We are hiring an Architect who will plan, design, and/or facilitate the execution of new buildings across North America and Europe. You will also plan, design, and/or facilitate the execution of building expansions or renovations as buildings are repurposed and transformed into centers for indoor crop production.
The Essential Functions of this Role
- Identify, through consultation, clients' requirements, approximate budget, timetable, and possible needs for future expansion.
- Determine client's preferences regarding materials, styles, colors, and other variables.
- Identify through collaboration clients' priorities in terms of needs vs. desires.
- Assist clients in defining their priorities and vision by preparing preliminary sketches of options.
- Prepare and present designs, specifications, estimated costs, and proposed construction schedule.
- Create detailed plans integrating engineering, electrical, and HVAC considerations; present plans to clients for review and approval.
- Modify new or existing plans as required.
- Prepare scale drawings and contract requirements and submit for bids.
- Collaborate with clients to select and award construction contracts.
- Collaborate with lead builders and clients to facilitate the building process to meet clients' specifications.

Summary/Objective
We are a full-service, multi-discipline, sales, architectural, engineering and construction firm providing full turnkey design-build solutions for commercial cannabis projects. We are seeking an experienced commercial Estimator to join our growing team. As an Estimator, you will lead pre-construction activities, and assist in the development and implementation of our corporate policies and procedures to achieve established corporate goals and support our corporate mission.
Essential Functions
The Estimator will be responsible for initial project due diligence, soliciting subcontractor pricing, preparation of project budget, estimate and prepare construction proposals.
- Represent the company in a professional manner.
- Thorough understanding of local and national construction markets and trends.
- Perform market due diligence regarding site logistics, code, and tax jurisdictions.
- Working knowledge of CSI division construction codes.
- Read, interpret, and accurately measure blueprints and shop drawings.
- Ability to define scope of work from construction documents.
- Prepare conceptual budget and cost estimates based on drawings and client information.
- Perform material quantity take offs from construction plans and drawings.
- Knowledge and understanding of how to assemble materials into various units of measure.

This position has a base salary of $50k - $60K plus a lucrative commission structure for a well- qualified and productive candidate up to a realistic potential of $100k annually.
Summary/Objective:
The Services Sales Consultant/Advisor is responsible for supporting the gro-care®, Integrated Pest Management
(IPM), and Crop Protection Program (CPP) services sales by building, maintaining, and nurturing a robust sales
pipeline, aligning with the gro-care and ESG departmental goals, and closing UG opportunities for consumables via
UG’s ecommerce site. The gro-care® Services Sales Consultant/Advisor will report directly to the Vice President
of Operations and Supply Chain.

- Client liaison. Maintain all communications with the owner.
- Manage construction contract, schedule, drawings, specifications & correspondence.
- Review, obtain and manage compliance on all required permits with local authorities.
- Issue subcontracts and purchase orders for project.
- Review and approve all subcontractor and material invoices.
- Manage, submit and process Change Orders in a timely manner.
- Prepare applications for payment to owner on monthly basis.

As a Project Coordinator, you will aid the Project Manager with administrative tasks associated with the overall management of the project. Essential Functions

- Thorough understanding of the permitting process and local building departments.

Our team is comprised of scientists, cultivators, techies, engineers, energy efficiency professionals, accountants, skilled project managers, and administrative professionals. urban-gro is growing and expanding our service team with the addition of a Customer Experience Manager.
Job Specific Responsibilities:
Customer Service
· Responds to customer or sales rep requests
· Processes actionable items for regional sales managers and customers
· Answers customer calls in a friendly and efficient manner and directs them to the appropriate contact within the company
· Works with DSI and DSC to coordinate communication between customers, sales managers, and designers during the design, delivery, installation, and commissioning process
· Follows up with project designers, vendors, etc. when projects have stalled and provides updates to the sales rep/ customer
Organization
· Manages time effectively and asks appropriate sources for help when needed
· Manages internal communication to provide accurate project details to regional sales managers and customers
· Creates and maintains customer folders, including a file for customer-facing documents
· Adds new files (and pertinent information from emails) to the customer folders as they are received
· Verifies the necessary information and deposit have been received at the launch of a new project, and notifies the DSI and sales rep of any omissions
· Manages Leankor process flow to ensure deliverable timelines/ milestones are met
· Utilizes Salesforce to collect customer information before requesting it from the customer or sales rep
· Seeks approval from either the DSI or VP of Sales before discounted prices are offered to a customer or products are shipped without advance payment
· Verifies any special requests made by sales reps/ customers with the BM, DSI, or VP of Sales before executing them
· Participates in learning the product line through urban-gro product training
· Works collaboratively with all urban-gro team members
· Displays leadership and promotes a positive work environment
Order Processing
· Requests quotes from vendors for custom orders or new product sales
· Enters parts lists into QuickBooks once generated by the fertigation designer
· Enters new parts into inventory as necessary for completing quotes
· Generates quotes in QuickBooks as requested by the sales team/ customers
· Places equipment purchase orders within 1 business day of order confirmation and order deposit
· Notifies procurement/vendors when products are released for shipment (payment received)
· Audits all fertigation orders before they leave the warehouse
· Invoices and generates packing slips for the warehouse for orders shipping from urban-gro directly
· Creates and maintains shipping lists for all active projects, including estimated timelines and tracking after shipment
· Works with vendors to prioritize shipments and develop timelines
· Shares appropriate shipping list with the customer and notifies customer of each individual delivery
· Notifies the customer of any shipment delays
· Verifies all fertigation part orders are on site with the custom
· Is on-call during commissioning for DSC to make rush orders of items needed to complete commissioning
RMA Processing
· Works with the customer to follow standard warranty procedures, including basic troubleshooting
· Files appropriate warranty claims with our vendors and freight providers
· Arranges the shipment of replacement product within one day of receiving confirmation (either from the vendor or from the DSI) the product is under warranty
· Generates shipping documents for the customer when urban-gro is paying for the return shipment
· Completes an RMA form and provides it to the customer to include with any returns
· Tracks warranties/ RMAs in the RMA log
· Follows up with customers every week until the damaged product is received at the warehouse (when applicable)
· Notifies accounting when to create credit memos for returned product
Vendor Relations
· Works with certain vendors to prioritize and track all open orders, and orders warehouse stock
· Western CXM - Lights
· Central CXM - Benches, Fans, and Element Air
· Eastern CXM - Fertigation
Qualifications and Experience:
· HS Diploma or Equivalent. Associates Degree in Business Management (or similar degree preferred).
· Proven history of detail-oriented work assignments, with increasing complexity and responsibility over time
· Industry Specific Knowledge
· Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Leankor, Google Drive Suite
· 1-3 years Customer Service Experience

Summary/Objective
- The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting the Director of Sales in building, maintaining and nurturing a robust Pipeline, aligning with the sales team to ultimately achieve TCV Quota retirement, and closing urban-gro, Inc. opportunities for consumables via urban-gro's eCommerce site. The Sales Associate works with the Director of Sales to build a comprehensive and scale-able ecosystem.
Essential Functions

- Compiling lists of prospective customers and identifying key contacts for use as sales leads.
- Effectively articulate, market and sell urban-gro's products and services.
- Generating leads by performing outbound sales calls, generating Sales Qualified Leads and Marketing Qualified Leads, completing Cultivation Needs Analysis (CNA’s), and generating activity to scheduled urban-gro events such as Webinars, Lunch & Learns, identify trade shows.
- Initiating and performing web duties, such as prospect/customer research, identifying viable events to drive Pipeline growth, and researching state cannabis regulations and laws.
- Participating in urban-gro's marketing efforts, coordinating call results and related data in order to improve marketing efforts.
- Setting up meetings and appointments with qualified prospects.
- Assisting the Director of Sales in identifying and cultivating relationships with strategic Partners and Re-sellers.
- Keeping accurate logs, adding lead notes, activities, contacts, company and meeting notes information in salesforce.com (SFDC)
- Making at least 600 callsa month to prospective customers.
- Discussing the benefits of the UG solution to qualified prospects.
