As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for making initial contact with leads as they come into our pipeline, helping educate prospective clients on our products and services. Leads may come in via our main sales phone number, contact forms, live chat, trade shows, social media, and everything in between! You will play an important role in representing our brand, product and company, so it is crucial you are passionate about helping customers and making the sale. Your work will have a direct impact on our growth, so this role has a lot of potential for advancement.
You will help generate new business through our pipeline of inbound opportunities by helping our customers understand the value of our products/services and then handing off the lead to the appropriate member of our sales team. You will leverage excellent communication skills, deep product knowledge, and business acumen to build relationships with leads. Springbig recently launched a new platform, Brands by Springbig.
