail partners and supports by communicating areas of opportunities and business needs to Sales and Marketing in required reporting.
· Responsible for the execution of brand standards, communicating brand messaging, and visual merchandising guides to positively impact overall business results in all retail and brand partnerships.
4. Motivating | Field Performance and Culture
· Promotes and embodies a culture of teamwork by working alongside Sales and Marketing to establish and execute business priorities while delivering effective feedback.

San Fernando Valley Brand Ambassador for LEVEL
Are you passionate about the cannabis industry, have a knack for sales, and enjoy interacting directly with consumers and budtenders? As a Brand Ambassador you will be responsible for engaging customers at retail locations and educating them on our products. You will also work with budtenders to develop relationships and increase recommendations of LEVEL products. The ideal candidate will drive sales by teaching others the benefits of our products and promoting brand awareness through in-store demos and community events.
*What You Will Do:
- Drive sales of specified products and increase brand awareness by educating consumers and budtenders
- Increase overall brand awareness and product education through in-store demos
- Understand and articulate product details in an enthusiastic, interactive and eloquent manner with the ability to easily connect with consumers and budtenders
- Complete pre and post recaps of the demos within established timelines
- Effectively complete and report market activities and trends on a weekly basis
- Ensure all scheduled demos are completed
- This is a full time position requiring a flexible schedule and nights and weekends
**What You Will Need:
- High school diploma or GED, some college education preferred
- 1 year of retail sales and/or training/demonstrating experience
- Must reside in the San Fernando Valley Area
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Engaging and impactful presentation and training skills
- Previous experience with cannabis preferred
- Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
- Must be able to lift up to 35lbs
- Must be available to work flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license - mileage paid (you will be driving 1000+ miles month)
- Access to your own tablet or Smartphone which you will bring to each event
- Must be 21 years or older

Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator
Primary Responsibilities:
Working closely with the marketing team, you will be creating photographic and graphic content for a few brands within our organization. This person should be highly organized and able to think at a strategizing level to grow two brands in all areas of social media.
You should have professional experience creating a variety of content including but not limited to photography, graphic design, videography, ad design, short-format video ads (looping videos, stop motion graphics, gifs).
Your main focus will be overseeing and running 2 EXCEPTIONALLY FUN brand's social media pages (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook), as well as running campaigns on those platforms. You should have experience working with influencers, and you should be on top of the latest and greatest internet trends. This position requires being well versed in the world of cannabis and CBD, and you should have an eye for brand marketing, and design. Amongst taking responsibility for our social media, you will also be creating content for a variety of brands under our umbrella, which will include taking product shots and assisting in the creation of sales and marketing materials.
- Ensure brand consistency and brand voice in digital marketing and social media
- You will be on top of responding to all direct messages and inquiries on all platforms and making sure the correct departments receive the inquiries
- You will work very closely with marketing and sales to align social media with all other company calendars (eCommerce product launches, various sales events, and expos, etc.)
- This position will require some travel with the sales teams to various expos and events to capture moments and stay on top of new trends.

- Demonstrated ability to learn & apply product-related information in an accurate & professional manner
